The property was clean, within a gated community, and across the street from Seven Seas. The property manager was friendly and available when needed. The location was nice with plenty of beaches and restaurants to walk to. We overall had a great stay and enjoyed our time here.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Very nice and convenient condo. Love the pool area. The beach across the street is just beautiful. we have stayed at this same complex in the past and loved it. There is construction on the road in front of us and we were not aware of that prior to our stay. It changed things a bit we still enjoyed it and is no fault of the owner. We look forward to going back some day.

We enjoyed our stay in Ariel's condo (A101) very much. It's location on first floor and right beside Seven Seas Beach was very convenient. The condo is very large and could accommodate a large family quite easily. The master bed was very comfortable, and the master bath was large. We wish the condo had a drying rack, a second low beach chair, and a toaster.
4.0 / 5.0
Things we loved:
- Well-stocked (and nice!) cooking materials in kitchen
- Pool at complex was awesome - and right outside the condo door!
- Size of condo was perfect for our needs - open layout was fantastic
- Place was generally clean
- It is literally across the street from the beach, which is beautiful. You can see the water when you open the condo door.
- Back patio was small but cute. We had some chicken friends join us.
Things we didn't love:
- When we arrived, no one picked up our call to enter the complex. We spent a panicked 15-20 minutes outside the gate at 1 am before we called a neighbor to let us in. No apology when the property manager did contact us back.
- Hot water issues. The hot shower water stopped working on day 2. The property manager had us do some troubleshooting to no avail. Turns out, it was a tripped breaker (which was our guess, but we had no idea where the breaker was. For future - it's behind the photo near the kitchen). The breaker proceeded to trip every day while we were there (sometimes mid-shower), which was frustrating.
- You must use a key to exit the complex. And only one key was supplied. This made any trip to the beach one in which we had to coordinate with each other to ensure no one was locked in or out of the complex - not ideal for a relaxing vacation or independent activity.

The condo was very roomy and clean. A few of the fixtures were older, contractor grade. Convenient on the ground floor. Beware the flock of chickens right outside the 2nd bedroom that start crowing around 3:30 every morning if that is going to be an issue. Common pool area clean, but pretty small. Right across street from 7 Seas beach, but construction makes it currently a bit of a walk to get to. Biggest problem is much of the view and the area surrounding the condo complex is blocked by a serious of locals' campers and trailers that are have high fences and razor wire strung everywhere. It kind of detracted from the potential scenic view and vibe. That's not the owner's fault, but something to be aware of. As I said, no real issues with the condo itself other than a lumpy love seat that could use replacing. The area has a few places to eat that are walkable, and a new food-truck park with only a few vendors. Condo itself 4.5/5, common areas 4/5, neighborhood and location 3/5.

We had a great time. Perfect location right across from beautiful seven seas beach. The condo was nice and clean and had great A/C. King Bed was very comfy. Beach chairs, towels and cooler provided were definitely a plus. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is great, quiet street just next to the Fajardo Seven Seas beach. Very easy check-in, we were allowed to drop bags a bit early. The space was perfect for 6, and had plenty of room. Exiting and entering the property complex requires a key provided during check-in. This was the only small issue we had during the stay. With our 6 adults, it was a bit difficult to manage the comings and goings with only a single set of keys. An extra set would have made this better. But, overall, very pleased with the experience!

The husband and I loved our stay at this condo in the Palma Vista complex! You really can't beat the location, steps away from the beach and a close walk to the beautiful cabezas nature reserve. We found many more secluded spots on the beach along the bay that felt like we were on our own island. Also, many of the trails in the nature reserve are low traffic well. We felt very safe in the gated complex and the condo was clean, updated and looked exactly like the pictures. We especially loved the patio area with seating, banana and palm trees and a grill. We had our coffee out there every morning. It's true what people say, there are roosters calling all the time but if you just bring earplugs it's no problem sleep wise. In fact we enjoyed hearing all the wildlife noises and liked that the fajardo area was a little more country (but still with plenty of development and civilization.) Overall it was the perfect blend of traditional vacation relaxation and nature adventure for us. And to top it off we found all of the locals to be very kind and helpful to tourists. PR is a beautiful country with beautiful people and we will definitely be back.

We were a total of 6, with plenty of room to spare. Beach is a across the street, with beautiful views. Kitchen was well equipped, which was important to us. We all enjoy cooking. Location was great other than the construction, but it also prevented traffic. Thank you for such a great stay...

This was a nice place to land after traveling all day. It was great having the beach towels and chairs provided. The beach is literally right across the street. There was significant road construction going on so we had to walk a bit to get beach access but no huge deal. Nice stay.

The condo was more space than we really needed as a couple, but really nice to have extra elbow room and the back patio. Quick walk to the beach, and the complex pool area is very pretty and peaceful when music at beach gets old. There is construction on the road that will be ongoing for a long time, but that did not bother us at all. Found several nice restaurants in the area, and zip lining adventure at Toro Verde!

Our family of six adults stayed in the property for two weeks. It was exactly as presented in the property details. The pool and pool area were lovely. The beach is across the street but it's a small street quite easy to cross. There are many nearby hiking trails. Many restaurants along the road but grocery stores are 15 minutes away.
Items that would have improved our stay include adding a dishwasher and a few kitchen supplies like baking sheets, large frying pan(s), more kitchen towels, a second set of bath towels and washcloths (there were none).
Puerto Rico is wonderful!

Loved the East Side of the island, property is at great location to explore El Yunque Rainforest, water taxies to out islands, and local restaurants. The condo is very large and accommodating to our family of four, has everything you need for your stay and was very clean. Outside shower was a plus as well as the washer and dryer. We enjoyed the roosters in the morning and finding land crabs at night on the beach across from the condo! Also, was very nice to meet the host, Ariel, upon arrival to our stay.

Nice 10 day trip
The Seven Seas beach in Fajardo area is a great place to stay, so close to the ocean. We really loved the location of this property. If visiting the Ocean 200ft away -Snorkeling & Hiking to secluded beaches is your thing, look no further. The Condo was spacious and had everything we needed to stay for the week (Great value for the awesome location). We enjoyed spending time outside next to the pool after a long day of fun excursions and activities. The only negative to this property for us was the Rosters that were perched in the tree 10 feet from our bedroom window from 2am to 6am everyday – sleep was difficult. The property manager and owner did us a huge favor when our flight was cancelled, and we needed to stay on the island an addition 3 nights. thank you, so much. We will see you soon. Jeff S
