We loved the location, 5 minutes around the corner from the pub and the high street. The decor was nice, bed comfortable and water pressure excellent. Also plenty of hot water, nice touches with plenty of lighting options and candles. The seperate dining room is a bonus and the rooms are very good proportions for a cottage. We appreciated the good WiFi and netflix on the TV. Oh and the massive tub!
We didn't like the lounge furniture, it's very tired and doggy. Our old dog also struggled a bit with the steps in the back yard, they were very steep up to the seating area, although the outside space in a seaside cottage is welcomed. Our only real complaint is the dishwasher, we opened it on the first night to discover an inch of stinking, dirty water in the bottom so we swiftly closed it. There's obviously a drainage issue and we didn't want to risk putting it on.

The property was beautifully decorated and well equipped.
The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for us to spend time together as a family.
Walking distance to a lovely local pub too, The Horseshoe Inn who were really accommodating and we ate a lovely meal.
A couple of very minor things that could so easily be sorted… a new bin is required with the inside part so bags actually fit properly, also a few of the utensils hadn’t been washed properly and blackouts in the bedrooms would’ve made this excellent!

Property dated. Staircase used with care. Lounge furniture not very comfortable. Soft furnishings/curtains very old looking.

The cottage is beautiful. It had everything you could possibly need...home from home with a few added extras. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. The cottage is very spacious, the bedrooms are a lovely size and the bathroom is massive!!
Absolutely beautiful cottage!
Church bells! It's a beautiful little village with the Church at the centre of it but, the bells did wake our Grandson up a couple of times, chiming every 15 minutes and on the hour, every hour even throughout the night.
Nothing at all to do with the cottage though. Our stay was excellent.

Great welcome packs. Lovely and warm when we arrived.
We are “elderly” so found the stairs difficult.
Parking the car was difficult, the road is busy.

Fantastic little cottage, location was good, not to far from pubs and shops.
Loved the welcome pack that was very appreciated and unexpected and we both enjoyed all the goodies that came in it.
Very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed.
We enjoyed sitting in the garden in the morning with a cup of tea, nice little sun spot.
And I was very happy with the massive bath.
Would highly recommend Rosie cottage and can't wait to rebook.
Just personal preference, the pillows were to high for me and my partner, I usually do take my own but forgot 🙃
