This apartment had a complete refurbishment in 2019 and this fabulous seaside apartment had a new kitchen in matt pale grey and all new kitchen appliances. Family bathroom refurbished including new basin vanity unit and new LVT flooring, master en suite bathroom refurbished including new basin vanity unit, new heated towel rail, new LVT flooring. The entire apartment redecorated in a palette of on trend coastal colours, new double bed in master, two singles in the twin (NO bunks). Both bedrooms have stylish squishy new carpets in cool grey. The lighting throughout has been replaced with energy efficient/environmentally conscious LED.New Smart TV in the lounge along with new curtains/blinds and corner sofa arrangement complete the updating of this beautifully proportioned and located seaside apartment. The apartment can now sleep a maximum of 4Previous visitors to this lovely apartment are in for a real treat! A complete refurbishment has transformed what was already a modern well located apartment into a stylish, on trend treasure that guests will be proud to make their home for their holidays. With direct access to one of the UKs best loved beaches, it's a real find.Belmont Court is all about it's proximity to Woolacombe Beach and its views across the sea from the dining table and patio. It is the first property on the right up Rockfield Road from Woolacombe's famous Esplanade. From the dining area of the living room the view across to the sea is the best in the apartment. The patio door leads to the small enclosed terrace/patio with seating to enjoy the same stunning view. This apartment is exceptionally large compared to some recent conversions and represents excellent value for money. It's square footage exceeds most in the area.The spacious living room has a lovely oak laminated floor and has two leather sofas, an extendable table with matching chairs, flat screen Smart TV with Free-Sat, DVD/CD surround sound system along with a children's table and chairs, toys, books, games, high chair etc.The master bedroom suite has a double bed and is carpeted in a sumptuous grey carpet, has a dressing room with built in wardrobe and shelves as well as two 2 bedside tables. The fitted en-suite bathroom has a double-width shower, basin vanity unit, heated towel rail and new LVT flooring. The small second bedroom has two new single beds has a chest of drawers for clothes and soft grey carpet underfoot and window to side. There is also a travel cot and booster seat available.The fitted main bathroom has LVT flooring, heated towel rail and a bath with shower over. A potty and child step are provided for younger children.The brand new stunning kitchen in matt grey has all new appliances. It has a gas hob, electric fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and large fridge freezer. Additional storage in hallway.Outside near the back car park there is a private storage shed for wetsuits/boards and beach paraphernalia and even an outdoor cold shower for after the beach! Allocated parking space strictly for one car only at the front of the apartment. We expect this beautiful holiday home to book fast so don't delay!This property will take a dog at £20 per dog per holiday and a security deposit of £150 will be pre-authorised and released after the holiday.

Another lovely stay at this beautiful apartment. It’s very spacious, spotlessly clean, modern with the high ceilings that come with the age of the house giving more character. It has everything you need with a sea view, all on one level for those with mobility issues. It’s a short flat walk to town. Perfect, thank you.

We have been visiting Woolacombe for years, but first time staying in this apartment. It’s in a brilliant location, with a short walk to Woolacombe beach or village (5 min) and dog friendly, so was an ideal choice.
The apartment was clean, has all the facilities you would expect, with a nice sea / beach view from the small outdoor patio
The location is just off the esplanade and across the main road is a grassed area, so you can exercise your dog (ours is a little fussy!) 2 mins away.
The apartments drive is a little awkward / tight to get onto (it’s steep) when facing up the hill turning right, particularly with parked cars….so would suggest driving up the hill, turn around and access that way.
We would stay again at some point in the future.

It was our second year staying at Belmont. This place is perfect for us. The living area is of such a good size, plenty of room to move around. Love the kitchen and it’s really useful to have a full size freezer instead of a small compartment at the top of the fridge. Everything is lovely and clean here and has a nice feel to it. The bedrooms have enough room for what is needed for a one or two weeks stay (the main bedroom having a large hanging wardrobe and shelves too).
The situation of the property is ideal for us for walks, long or short with the dogs and it’s not far from the shops and beach.
We’ve already enquired about staying next year!

On entry to 2 Belmont Court there was a smell it was damp / mouldy odour I think it was emanating from the back bathroom ,plus the entry vestibule was indeed of restoration ie filler & paint job ! The other bathroom was in decent decorative state , but the bath tub had a faulty plug , couldn’t have a bath ! and the shower was running hot & cold ! Not great for us ……. Pluses are its a large apartment ,position is great , near to the centre and beach , dont really need to use car !

We had a great week in 2 Belmont Court.
Lovely sized living area, with comfortable seating and great for TV and dining in. The kitchen is also good size, and a proper sized fridge and freezer, and well stocked in terms of crockery/cutlery/glasses etc And a lovely view of the sea.
Beds were comfortable, well equipped bathrooms - and great to have two of them in a two bedroom flat.
Also ideal to have the shed outside for surfboards, and the outside shower and washing line for wet-suits.
Overall the apartment is great and was ideal for the 3 of us.

This was our 7th year in Woolacombe and the accommodation was perfect. Lovely spacious apartment with everything you need for a family holiday. Perfectly located for the shops and beaches, you can leave the car and walk to everything. Storage space out back for boards and wetsuits plus an outdoor shower makes it ideal for when you return from the beach to wash the sand off. Little balcony area to sit and watch the sun go down, a really peaceful spot.

Location of 2 Belmont Court is fantastic for Woolacombe the beach is one of the best in the UK we always hire a beach hut to enjoy the beach in all weathers.

Ideal for the beach and all amenities, sea view from balcony and dining area. Didn't want to come home. Great base for rides out to Ilfracombe.
We had a week of beautiful weather, which made our stay even better. Would recommend this apartment.

Second time at Belmont court ,very nice ,nothing negative to say ,all good , apart from beds and pillows , quite uncomfortable tbh. We have small dog , so handy with the early hours pee pees on the balcony . All in all a great roomy apartment , we,ll be back !

This is our 7th year in Woolacombe and unfortunately, we have never had to dedicate such a large amount of our valuable family time to resolving issues.
These included stained and very damp towels on arrival. Despite being new and one of the reasons for selecting this apartment, the washer/dryer was broken. Lightbulbs needed replacing, and doors and windows couldn’t easily be opened. These were all maintenance tasks.
The mattresses were awful - protruding buttons/springs woke my wife in the night with a ‘dead leg’, and the single mattress springs offered no support and protrude. The poor quality, lumpy sponge pillows, and polyester bedding were certainly not conducive to a good night's sleep, particularly in the very hot weather.
We contacted the housekeeper for assistance on Friday when we arrived but she wasn't very effective at resolving these issues. We had to wait until Monday for the washer/dryer to be looked at. We requested and were given a mattress topper as a temporary fix, and whilst the single one helped, a double bed topper was provided for the kingsize, which didn't fit well of course!
When we learned that the housekeeper had gone on holiday (!) leaving us hanging, we contacted the agents, and Maddie was absolutely superb, getting a fix-it man around almost immediately, bringing alternative duvets to pad the poor mattresses, and providing towels. Because the washer/dryer needed new electronics, this was never fixed while we were there sadly. We wish we had contacted Maddie in the first place, but the instructions plainly stated to work with the housekeeper initially.
This apartment has the potential to be outstanding, and it’s a shame that it’s being let down by maintenance issues and the holidaymaker's basic need for a good night's sleep!
Out of 10, I’d score our experience 5/10 for the reasons given. If the issues had been resolved, this apartment is a strong 9/10. Why not 10/10? The water outlet pipe from the upstairs flats is by your head in the main bedroom and you can’t do much about that!

Flat was lovely, few hiccups but those got sorted with Holiday home Hunter... Smaller bedroom is small. beds literally just fit not room at end but space underneath.. The back main bedroom is okay has big built in cupboard by it for clothes which is good....we kept blind down as the window backs onto stairs to sheds and back door to other flats.. I would suggest some window privacy film so can keep blind open let natural light in as it's a dark bedroom ... My disappointment was when researching to book, reviews and the photos give the impression the lounge view looks out to the sea this is not the case when you sit in lounge your view is a wall and side of houses.. The only sea views are if you sit at dining table or on the terrace and side window in kitchen, it's quite a dull lounge where sofa is... But it is a lovely flat I have health issues so tend to stay in more so the view is very important to me.. So this property wouldn't be my first choice to book again, based on the view when seated on sofa...and having to keep blind down in back bedroom...

Just returned from a week staying at 2 Belmont Court for the second time. It's a lovely apartment, ground floor with its own front door and a small patio looking out to sea.
A perfect place for a relaxing stay, especially when the sun is shining.

2 Belmont Court is in a fantastic position, just off The Esplanade. It is so close to the beach, a really easy and level walk to the beaches and the village. Woolacombe has everything you need and we never needed to use the car during our stay.
The apartment has its own allocated parking slot, that’s a real bonus in Woolacombe. There are also additional parking slots on site which are on a first come first served basis, and these were empty for all of our stay.
The appartment is well appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The main bedroom is at the back of the house and proved to be a cool retreat during the heatwave. There is a small bistro table outside which is suitable for a morning coffee or an evening drink.
Holiday Home Hunter again provided an excellent service.

Some positives, some negatives
Positives: Central location, dog friendly, view of sea (but not of beach), comfy lounge furniture, great shower, outside shower for beach things and sandy dogs, nice linen and towels, well equipped kitchen, small terrace, games and books.
Negatives: beds extremely uncomfortable as very hard, flimsy uncomfortable seating for terrace, poor sound insulation from apartment upstairs. Some issues with cleanliness which have been fed back to agent.
Due to hardness of beds, we wouldn't book this apartment again but enjoyed our stay in lovely Woolacombe.

Family 4, stayed week commencing 27/05/22
Our family of 4 stayed at this property end May 2022. The positives are the location primarily, 5 mins walk across the road from main Woolacombe beach which makes for light work carrying the usual Wind breaks, buckets and spades, surf boards etc...
The property itself is fairly well sized for a 2 bedroom flat. Large lounge, dining room with sufficient seating for everyone. The balcony/patio is very tiny though only enough room for two persons, maybe 3 at very tight squeeze which a little bit of a shame as would have liked a bigger outside area. The drive and parking are also fairly challenging especially for SUV type vehicles. If you have young children who dont walk far or elderly people who dont like hills or slopes this is perfect for you as everything a short walk away 5 mins tops and along flat roads and pavements. The master bedroom felt a little tired being honest, pillows and duvey could do with replacing we felt and the kitchen cupboards still hand hand prints and some grease marks so needed a little more indepth cleaning. The childrens bedroom is again quite small and cosy with limited storage space. One mattress could probably do with being replaced we felt. So overall we had a good time, location spot on and with a couple small attentions to detail it could be improved slightly. Good value for money overall with would probably consider booking again.

Comfortable and modern.
Well kitted out, modern and clean. Not the best for views, only the one door from the dining area out to the sea and a side window in the kitchen. Location is great though as walking distance to the beaches is really quick.

Lovely apartment with fantastic view
2 Belmont Court is a lovely ground floor apartment with it's own entrance - an important consideration when we booked last year, not knowing what Covid restrictions might be in place.
It's been recently decorated so all looked clean and well maintained.
It has a parking space onsite but there are also two spaces in the lane outside if there is difficulty in accessing the site.

Great location in Woolacombe; modern, clean & well-equipped apartment
We've stayed in 2 Belmont Court twice now, a testament to its superb location and comfort. It's exactly as described online and has been found perfectly clean and tidy on both occasions. It's a real bonus having 2 bathrooms and both showers have great pressure (something not often found in holiday lets!) We love the location, opposite the green, 2 minutes walk from the centre of the village and also the main beach (and Barricane Beach for the curries!). On the one occasion we did have a minor plumbing problem, Holiday Home Hunter were easily contactable and able to get the issue resolved later the same day. I have always had a speedy response to my email enquiries from Sarah and Maddy. I'm sure we'll be back at Belmont Court again next year!

A lovely apartment
The apartment was spacious comfortable and in good order even better than we had anticipated. The location is very good and the view from the patio was pleasant. We didn't need to contact the house keeper or agency as everything we needed was there and everything worked. The welcome pack was helpful and answered any initial questions. Just remember to take some supplies of tea coffee sugar snacks etc to see you over your first evening so you don't have to rush off to the shops straight away..

Excellent location, property and service
This property is excellent in location, just across the road and green to the beach steps and only a few mins walk from Woolacombe centre. The apartment is really easy to access on the ground floor and is really comfortable and has everything you need. Woolacombe is as beautiful as ever with the best surf, sand and walks. Although this year is busy because everyone is holidaying in the UK, there is enough sand in Woolacombe to feel spread out and not cramped.

Perfect location, with a beach view. Lovely facilities, although not sound proof from the upstairs flat. Everything you need but bring extra, dish washing tablets and toilet rolls.

Lovely stay in great place in Woolacombe
Really enjoyed this fantastic location in Woolacombe, set back slightly from the esplanade but nice and quiet with own entrance. Great furnishings and well proportioned rooms, super quiet and perfect for a working break and also a holiday with our collie. Loved the modern kitchen and relaxing lounge, good wifi.
Tap in back bathroom was coming loose but plenty of hot water, great power shower and handy store for wetsuit. Good to have back access for car park too.
Really good location and would definitely return.

Lovely Apartment
Lovely apartment, well appointed, very comfortable, very clean, great situation with a cute terrace. This 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our week away. Very easy to settle into, everything you needed in the kitchen, great size fridge/freezer. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great. A little bit of noise from the other flat’s plumbing but you got used to it. I would certainly look to stay again.

Our first return visit, first of many we hope!
This is our second consecutive summer holiday at 2 Belmont Court and a second positive review. Everything that drew us back, the location, the views, the sound of the sea and the beautifully furnished apartment is as we remembered it and in this era of COVID we were impressed with the cleanliness and the preparation for our visit. We also found Woolacombe, which we have loved for a long time, a welcoming and safe environment and a role model for how a resort can come out of lockdown and maintain the safety of its visitors in a secure, open and friendly way.

A week of re-energizing in beautiful surroundings.
We arrived late in the day, after a journey into a severe weather warning for the south west, to be greeted by a warm and welcoming and beautifully appointed apartment. The following morning we woke, after a fantastic nights sleep on very comfortable beds, to the most fantastic view of the sea with Lundy Island slap bang in the middle. When we opened the verandah door the sound of the sea was brilliant and became a huge part of our experience during the whole of the week, The apartment became the central fixture of a fantastic holiday in wonderful Woolacombe and the location facilitated frequent boarding visits to the sea and your facilities for storing boards and wetsuits was a wonderful surprise. We will come again and will recommend you to everyone.

A very tricky heating system which we needed some of the time because although it was June it was a very cold week.
3 adults stayed here but the accommodation is more geared to 2 adults and 1 or 2 children.

Easter break
Our Easter break was very enjoyable staying at 2 Belmont Court, a short walk to Woolacombe beach and village centre, excellent location. The property had been very recently refurbished throughout, provided all that was required in a self catering holiday home. Would definitley stay here again.
