Both me and my husband love everything about this apartment. It's truly like home from home. The location is perfect, and it has everything and more that we need.
Thankyou Maggie for a fantastic stay.

Nice , clean and cosy.

A small but cosy, central flat. Clean, well equipped with comfortable bed and good shower. Maggie is a great host and provides a few extra treats as well as some kitchen basics and bathroom toilettries. It was our second visit, and hopefully not our last.
Everything was great.

Comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean.

It was clean and cosy, recliner sofa. Communication with the owner excellent and by request were allowed to check out an hour later. Everything you need for a little get away to explore Hawick and neighbouring towns.
I wasn't aware there was no parking when I was booking the property, but we found a free car park just over the river 5 minutes walk away. And since it's in the town centre and next to off licence, it was a tad noisy on Friday and Saturday night, but I guess to be expected at the location.

It was clean and comfortable and on the high street it was close to everything with alot of interest
I thought car parking was an issue, not knowing if I'd get a ticket so I parked away out of sight and had a 10 minute walk.
Also the apartment was nice it was too small for me

Super location right in town centre. Cosy, comfortable and very well equipped. Perfect place for a Borders break. Communication with the owner was first class and I appreciated the welcome treats!

Tiny flat but in a great location on the high street of Hawick. A good spot to tour the Scottish Borders from. Beautiful park nearby. Lots to see of historical interest. We happened to be there for the Hawick Common Riding celebrations and had a great view of events from the flat. The accommodation, although small, had everything we needed and more, thanks to the wine and chocolate left for us. Even a spare phone charger which was a nice thought! The owner replied to messages promptly and was very helpful. Parking from 4pm to 10am on tbe High Street which suited us fine.
There are 31 stairs up to the flat. Not really a problem for us but could be for others. It as advertised as not suitable for people with mobility issues, though so no complaints from us at all.

Lovely flat right in the centre of Hawick so very easy to get to anywhere you need/like to. Communication with Maggie was excellent throughout. Would recommend!

Great location, right in the town centre. Great communication from host. Had a homely feel and if I was to ever stay in Hawick again I would certainly stay here.
There was some lovely touches I.e shower gels, soaps, board games, coffee and even a little bottle of wine and chocolate on arrival. Thank you Maggie :)

Maggie's little place is a true gem. It had everything that you would need from a self catered stay. Everything was spick and span! Maggie's communication was superb and instructions on how to find the flat were really clear. As we walked through the town we noticed that there was plenty free parking available a stones throw away if you don't happen to find parking on the High Street (but also pretty easily available and free - just take note of the hours that one can park there).

We are in the centre of Hawick. The room was comfortable and nice, and my wife enjoyed the fire in the room.

Nice and cozy wee place. Very well appointed and perfect for people looking to do some walking in and around Hawick.

Clean, cosy little flat. Nicely presented. Comfortable bed. Very central. Excellent communication. Some extras provided, ie. washing up liquid and cloths, tea and sugar, kitchen towel, hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo, were useful. Wine was a nice touch.
It would have been nice if the ftidge was on and running for our arrival, but it didn't take long to cool.

Cosy little flat in an excellent location. Very well equipped with everything you would require.
Very close to all of the pubs and restaurants.
The only improvement I could suggest, is better lighting in the stairwell.

Good central location. Comfortable accommodation.

Location is spot on, town centre, next to all the shops and pubs, by the river.
With a fantastic helpful host.

I loved this little flat! So conveniently located for the shops and attractions of Hawick.
The place was immaculate and had absolutely everything you might need for a stay. I didn’t really cook while there but the kitchen was very well kitted out with equipment and cleaning products.
The instructions and directions before arrival were clear and accurate.
Every comfort was provided - including a little welcome drink! - which made this flat feel very homely.
Loved the river view from the bedroom.

very little. the main entrance was insecure anyone can enter there was no key to lock it. the staircase does not have a handrail and very dark at night. the living room had a very bad smell. which mentioned to the two cleaners as we left. But it didn’t seem to bother them as they laughed when mentioned. All in all they need to get their act together
poor

I paid £56.70 per night.
The alleyway approaching the property and the hallway and stairs leading up to apartment 1B are a bit grim. However the apartment is small (in fact it was a bit cramped) and well equipped. The bed was comfy, with reasonable linen/towels. The electric shower was ok. There was good WiFi. It was a central location, overlooking the High Street.
Approach to apartment. Better use of space inside.

Approach to the apartment is quite off-putting. Quite cramped - perhaps a smaller sofa? and remove the living room door between the bedroom door and the bathroom door?
