Near the bastide town of Eymet, close to the castles of Bridoire and Monbazillac, just 20 minutes south of Bergerac and its airport (daily low cost flights from UK, Belgium, Holland and Germany).

Set on 3 acres of unspoiled, safe, & peaceful land, the property, full of charm & character, newly renovated in order to retain its original stone walls, beamed ceilings is furnished with elegance & comfort.

Modernized to high standards with the latest facilities, “La Tuilière” is suitable for family gatherings, anniversaries, celebrations, wine tasting parties or friends wanting to have fun...

It can accommodate up to 15 people: 8 bedrooms all en-suite (3 bedrooms with single beds, 4 bedrooms with king size beds and 1 with a double bed), an extra toilet near the living spaces, a large dining room, a living room, a fully equiped kitchen with ample counter space, a large hob and two ovens, and a utility room. Four bedrooms are on the ground floor and four on the first floor.

The property benefits from an 11 x 5 metre private heated swimming pool with terrace with a wonderful uninterrupted view over the countryside and vineyards, equiped with an immersion alarm for the safety of small children .

The house is rented with garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue, sun loungers, sun umbrellas and a parking area for 6 cars.

It is our main residence when not rented and is loved and cared for all year long. During their stay, our guests are alone on the property and take advantage of the house, garden, surroundings and all the amenities.
The property is rented Saturday to Saturday but do not hesitate to email us depending on your requirements

Ten of us (two families with three kids each) had a very enjoyable stay at this wonderful property in a fantastic location. Despite the fact the kids are now all adults there was ample room for us all and we were left wanting for nothing in this well equipped, spacious and meticulously maintained property. Our hosts were warm and friendly, the house was spotless, and the games room, generously sized pool and magnificent views meant we were happy to spend several days just lounging around the property. On the days we decided to venture out, there was plenty to do and see in the area without having to travel too far. Would highly recommend for larger groups / families.

The villa served as the setting for a family celebration and 2 week hoiday. The surroundings were picturesque, the villa fantastically accomodating for our group of adults and young children, and the hosts, Claire and Kieran, went above and beyond in looking after us during our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the place to anyone looking to visit the area and will no doubt be back again soon ourselves. 10/10

Magnificent. Lovely house and grounds, carefully restored, genuine 8-bed ensuite, in delightful setting with easy access to the Dordogne. The house is well provisioned with the essentials - crockery, cutlery, kitchen and cooking equipment. We were a party of eleven and we much appreciated and enjoyed our time there.

An Excellent property; spacious, well equipped and maintained, not to mention beautiful. An ideal location, quiet and peaceful yet within easy reach of all amenities and attractions; that is if you can drag yourself away from the garden and poolside. Keiran and Claire looked after us very well; we have rented properties in France since 1981 and have never before had our empty bottles taken to the bottle bank for us! We have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this property.

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful property. The house has eight en-suite bedrooms all decent size and well furnished. Bathrooms are modern. The grounds are beautiful with an enormous heated pool.The owners were a delight and very responsive, a shower head broke and Kieran was there within ten minutes fixing it. The house is a short drive to Eymet and Bergerac. We rarely revisit a house this is one we hope to.

Great property with loads of space for the 8 adults and 5 children. Felt like a real home. Fantastic pool and lovely little play area for the kids. The hosts were great and went out of the way to help. Highly recommend.

What an absolutely amazing and special place to stay! From our first contact with Claire with questions pre-booking, through Keiran's meeting of us on arrival, to our last morning and chats with both of them, Claire and Keiran were perfect hosts and clearly care about making sure their guests have the best possible time. Everything about this house is fantastic, the fact that each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom was such a bonus and made a multi-generational holiday so much easier. The house is so well equipped, the kitchen in particular has everything you need. It was lovely to have an abundance of plates/mugs/glasses/cutlery rather than having to constantly wash-up (it's the simple things that make life so much easier!) We were a group of 14 plus we had 6 visitors for a celebratory meal and had more than enough crockery, glasses and chairs to go around. The pool is so clean and heated to a perfect temperature, it was the highlight of the holiday for our grandchildren. The list of positives about this house is endless - it's absolutely perfect for a large group (no close neighbours so didn't have to worry about noise!!) and very handy for Bergerac airport. We would definitely return if we had a large group holiday.

As an extended family we take a yearly group trip to France. I am so pleased we found this place. Everything is as it is listed on the website with many elements better than expected. Great hosts who were able to help with questions or requests and even met its at the property at 05:30 a.m. on our day of departure to see us off. Can't recommend this property enough, (I don't normally say this) but we will definitely be looking to revisit in years to come.

We hebben een heel aangename week doorgebracht op dit mooie rustige domein met een fantastisch uitzicht. Dit ruime huis is bijzonder comfortabel, elke slaapkamer heeft een badkamer en toilet, praktische grote keuken met alles erop en eraan , barbecues, grote tafels buiten en gezellige verlichting . De eigenaars zijn heel sympathiek en behulpzaam. Een absolute aanrader.

This is a large, very clean, beautiful property in rolling countryside. Everything was as described. The only downside for us was the pool heating couldn't cope with the the weather but this didn't distract from a very enjoyable stay.

Nous étions 12 de la même famille, venus de régions différentes. Nous nous retrouvons chaque année durant 8 jours. Tous sont unanimes, la maison est topissime. L'accueil, l'ultra propreté, la literie, le calme des chambres avec toutes leur salle de bains privée récente et toilettes, l'équipement, l'environnement, une vue superbe. La réalité est mieux que les photos publiées sur le site. Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour, grand merci à Claire et Kieran. Bravo pour la réalisation de ce gîte d'exception.

Nous avons séjourné à 14 personnes ( Bebe, ados et adultes ) pendant une semaine dans cette magnifique et grande maison. Décorée avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipée, cette demeure a tout pour plaire. Très bien située vous ne serez pas déçu. De plus les propriétaires sont très accueillants et souriants. Maison adaptée pour accueillir 15 personnes les ado ont adopté l 'étage. Chaque chambre avec salle de bain et toilettes : très appréciée par tous Cuisine très bien équipée. L'extérieur est un petit paradis, fleuri , bien paysagé , petit coin lecture dans la nature.. Vu l'étendue du parc ,les jeux d 'extérieur ont eu un franc succès.( trampoline.. jeux de ballon raquettes ..petite cabane... piscine... Aux alentours jolis petits villages . Canoës...ballades à cheval. Propriétaires très accueillants, soucieux de satisfaire au mieux les vacanciers toujours exigeants.. interieur/exterieur très propre. A noter : la rapidité des réponses à nos échanges de mail. A l'unanimité une superbe semaine en accord avec un environnement de qualité . .

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison, son environnement, le calme, la place, la piscine et les deux grands pins pour ombrager la zone de repas extérieur. La maison est vraiment bien aménagée, spacieuse et bien fournie (bibliothèques remplies, jeux, ustensiles en tout genre pour la cuisine...) et nous a permis un superbe séjour en famille.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis dans la propriété de Claire et de son mari. Nous avons été accueilli par les propriétaires chaleureusement. La maison est magnifique, la cuisine bien équipée, le coin piscine très agréable. Le grand nombre de chambres permet à chacun d'avoir son intimité, nous étions 13.

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour ! La maison est sublime, encore plus belle que sur les photos. Pétanque, piscine et canoë ont rythmé notre week-end ensoleillé. Cette maison est aussi chaleureuse que ses propietaires ! Encore merci pour ce fabuleux séjour ! À très vite Kieran & Claire :)
