Stayed here lots of times and never fails to disappoint, just had to give 4 star on cleanliness as the bin hadn’t been emptied and was quite smelly, assume it was an oversight from the cleaners.

Lovely property and was surprised how spacious it was. Great location and had a lovely time on the beach. Would stay again only thing I’d say is the kitchen could do with de cluttering so people have some where to store any food they bring.

Lovely property on this great location. Well equipped and comfortable. The bed was sooo comfy. We had a lovely time.

Clean, peaceful, modern and relaxing. A short walk from the beautiful beach with just enough amenities at hand. Highly recommended.

The property is lovely. Very well equipped, everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Not as clean as i would have liked, but im a bit OCD! Would have liked a bit more space outside, we took our dogs and we couldnt enclose them anywhere.

Cottage was lovely. Had a small challenge not having a bath or hand held shower to wash a 2 year old but everything else was well thought through. Communication prior to arrival was excellent

The property was excellent for us. Perfect location. Near to the beach and Pub. very quiet too. Cleaners need to up their game and clean underneath things! But 100% would stay there again

Stayed here several times and always spotless. Everything you need is here. Nice and quiet during the week. Only negative is the very early check out time of 10am. Rediculous now the pandemic is over!

Lovely stay at Beach Haven. Great location and the house is really well equipped. Would definitely recommend.

Whole village was bigger and nicer than expected. Well kept grounds and good facilities. Well located to Filey and the beach. House was well placed near the pub, shop etc. Check in super easy. Comfy beds, fluffy towles and good shower. Provided computer seems to be broken but no issues apart from that

Lovely cottage, comfy sofas and beds. Needed to wash cutlery, pots and pans before we could use them as had dried food or sticky bits on them and cupboard shelves were sticky and had crumbs. Other than that we had a lovely stay, thank you.

The property is clean and homely, brilliant location.

Don’t hesitate to book. Lovely place with everything you could need. Perfect position to be close to the centre where the shops, pub, beach etc is but also far enough away to be peaceful. We all loved staying here and would definitely book again. Could not fault it.

We had a pleasant three night stay. The cottage was clean and the owners were fantastic when we needed help getting a light bulb changed. The property was located in a great part of the site, close to the facilities but still nice and peaceful. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely, cosy cottage. Very well equipped and plenty to occupy you whatever the weather. Only booked a two night stay but wished it was longer, will book again 😊

We have stayed at The Bay many many times in differing properties and this was exceptional! Immaculate, spacious (plenty for 4 people) and a great location. Highly recommend this cottage.

Great location and house very well equipped but in need of maintenance and a thorough clean. Front door difficult to lock , door into lounge top hinge loose , shower door off rail at bottom , carbon monoxide alarm upstairs needs replacement it’s going off every 30 seconds with 3 beeps which means it’s broken, no reception on either tv upstairs , you may not know about these if you don’t see it often .

Had a fabulous stay. Exactly what we were looking for. We'll definitely be back.

Great Property.

The house itself, the location and the facilities were great but unfortunately the cleanliness of the house let it down. There were dirty towels in the upstairs bathroom (presumably from the last occupants), the downstairs floor hadn’t been mopped, there was dirt and soap scum on the upstairs sink, the top of the chest of drawers was covered in dust, there was approximately 10 sheets of toilet tissue in the downstairs toilet with no more in the house, no tea towel and two pairs of underpants in a drawer!! (and no I didn’t sniff them so I’ve no idea whether they were clean or dirty!) The actual house was lovely and the owners have gone to a lot of trouble to make sure that it’s like home from home (plenty of board games/boules, lots of pans, crockery & utensils, lovely and warm and really comfy beds) it’s just a shame that the cleaning company let things down.

Can’t praise this property enough, was newly decorated and just perfect for our Christmas stay! The only small thing I’d say is that the fridge freezer is really just a fridge, it’s a tiny freezer compartment so try to avoid taking anything frozen Would 100% recommend this to anyone thinking of staying at Beach Haven 😀
