I definitely won't be staying here again!

The breakfast was about the best thing although the biscuits were hard!

The bed wasn't clean, food crumbs left in the chair, stains on bedding, smelled old!

Horrible...more like a rundown Motel 6!

Location

Room conditions were horrible!! Multiple red stains on the floor, multiple stains/mildew on the window curtains. I slept in the chair because I was afraid to get in the bed. My sister in law, says she did have bites and was itching from bed bugs! Also light in bathroom kept flicking off and on, but that was the least of my issues.

Horrible...worse than a rundown Motel!!

Location

Everything other than location. Multiple red stains on the floors/carpet. Multiple stains/mildew on window curtains. I slept on chair because I was afraid to get in bed. My sister in law, did get bed bugs! The bathroom light kept flickering off/on. Also the manager charged me my deposit after my 1 night stay so that didn't make any sense. As of today, almost a week later and I have still NOT received my refund for 2nd night stay or on the deposit.

My recommended place to stay

The indoor pool was easily accessible and clean. Any minor issue we had was solved promptly and professionally. The staff throughout the hotel (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast) was very friendly. Even though it said there will only be housekeeping upon request, our room was taken care of without asking. The room had everything we needed. It was a wonderful stay. If I had known how great it is I would have stayed there before. However, now I know where to stay next time we are in Warner Robins Washer and dryer were clean.

Clean hotel. Negligent staff.

The rooms are clean and the pool is indoors

My family was put on the same floor as a massive bridal party that consumed all but 2 of the rooms. Their children screamed up and down the halls at all hours of the night and they left their room doors open all night and all day. My entire family got very minimal sleep because of this. When I went to the desk staff the first time they did nothing. Finally after having to show out the next morning the front desk clerk offered me 50% refund and some hotel reward points. I should have been given a full refund due to the negligence of this hotel. Whoever thought it would be a good idea to place a family in the middle of a massive bridal party with zero respect for others really dropped the ball and made for a very miserable travel experience the next day.
