大通りから少し入った場所で静かだった。有料パーキングがすぐ隣にあり便利だった。

掃除が行き届いてない。洗面所にゴミ箱いる。脱衣所が狭い。

Sehr nettes und voll ausgestattetes Apartment, ideal für Familien.

Zimmer hatte eine Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine und eine komplett ausgestattete Küche. Eine kleiner Tisch zum Essen und einen Tv.

Leider war zu unserem Besuch eine Baustelle genau gegenüber, wo auch am Abend gearbeitet wurde. Hätte wir die Information vorher bekommen hätten wir auf die andere Seite des Gebäude ein Zimmer genommen. Lärm war am Abend zu hören. Klimaanlage hatte nach mehreren Stunden, trotz Empfehlung von 22 Grad, nicht geschafft das Zimmer zu wärmen.

It was good.

The location was a bit farther away from the main station than expected. I had to catch a local train and then transfer to another train line to get to the main station. The room was comfortable.

More cluttery (teaspoons, peeler), water jug, tea towels, and tissue refills. Also, perhaps more instructions on how to use clothes dryer and other equipment.

Great Osaka stay

Very near to Shinsekei, with lots of food and fun. The room is clean and affordable, recommend for family.

Washer is without dryer, but can use toilet at dryer room.

Comfortable 8 nights Stay in Studio Apartment

1. Location. Near to amenities and 4 metro stations ie. 5 mins walk to Ebisucho Station (Sakaisuji Line), 8 mins walk to Imamiya Ebisu (Nankai Line) and 13 mins walk to Shin Imamiya (JR Line) and 15 mins walk to Dobutsuen-Mae Station (Midosuji Line) which is just outside Don Quiote. 2. The clothes drier in the bathroom; clothes can be dried within 2 to 3 hours 3. Spaciousness of the room which was good for 4 person 4. Comfortable bed 5. Euipped kitchen and the fridge size 6. Balcony which I can hang clothes and go out for fresh air 7. Size of basin 8. Good quality of shampoo and conditioner, body bath, dish washing liquid and hand wash provided. 9. Two tables (1 for writing - which we used for charging our mobile phones, power banks and smart watches, etc.) and the other table with 4 stools for dining 10. Quite a lot of electrical power socket outlets in the room 11. Good size wardrobe 12. Efficient heater and air conditioning. 13. Fast and helpful response from the staff via Booking.com message.

1. Hard and lumpy pillows 2. No iron provided 3. Only 4 packets of laundry powder were provided for 8 nights stay 4. Not enough clothes hangers in the wardrobe for 4 person.

Like this and I will come back for stay.

Good location , comfortable , convenient Have washing machine, hair dryer , separate bathroom and restroom. Have kitchen for cook , microwave, refrigerator, kattle

No staff for clean room everyday. We will keep the waste to garbage storage that residence provided. If you arrive before check in time can’t deposit the luggage.

Nice stay in a excellent bedroom well located

The bedroom was very nice, with window, all the facilities and ehat we need for a pleaseant stay, even when we have a construction in a side, we don´t hear any disturb.

To get, it was a little confusing, but once we made it, is ok

I will definitely book with Bon Condominium whenever I visit Osaka & will strongly recommend this property to my fam

I particularly loved the location of the property as it was practically walking distance to the places I wanted to go. And if I wanted to travel further, the nearest Metro station is just 3 minutes away. Laundry & kitchen facilities are always a major consideration for deciding where to stay when we travel to Japan. Our group was extremely pleased that you had both. We also appreciated how clean and spacious the rooms were.

For some reason, the forms for replenishing soap, shampoo & replacing of towels did not seem to work after scanning the QR code. But it was a minor inconvenience, at most.

It was okay. Location wise very nice. Just a hotel for transit really.

It was close to the train station. The location is near the grocery and walking distance to other places in Namba, Dotonburi. There are a lot of convenience stores and a grocery nearby.

I was expecting 3 beds but the there were only 2 + a sofa bed that is not really comfy for an adult but my 5 years old daughter slept on it and it was okay for her. Looking for a desk where we can put our laptop so we can still read work emails but there was only one small side table by the bed. They do not have free bottled water on the ref though it was indicated that the tap water is drinkable. We bought water just to be safe. The check out time is too early at 10am and no extension.

location is just the right distance away from Shinsekai and Namba.

not clean. lot of dirt and cobwebs in places not visible in first look. kitchenette is basic but there is no place to eat. may be second beef could be an extendable sofa and a table cum chair/stool can be added

Nice apartment and strategic location

Spacious and clean. The room is big enough for 4 of us. Kitchen equipped with utensils and got washing machine too (washing detergent provided). Can do laundry because bathroom has a built in dryer. Hang our clothes before going to sleep....the next morning all dry. Very satisfied. Location very strategic. Close to Ebisucho Station (2 min walk) and Imamiya Station (7 min walk). Near Dotonbori (Glico Man) walking distance to Glico Man around 30 min. They also provide towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Restaurants and Convenience Store (7-11, Lawson and Family Mart) nearby.

There is no luggage storage for check in and check out

Comfortable Condotel in Den Den Town

Room comfortable for a couple, clean, nice bed and pillows, complete amenities - kitchen, laundry, fast and reliable internet. Location in Den Den Town, 3 mins walk to Ebisucho Station. Nearby convenient stores and restaurants. Property responds quickly to queries.

Needs additional table to put stuffs, no iron, no staff on site to assist you with booking concerns.
