Location was great and very close to Calais Port and very easy to find. Excellent communication from owner who was responsive to all enquires. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable, we had sink with mirror cabinet and light over within the room, bar chairs and table all worked fine! There was shared bathroom and toilet which was also very clean with hot/ cold running water, Huge TV all working brilliantly! Room temperature was perfect! Large window overlooking rooftops and access via mainly glass door to small outdoor seating space on roof, we had all we needed and more! We rested there for short few hours while on road trip across Europe. Due to ferry delays resulting from French strikes.. severely impacting our arrival time! We kept owner updated and she was able swiftly respond to our needs and to accommodate without any issues with extremely late check in, which was early hours of the morning and late check out (was meant to be 10am however owner kindly agreed to 13:00 checkout for which we were very grateful! Met the adorable owner briefly as we were leaving, she was friendly and attentive in meeting our needs. We felt rested and despite the short stay we can agree that it was a great stay! Great value for money! We highly recommend this place to stay. If and when we’re in the area again, we will definitely stay again! New year spirit did not go unnoticed especially with all the unforeseen issues we had with ferry delayed ! Thank you again so much for a wonderful relaxing stay.
For us, we liked everything!

Very conveniently located for those travelling via the Tunnel. Great restaurants within walking distance. Parking right in front of the building.

The location was great with a very nice bar/cafe next door.
I booked for 10 nights and this is really a place for one or two nights at the most. It is not very comfortable and the kitchen is very badly equipped for someone who is not going to eat out every day. It is really only for occasional casual food. It could be fine for someone who is just passing through.

EASE OF BOOKING AND LOCATION
THE BED AND PILLOW WAS NOT GOOD, IT WAS VERY NOISY AND THE KITCHEN AREA WAS NOT KEPT WELL.

It was an ok room for a one night stay prior to travelling back to the UK. It was clean and tidy and very easy to access.
I didn’t like that the bathroom and toilet was shared with two other rooms and was not private. Also, the walls were very thin and I could hear the man in the next room talking for some time on his phone.
I didn’t like the fact that the towels were thin and very ragged.

Nice room. Convenient. Clean. Able to arrive late at night which was useful after a long day of travelling
The guests in Room 3 were very noisy most of the night. They had their tv on loud and I went to ask them to keep the noise down.and they would not answer their door or turn the noise down. This caused me little or no sleep. Have written to Nizha asking for a part refund. . No reply yet.

Absolutely everything was as I would like. Best stay after a long ride.
There was none.

Very helpful staff for a very late check in after arriving in middle of the night due to ferry crossing problems.
Nothing to fault

The bed was comfortable and the bedding clean. The flat was close to a choice of cafes, restaurants and take aways. There is a bus stop over the road from the flat where you can catch a free bus to the ferry port ( first bus just past 8 a.m.). For a one night stay it was an ecomomical if basic place to stay.

Great communication and accommodation, would stay again

The ease of access was great, the colourful decor was really quirky and made the room feel cosy for budget accomodation. Having the restaurant downstairs was also really handy after an long day of traveling and an early morning the next day. I especially liked having a sink and tea making facilities in my room and the very clean and easy to use shower out in the hallway.
It would have been nice to have some little long life milks with the coffee, but no real complaints!
