2nd time using this location, will not return.

Breakfast was ok, and location was great

Water pressure was terrible in shower. . Sink fixture is too close to counter causing splashing clean up necessary on every use. Only 2 full size towels. Needed more. Requested extra pillows with reservation, never got them.

Overall stay was nice!

Overall stay for 1 night was pretty decent. The location was great, the free breakfast was nice. The food options to pick from were nice. Not sure if there was something wrong with the A/C for the facility itself due to it being it being hot, but the rooms were cooled upon arrival! The front desk staff was very pleasant and readily available when needed.

Good but so sick now!!!

My room and hotels location. Pool was big so good.

The smell in our room. I couldn’t get old odor out, lived with for 4+ days, only bad thing, and then came home with major upper respiratory infection!!!!! Costling another 200.00 for this trip!

Was expecting "two room suite" meant it had two rooms, instead it had two queen beds and a fold out. Will not stay there again. Had to call the front desk about very loud thumping music I could hear on the 4th floor at 12:30am.

It’s a place to stay for one night.

It was clean and good for a one night stay.

Broken furniture, torn bedspreads, front desk staff not friendly, couldn’t make changes like the other holiday inn express in Byron which was nicer.

Perfect!!

The breakfast was great. I loved the staff! The hotel had so many personal touches! It seemed like the staff really took pride in their work and cared about their guests.

We stay here several times a year visiting family and it is always a great stay - but this time it was disappointing an

Room had a divot in the rug at the end of the bed. Also, a huge pretty useless chaise lounge in the corner. Looked like room had recently been shifted to one side, leaving no electrical plugs on one side of the bed. Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke and room had a sour smell.

I was satisfied with the size of the room ,it was clean , comfortable bed .and a working bathroom.

I enjoyed the breakfast , the food and drinks, very good location , surrounds and the lightings.

In room 210 where i spent 2 nights, the small refrigerator did not get cold enough for drinks , (water, sodas tea etc ) . the lighting over the bathroom sink could be brighter for shaving and applying makeup ,I'm a carpenter so i notice detail

Comfortable but disappointing

We love staying here. The staff is wonderful.

The pool was closed. There was no warning or info that was given before the stay. Honestly, that will make us find a place with a heated or indoor pool in the future, which is sad because we have stayed here several times and love everything about it, but we also have a person that is all about the pool when we travel. We come to town 4-6 times a year and had hopes this was going to be our “go to” hotel.

Have stayed here before and have never been disappointed! Especially having a baby a clean room/hotel is most import

Soon as you walk in you can smell the cleanliness of the lobby. Everything was in order and staff accomodated nicely and immediately. Fantastic place!

Location is not the best but not the hotels fault. Still, very clean!
