The pergolas and covered and semi-covered porches are the perfect place to spend time outside enjoying the pool, the barbecue area or the relaxation area with the beautiful views. Three bedrooms, two of them ensuite and the guest toilet complete the distribution of this level.
The upper floor houses the master suite with an impressive designer dressing room, a bathroom with shower and freestanding bathtub and a private terrace of about 40 m2 with stunning sea views.
The basement has been designed for the enjoyment of the senses and entertainment. It houses an indoor heated swimming pool with a glass enclosure overlooking the large garage with capacity for two cars and electric vehicle charging socket. There is also a fully equipped gymnasium, sauna, laundry room, wine cellar, cinema room with pool table and bar area, ideal for entertaining guests.
