Enjoy our private dinghy dock and set your beach chair on our small beach. The front 8' window opens to the best view of the bay and Newport Bridge. Incredible sunsets. The boathouse, in the 1800's, housed the boat for Storer House. Our galley kitchen has mahogany cabinets and soapstone counter top. The bathroom has a marble shower. Swim at our private beach or kayak along the homes and yachts or tie your boat to our private dock. We are only a less than a 10 minute walk to downtown Newport.
Keywords: The Boat House is 12' from the water on the Bay in the Historic Point section of Newport. Private dock. Views of the Newport Bridge. Located one block from Newport Shipyard and a short walk downtown. Newly renovated it has all hardwood floors , marble bath, soapstone counter top in kitchen, custom cabinets and a 5'x8' window which completely opens to the water. It shares a private beach and courtyard with the main house. Use the kayak or launch your boat from our private dock or the public pier. The best sunsets on the Island.
