Beautiful Views

The views are beautiful. The room was the perfect size. Ideal location.

There were no trash bags in the trash cans, and there were stains on the sofa.

Ok but over priced for the service.

Staff wasn’t the most welcoming and no real knowledge about the the area or rigsby. I ask for an hour late checkout on a none busy Sunday and was told immediately no. For the price of the hotel could be a little accommodating.

Peace & Quiet

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good, loved the pancake machine. First time ever on the first floor of any hotel, so convenient! Pool area was nice and clean. It's a few miles from the action, but I wanted to be near Rigby's and loved that it's away from the busy areas. Oh, very, very firm bed; I always bring my own pillow.

The water pressure in the shower could have been stronger. I'm not sure if it was because we were on the first floor, but the stream was weak! One of the desk clerks must have been new. She charged my card again after I tried to explain to her that my booking was non-refundable and paid in full already. After she realized her error, she didn't know how to fix it. Another clerk had to fix it the next day.

If you do not mind bad breakfast, dirty rooms and insects in your room, this is the place to stay

I liked the cost and location of the hotel to my event

Staff was not welcoming. Upon entering the hotel, I was not spoken to but rather starried at until I spoke and said hello. I followed up with, are you okay, as they looked bothered that I was there. The room had large stains on the floors and it would seem that spiders had taken up residence in the bathtub. I would recommend darkening shades for the rooms especially for those room with lights coming in from the pool area. With the current shades, it still made it very bright. I understand the the breakfast was a continental bar, but I expected that at the very least the oranges would be good, rather than dry and tasteless. Nothing on the breakfast was worth consuming.

Comfortable room close to eating and entertainment.

Clean room & comfortable bed.

10 am check out is rather early for the weekend. Fire alarm went off super early due to breakfast being prepared and we didn’t know that was the reason until check out!
