Overall the house was great and just as described. Very clean and very well stocked with basic essentials. The upstairs bedroom was extremely hot when we arrived and took a long time to cool down (by increasing the A/C and using multiple fans), but once cool the bedroom was fine for the rest of our stay. The neighborhood is ok, but there is a lot homelessness in the area (this is the case for all of Salt Lake, not just the location of this house). The only issue I had with the house is that we discovered every window was unlocked. (I am glad we checked the windows, before going to bed.) We mentioned to Tori and she apologized and said she'd discuss with the cleaning company. I am sure this was not intentional, but still a bit unnerving. Overall Tori was very attentive and responsive before, and throughout, our stay. Overall a 9/10.

We stayed here one night after we completed visits to all Mighty 5 UTah National Parks. Very clean. Cute decor, kitchen nook is very nice. Upstairs was v hot when we arrived but with use of fans we were able to cool it down and my sons were able to sleep upstairs. (We were in Utah during a 95+ week).

Easy in/out. A few homeless hanging around the hood. Pretty harmless but a little unnerving when coming and going.

I traveled to SLC for a tradeshow for my business. This house was absolutely PERFECT! Very close to downtown and restaurants (many in walking distance). Plenty of space. Very clean and it contained everything one would need! I would definitely recommend staying here!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property and can't rave enough about the experience. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that cleanliness and comfort were top priorities.
The property was immaculately clean and well-supplied: towels, paper products, extra blankets, pillows, and kitchen. The furnishings, from the sofa to the beds, were stylish and very comfortable.
The location of the property is superb. It's centrally located with easy access to downtown, the highway, and the airport. It was so easy to get in the car and explore SLC, make a day trip to Park City, and get to the airport to head home. Another standout feature was the hassle-free parking right in front of the house.
And here's the best part – no pre-checkout chores! Unlike some rentals that require guests to do laundry or clean up before leaving, this property allowed us to enjoy our stay until the very last minute without worrying about additional tasks. It made the check-out process seamless and stress-free.
If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located property in Salt Lake City with outstanding value for your money and a hassle-free check-out experience, this VRBO listing is the one to book. I highly recommend it and would happily return for another stay in the future.
It was the best rental experience I’ve had to date.

It was great to stay here. It was a prime spot near the convention center. It was awesome to have a house to stay in. It was very clean and tidy as well, very welcoming.
Thanks!

Perfect size for our party. Modern kitchen and amenities. Comfortable beds. Nice laundry facility! Location next to train tracks was a bit loud for light sleepers. A few walkable restaurants nearby.
