How quiet it was after the cops cleared out the homeless and riff raff.
How disgusting the entire unit was.
How stupid and out of touch staff was. One staff member even said he thinks it’s dirty, and how he’s been trying to get the owner to replace the ratty couch.
Professionalism doesn’t exist at this “business”
Only one housekeeper for a building with over 10 units.

The view, the comfort of bed and furniture, and the ease of check in/out. Location was good for us to. Will definitely come back and have highly recommended to others.
Having to park across the street and load and unload the car. Wasn't sure if it was ok to pull up next to the bldg. long enough to do that.

Great location and price and it was cozy enough
Needs some upgrades (couch and chairs and bit worn and mattress sank in the middle.

self contained apt. great location. great value
lost time trying to enter wrong door

Pretty well located to downtown and market square. About a 10 min walk. Parking garage across the street really convenient. Also not a far drive 10-20 min from most major attractions for Pittsburgh (zoo, aquarium, museums, science center, casino, etc.)
In the best way possible you can tell this is a budget hotel. Things are a little rundown or not the most advanced, but it’s the cheapest place to stay that’s still really convenient to downtown. You can also tell that they don’t super thoroughly clean the rooms( moving furniture, fully cleaning floors)

Clean, safe, comfortable.

Location was good. We've stayed before and had a much better experience with the room/apartment and cleanliness on our last trip.
The room could have been A LOT cleaner. There was a THICK layer of black dust on the small fan that was provided and the ventilation fan in the bathroom--also on the back of the bathroom door. There was a towel hanging on the hook on the back of the bathroom door and I couldn't tell whether it was clean or not. There were towels folded on the bed that we assumed were clean.

Location and low price.
Room well appointed, but shabby.

Location was great as was the price. I would consider staying here again. Parking was right across the street. Lots of restaurants close by. 15 minute walk to PPG arena.
The unit could use a some attention. Had to hold the coffee make top down to make it work, Had an issue with the toilet, but when it became a real problem, they were very attentive. Made the property owner aware of the issues and I am sure they will take care of them.

Location was close to down town but neighborhood had a very high homeless population.
Dirty and not as pictured.
Asked for towel service and we were ignored. Bath towels were large hand towels and only one set each.

I liked the location -a bonus for us was that Pickleburgh festival was literally across the street even though we hadn't come to town for the festival. Nice location for exploring downtown and walking across the bridges. Large apartment. Kitchen had enough supplies to cook a basic meal. Easy to access when we arrived with codes at the outside door and for the apartment.
I had some safety concerns that weren't addressed during our stay. A metal prong from a plug was broken off in the hallway outlet. I found this when our dog was shocked and whimpered away. The mirror in the bathroom was also only secured on one side so only 2 of the four screws were holding it to the wall and I wasn't sure how long they would hold.
Not sure why there were only towels for 2 guests when the booking was for 3 adults.
Some may find the homeless population a bit concerning but we found that everyone was friendly (this might feel different when there is not a festival on).

I liked my location as this was my 4th time staying at the place. Its convenient and semi close to events, if or when we visit the Pittsburgh area.
Well, when booking the room, pictured was the room I thought I was truly paying for; as i have stayed at this residence 3 times prior, everytime my significant other and I have booked it had always been the room as pictured when making the prior booking/payment. But no unfortunately not this time.. the room I thought I booked was a studio apartment with separate bedroom then livingroom with large sectional couch. When entering the day of; it was truly nothing but single room with bed kitchenette then bathroom all in 1 vicinity. The bathroom was barely cleaned, had human hair all over the floor along with the toilet being clogged prior to any use that day what so ever. I was deeply saddened as this was one of my favorite places to stay when going to pgh. The company still has not answered back, after sending confirmation pictures of the room I thought I paid for etc. I almost feel I had a bait and switch when booking the room unfortunately.

was dirty and toilet only worked half the time. sink in bathroom isn’t actually connected to the wall, it pulls very easily when setting things on it. the dishes were all dirty and there was a drink left in the fridge so it has clearly not been cleaned.

friendly staff (via messages), good location (close to PPG Arena), parking garage across the street. smelled good (air freshener), roomy bedrooms and sitting area, 2 queen beds. large bathroom and shower. view was nice. fish tank was clean. pleasant art and decor.
DIRTY. It needs scrubbed from top to bottom. I figured the dirty carpet on the exterior stairs were due to traffic, but was horrified when we got in the property and the shag carpet in the hallway and bedrooms was in need of vacuuming and shampooing. throw rugs in the living room were obviously not vacuumed either. our shoes stuck to the bathroom floor, the toilet smelled of urine, every vent was either dirty or the dirt was on the wall next to it. ceilings were dirty. no covers on the mattresses or pillows under the sheets. Unidentified nastiness on the sheets of
both beds (not just stains) and one of the couch covers that appeared to be some type of body secretions 🤢. could have scraped the top of the table in the bathroom with a paint scraper and it still would’ve been dirty. some of the towels were sour. windows were smudged and dirty on the inside. I have NEVER had an issue with a Booking property in the past and was so disappointed in the cleanliness of this property. I can only assume that the owners just aren’t checking up on their cleaning staff vs them actually thinking this is an acceptable level of basic cleanliness for an rental.

The property was close to where I wanted to be, the parking garage across the street wasn’t too expensive, and entry to the building was easy peasy.
Soo many things were disappointing… it wasn’t very clean (someone else’s hair on the bathroom and kitchen floors, someone’s leftover drinks in the fridge, the duvet cover had dirt on it, and the floors had someone else’s crumbs and dirt on them), there wasn’t anywhere in the bedroom to place my luggage except the bed or floor (which is not ideal when trying to sleep, and the “closet” had three hangers to use, one of which was bent), the curtains in the bedroom didn’t go to the edge of the window so light came in at the level of your head, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work (I was told to reset the router which I did not have access to in the apartment).

A lot of space, comfy bed and good equipment (kettle, coffee machine, fridge, hair dryer...). Nice channel and streaming selection available on the TV too.
We didn't see any staff members but they were very responsive by text, which was great.
Also, we came for a hockey game and the place is really close to the arena, so that's also very convenient if that's your reason for coming to Pittsburgh!
Overall we enjoyed our stay, and the flat is a great deal for the price.
The neighborhood looks a bit sketchy (still nothing bad happened, just a global feeling), and I think somebody stole all the knives or something because there's none left! Also, the pillow are BIG, like actually too big.

It was a very independent stay and they tell you everything you need to get in and out of your apartment/room in emails and messages. Super clean beautiful apartment with almost everything you need!
Nothing, you just have to follow the directions on the emails and make sure you're reading in depth.

it’s could have been very nice inside with a little more upkeep
I’ll start with it was dirty it was hard to handle with how dirty it was. there is some type of bug in there we woke up with bites. the bed is broke the legs are like bent or unscrewed. stains and stuff on the walls

They thought of everything we could have needed.

great location and easy access.
