Beautiful home and excellent location. The hosts were extremely helpful and welcoming.

Lovely cute cottage, excellent location in the centre of Whitstable. Very good garden area at the rear. The host was first class, excellent service.
Parking was a bit difficult as only street parking - but this is understandable with many small coastal villages parking is at a premium. The host gave us lots of information on parking arrangements. There were a couple of car parks nearby if you don't manage to park in nearby streets.

Location is spot on. Contemporary but homely décor. Very comfortable beds. Handy having ensuites + main bathroom. Cupboards well stocked with crockery, glasses, utensils etc. So may interesting independent shops and bars and restaurants all close by. Beach and harbour are minutes away by foot.
The stairs were a challenge for my elderly Mum. We advised owners that a banister / hand rail would be useful at the turning at the top.

Everything it was amazing
Parking is difficult but we had been informed of this before we went

This was a lovely place easy to access the high st and harbour. Clean and tidy with plenty of seats, beds and the kitchen was well equipped.

Location, cleanliness, quality of bed linen and towels. All great. Hot shower too. We also enjoyed sitting in the sun in the garden and watching the birds and bees over breakfast.
Galley kitchen was a bit cramped and lacking in storage space, with limited food prep area.
It would have been nice to have lamps in the lounge area for more cosy lighting, and also side tables within reach of the two sofas. The current coffee table is too far from both sofas to be of any use whilst sitting there (eg for putting down drinks/snacks whilst watching tv or chatting)

Location is amazing
Garden could be better……
A couple of outside lights would be great

Such a beautiful clean property set in a perfect location. This stunning house has a beautiful sunny peaceful garden. It is really well located for the station ( 10 minute walk) beach (less than 5 minutes) and the fabulous night street with an array of fantastic restaurants is 2 minutes. Therefore you are close enough to stroll but not to hear any noise.

Location was very central. Two minutes walk into the town centre, pubs , shops and restaurants. The property had everything we needed. Our 2 year old daughter left her doll behind at the property but Charles the owner found it and sent it via post at no extra cost.
Nothing the stay for my family and I was fabulous.

Perfectly situated, everything on your doorstep
The parking is an issue although plenty of car parks available. The road is very narrow so you need to take care if you have a large car

Lovely property and a fantastic location, everything you need in the kitchen. Lovely little garden and dog friendly. Good communication with owner.
first floor shower room on the small side and access a bit tricky.

Lovely cottage in a fantastic location with access to town and seafront.

Fantastic location right in the heart of Whitstable, would definitely recommend.

we liked everything about the property , location was excellent, close to all the beautiful independent shop’s restaurants and pubs. house was warm and cozy and had all the basics like tea , coffee and milk , and a packet of biscuits.

Its location.
The general condition of the property was not great (lots of knocks, scuffs to walls, poor paintwork to windows etc.) We appreciate that it is now the end of the main season and much of this is just cosmetic but some of the work that is needed on this property is detrimental to guests health. This mainly applies to the damp to the chimney breast throughout, which was also evident in 2 of the bedrooms. The tiles to the bathroom floor have also lifted and could be dangerous if not wearing footwear or for small children.
The main central heating was also not working throughout our stay. The owner did advise us of this and was helpful in supplying portable heaters. Looking at one of the bedroom ceilings, there is a damp spot where the en-suite is positioned on the top floor, so it may be that there is a leak there?

We had a wonderful stay. Fantastic location and a really great little cottage. Perfect for couples and families. Great communication from the host, Charles who answered all our questions and was easily reached by phone.
The en-suite bathroom was on a small side and we had a twin bed instead of a double in our room.

Location was fantastic.
Instructions (how to get in, keys, utilities, local
information, WiFi etc) all spot on. Nothing missed!
Beds all comfortable, spacious rooms, clean towels.
Host had left “essentials” for use - very thoughtful!
WiFi and TV good.
Nice back garden area.
Sofa could have been a tiny bit cleaner.
Bathrooms a little small but totally fine for us!

Fantastic weekend in a beautiful house in beautiful Whitstable. Not even a minute walk to the shops and a couple more minutes to the beach. No 10 had everything we needed, was bright and very comfortable. All needs were met and i will definitely be returning again.
4.6
fantastic location seconds of a walk to main high street with all its shops and bars etc. The house was cosy and welcoming and great that our furry friend was allowed to stay! plenty of room for us as a couple and the owners were brilliant communicating with us to help our holiday run smoothly. Couple of very minor points/suggestions which might be helpful, to add a light in outside courtyard to illuminate the step at night or paint a white line to make it more obvious ( I read the sign but still took a tumble after dark!) also provision of a guest book to read other visitors feedback/tips, which may also help provide some immediate feedback to you and allow guests to express their thanks etc
nothing negative to say about accommodation, everything was great, the only thing that would improve the holiday would be the parking situation, if you cannot find a space the nearest car park was nearly £3 an hour. we managed to bag a slot about 3 hours after arrival so worked out ok for us.
