Perfect for a short stay :)

First, I want to say that the owner was super friendly :) The apartment was nice and clean. You can find everything you need for a short stay. The location is also good, 20 mins and you're in the city center. There is a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, where you can catch a bus to Lindos for a short trip.

Our only problem was the inability to sleep with an open window. It was pretty loud because of the road =/ It's not that much of the apartment's problem, but the people who love to drive loud motorbikes in the middle of the night and early mornings.

Dobra lokalizacja 6minut pieszo do plaży piaszczystej,ok15minut do bram starego miasta.Bardzo serdeczna i pomocna właścicielka.Czyściutko i wszystko zgodne z opisem .

Dobre miejsce na kilka dni

Bardzo miła właścicielka, wszystkie instrukcje dotyczące odbioru klucza czytelne i łatwe. Dobra lokalizacja, w pobliżu piekarnia, kawiarnia, apteka, knajpki. Budynek ma swoje lata, ale był czysty, ładny wystrój, dodatkowym plusem winda. Pokój posiadał wszystko co trzeba, kuchnia wyposażona w kawę, herbatę, cukier, przybory kuchenne. Duża ilość ręczników, podwójne poduszki, w szafie dodatkowe kołdry. Miejsce godne polecenia.

Jedyny niewielki minus to problem z zaparkowaniem, często w pobliżu była duża ilość samochodów. Niektórym może przeszkadzać, że wyposażenie pokoju nie należy do najnowszych (szczególnie wc), natomiast wszystko było całkowicie sprawne.

Strongly recomend.

The apartment is located in good place. The old town is about 10 mins walk. There are shops and beach near the accomodation. At the arrive we got a pair of croissants and some alcoholic drink as welcome. That was pretty nice. The view from the balcony is okey. Could be better but, its kinda calm and pretty. The owner of the appartment is kind and always easy to reach on WhatsUp.

The floor could be cleaner.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt

Die Gastgeberin war sehr sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie fand für jede Frage eine gute Lösung. Die Ausstattung war praktisch und vollständig (Kochnische mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Spüle, Geschirr, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Espressokocher). Es gab Wasser, Tee und Kaffee und einen Begrüßungssnack. Alles war sehr sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es wurde auch zwischendrin sehr ordentlich sauber gemacht, das ist bei Appartements sonst nicht immer der Fall. Man konnte sich mit einem Betttuch zudecken oder eine dicke Decke aus dem Schrank darüberlegen. Es gab genug Kissen.

Aus der Toilettenspülung rann manchmal nach dem spülen weiterhin Wasser. Man musste dann ruckeln oder nochmal ziehen, um das Wasser zu stoppen. Sollte repariert oder ausgetauscht werden, auch um Wasser zu sparen.

Cosy studio, perfect for a short getaway

The studio was clean, great size, with a balcony, TV, AC, and a little kitchenette with two ceramic hobs. The property is in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood close to the local beach, and some great authentic restaurants and bakeries. It’s only a twenty minute walk into Old Town. At night, it was super quiet with zero noise from other rooms or the street (although we went in April so it might not be reflective of high season). Overall, it was a great base that contributed a lot to our enjoyment of the whole holiday.

Beds weren’t a double but rather two singles pushed together and because the mattresses slotted into the frame, it wasn’t actually possible to connect them properly and sleep on the same bed as such.

Příjemný apartmán v Rhodosu

Apartmán je v klidné oblasti, takže se dá spát i s otevřenými okny. Je dobře vybavený v kuchyňce je vše co člověk potřebuje. Do obchodu se dá dojet za 3 minuty. Check in proběhl zcela bez problémů, klíče si člověk vyzvedne skrz box s kódem. Pronajímatelka je velmi milá a laskavá, neustále se starala o naše pohodlí.

Asi není co vytknout. Jediné co jde zlepšit je, aby mezi postelemi nevznikala mezera.

Best accomodation in Rhodos!

Very good accomodation - there is everything that you could need. Beautiful view from the balcony. There is A/C in the apartment. Apartment is cozy and spacious. The host prepares shower gel, shampoo and even hair conditioner for guests. The host is so nice and helpful - she will recommend you best places to visit in the city. Huge reccomebdation!

Lokal w niedalekiej ooleglosci od marin, a także starego miasto. Warto z niego skorzystać.

Przytulne pokoje. Dobrze wyposażone (klimatyzacja, lodówka, ekspresy do kawy różnego typu, opiekacz tostowy). Codzienny serwis porządkowy. Przy pokoju był balkon. Budynek wyposażony w windę. Polecam.

Trudno coś znaleźć.

Great place to stay in Rhodes

This place exceeded our expectations. A spacious and comfortable room with everything that you need for a holiday. Great kitchenette with special welcome treats, amazing coffee and tea. The host Argy is super kind, responsive and friendly. Very close to a local beach, supermarkets, good restaurants and cafes, a short walking distance to the old town.

Brilliant and welcoming host, clean and tidy property which is well located and well priced

Argy is just awesome, super helpful and knowledgeable and I totally appreciated her. The accommodation was well located with an easy walk to the old town, a sandy beach and relevant shops/restaurants including a fabulous bakery. Argy sent me links to all of the places she thought I would like to go to and they are all ideal. The whole place was clean and tidy with everything I may have required.

You pay what you get and this is not meant to be a luxurious 5 star property. It could do with some modernisation but all of the furniture is good, the equipment supplied all worked and everything was clean and tidy. The staff were great and nothing was too much trouble .... so there isn't really anything I didn't like taking into account the amount I paid.

Lovely fresh, clean studio. Had everything you could need. Contact with Argy was great, answered questions immediately, gave accurate advice. Had tea, coffee and croissants and a bottle of fizz waiting for us (anniversary trip). Will definitely return.

Great location (Walk to old town and ferries, nearby supermarket and resturaunts). Well appointed with appliances and cutlery. Helpful host. Reasonable price Clean room. Nice view of ocean.

The main thing lacking from this accommodation is a wall mount for the shower rose/handle (minor). Also, the a/c unit gets a bit loud when running for long times.

Nice host with good tips, for example where to eat in neighbourhood (thanks for that - 4 Rhodies was amazing). If you want to go to the Old Town you can take a bus (goes every 30 minutes) or take a 15-20 minutes walk. City is outstanding so there is plenty to do. Very close to the hotel is a car rental company and shops.

Will definitely stay again if I return to Rhodes

Argy was an amazing and communicative host. She checked with me each day before having the cleaner come and was able to answer any questions, plus give local recommendations. The location was perfect for me, away from the busy old town, but only 10 mins walk there or to the nearest secluded beach where the locals go. Decent supermarkets and restaurants nearby too that stayed open for my late arrival. Great balcony view of the marina too, with kitted out kitchen if you wanted to make your own food

Would've loved a shower head holder so I didn't have to hold it, but didn't bother me too much. Bed not the softest either but great pillows, I slept really well actually.
