Every season is the perfect time of the year for visiting Sequoia National Park & Three Rivers!! Spring brings cool weather and is a great time to hike or take a drive to see the beautiful trees. Summer is perfect for taking a swim in the river while enjoying some beautiful hikes among the trees. Be sure to take a picnic lunch and eat amongst the big trees or take a hike down to the river. Fall brings out the colors and cool temperatures while winter is breathtaking with snow on the big trees. Normally you can see a lot of wildlife in the town of Three Rivers. Deer, turkeys and you may even see a bear to two! We would love to have you stay in our beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath house located 1.7 miles below the Sequoia Park Entrance. After a long day at the Park you will be glad you stayed here! This home sits on 3 acres of beautiful rolling oaks. The views from the front porch are breathtaking. The main fork of the Kaweah River can be heard as you sit on the front porch enjoying your morning coffee or in the evening while enjoying a glass of wine! Depending on the time of the year, when the river is high you can see it from the deck. The night skies in Three Rivers are lit up with stars and this is the perfect property to view them. A great place to bring your family and enjoy the peacefulness of Three Rivers. This property provides the privacy so many people crave when they come to the beautiful town of Three Rivers. Due to the acreage and large undeveloped land surrounding this property, small herds of deer travel through quite often. There are various animal trails throughout the property and you may see other wildlife. If you enjoy bird watching there are also many types of hawks, hummingbirds, songbirds and migratory species in the area. All of this, plus the driveway being right off the main highway and less than two miles to the park entrance makes this property a jewel! The newly remodeled 3 bedroom home has 2 full baths. We offer all the amenities of a home - including a fully stocked kitchen. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are an open floor plan with numerous windows to look out at the mountains and spectacular view. The full kitchen has all new appliances including a dishwasher. For your convenience, there is a coffee maker, coffee supplied for your mornings with cream & sugar, a microwave, mixer & blender. There is a kitchen nook with a bistro table to enjoy your breakfast surrounded by windows to enjoy the beauty outside or take it outside to enjoy the beauty of Three Rivers. The open living room has tall ceilings, plenty of seating, a flat screen Smart TV with an electric fireplace. The home is designed to create a warm and stylish space to relax in after a day in Sequoia Park. There is plenty of room to gather with family and friends! The dining room table seats 6 comfortably with views of the outside. Queen beds are provided in all 3 bedrooms. Cozy, comfortable bedding with lots of pillows in each bedroom. Large closets in each bedroom with plenty of hangers and luggage racks provided for your convenience. Washer and dryer available for guest use. OTHER AMENITIES INCLUDE: Wi-Fi, TV, towels, washer & dryer, dishwasher, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, coffee with creamers, sugar & sugar substitutes, local olive oil & honey, salt & pepper along with other spices. For your safety there are fire & carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher in the home and a First Aid Kit. CHECK IN TIME is anytime after 4:00 P.M. CHECK OUT TIME is at 10:00 A.M. NOTE: - Large gatherings or parties are not permitted. - NO Smoking or drug use on the property. - All visitors are responsible for their own safety and are advised to act cautiously as the home is located in mountainous terrain and is home to many wild animals. - Absolutely no wood burning allowed preventing wildfires - AT&T is the only cell service provider that works at the house. - We ask that you be respectful of neighbors and the nature in the area by not engaging in destructive or disruptive behavior during your stay. - The house is designed to sleep 6 people. If during your stay or upon leaving, we learn that there were more than 6 people you will be charged $25 per night for each individual over the 6 allowed. - No dogs/pets are allowed on the premises. If we do find out that there have been animals brought onto the property your reservation can be cancelled immediately with no refund and there will be a $250 additional cleaning fee charged to you. * Behavior that is damaging or potentially damaging to others or the property will result in immediate cancellation of your booking and NO REFUND!

Property is well situated, well stocked and very clean. But the best is the wildlife. We had hummers, quail, several species of woodpeckers, the wonderful sound of the river. It's a great place to kick back and relax.

Everything was clean and neat and well organized! The house had everything we needed. We loved staying here. It was so nice to sit outside and enjoy nature. We had 2 deer come up near us when we were sitting outside the first evening! If we ever come back, would love to stay here again!

Very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The layout was perfect and the view beautiful. Location was perfect. We were able to come back for lunch and go out for the afternoon with everything close. We hiked beautiful trails no more than 10 mn away.

We enjoyed staying in the wonderful home for three night. It is only 2 miles from the park entrance. Debra well equips the house with everything we need, from cooking wares to shampoo/conditioners to washing detergent. We love everything about this house.

We stayed 3 nights at this lovely property in early October. It is very close to the entrance to Sequoia NP. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. The kitchen is well stocked and included a Keurig coffee maker with a nice collection of K cups. We would definitely return.

The location of the house was great. Right outside Sequoia National Park and a short drive to town. The house is set up and back from the road so it was peaceful with 2 nice outdoor spaces. We relaxed there to enjoy the deer and birds. Beds, pillows and bedding were very comfortable. The house contained EVERYTHING you need for your stay - wide variety of Keurig pods and creamers, good quality laundry supplies and paper goods. The kitchen was also well appointed to cook or grill anything you want and had 10 spices! Will definitely stay here next time I go to Sequoia NP.

Everything went well. Debra the owner was great, reaching out to us early, checking in with us and even gave us the option to check in super early if we could have taken advantage of that. She was very responsive and available to questions.
We used the kitchen and had everything we needed. With a family with 2 adult sons we appreciated that all 3 rooms had a queen sized bed. AC worked well and we were very glad as it was a couple hot days in August.
Location to the park entrance was great.

Cute house just minutes from the entrance to Sequoia in one direction and a market and a few restaurants in the other. Three bedrooms with comfortable beds and a powerful air conditioning unit, which you will be thankful for in the summer. Owners and property managers are very good at sending out timely and relevant messages and respond quickly to inquiries. We would definitely return to this house if we were passing through the area again.

My family and I were lucky enough to stay at this cozy house in Three Rivers literally 5 minutes from Sequoia National Park! A family of deer had come to rest in the driveway and wild turkey were roaming the yard in the morning! We had easy access to Sequoia and the town of Three Rivers. My family stayed here from 7/26-7/28. The place was nice and clean. The check in process was seamless. We had a nice stay here overall.The issue occurred after we checked out. My husband was contacted by the owner the day after stating we damaged the comforter in the back bedroom. She claimed it looked like a juice stain. She provided photos with a purple stain with plastic like residue. We did not have anything with us that would leave a stain like this. We were traveling all around National Parks so we had water, no juice. We don’t allow the kids to bring pens, markers etc. I then remembered I had done laundry as the unit had a washer with detergent pods provided. My white bra came out of the washer with the same purple stains all over it. At the time I didn’t think anything of it. It wasn’t a new bra so I wasn’t too concerned.I did some research and found that detergent pods can fail to dissolve & stain clothing in the process. We tried to explain this to the owner & her response was it wasn’t here before and is now. She charged $80 to replace the comforter.I would think twice before staying here. If you choose to do so I suggest you take before & after photos upon check in/ check out.

Wonderful stay!
The Three Rivers house was just lovely. The owner thought of everything! Coffee on the front patio each morning was heaven. We got to see some amazing wildlife like a mama deer with her baby fawn (still with spots), a flock of quail, a hummingbird, and a cute lizard that lives on the front patio. It's a short drive to Sequoia. We had also intended to drive up to Kings' Canyon but we couldn't stomach driving on the windy road another day (switchback after switchback for over an hour!). So instead, we spent a day in Three Rivers going to the lake and soaking in the river at Slick Rock.

Outstanding all-around
Great home. Very close to Sequoia National Park. The home itself is clean and quiet. Everything works - appliances, bathrooms, beds are comfortable, etc. Debra is organized and easy to work with. If you want to go to Sequoia National and want a place to stay nearby, this home is ideal. My only suggestion is bring a speaker if you want to listen to music.
