we enjoyed the proximity to downtown, the big jetted bathtub and the easy on fireplace.
We found the unit to be dark and cavernous, unlike the pictures advertised online. we were not anticipating looking out on a boisterous outdoor mall where there was often lots of noise and also construction with jackhammers. Wish we had been notified ahead of time and we would have made other arrangements.

This property is exactly as advertised. It’s clean and has everything a family needs for vacation. I wouldn’t rent with more than 4 people unless you’re comfortable with people sleeping on the floor (blow up mattress provided) of the bedroom. The pullout couch mattress is comfortable. The bedroom is large and also has a good mattress. Two bathrooms were a plus. Ski equipment is not allowed in the unit, but the storage service was awesome. Every morning we had warm dry boots. And it was nice not to have all the gear in the room! The location couldn’t be better. Right at the top of Main Street. Lots of shopping and dining options. It’s a 5 minute walk to the lift (without little kids). Parking was secure underground. The only complaint was the unit lacked enough soap, hand soap, shampoo, etc. That was minor though. The grocery store is a 3 block walk. Our car stayed parked for the full week! We will be back. Thank you!

We absolutely loved staying here. The condo was super clean and nice. Perfect size for us and our two kiddos. Parking garage is wonderful, we parked and never had to move until we left. Condo is so close to everything, easy walk to it all! Had a wonderful vacation and would love to stay here again if it’s available next time we come!!

Pros:
Next to lifts and shops. Easy access
Cons:
The mattress needs to be changed.
Would have liked better quality toiletries/paper.

I had a last minute cancellation at the 1st place I had reserved, and I booked this room last minute instead. I was SO glad we came to Main Street Station instead! Our room was gorgeous with slate tile floors, granite in kitchen, gas fireplace, a 5 piece master bath and an additional full bathroom. So comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. The bed was amazing. The jetted tub came in hand for a warm bath after a full day of skiing!

Vacasa was a pleasure to deal with
2.0 / 10.0
The unit was fine, albeit noisy with the windows open. The dishwasher was stopped mid-cycle when we arrived and had to restart it, but that was minor. The big issue was the toilet. Less than 24 hours into our seven-night stay, we had a knock on the door. A man was there to inspect our toilet as it was leaking into the restaurant below. He determined the wax ring leaking, so the water wasn't the nice "clean" water from the tank, it was water and waste entering the sewage pipe - "Black water." HE DID NOT FIX THE TOILET. He said someone else would have to do that. 24 HOURS LATER AND STILL NO FIX and the toilet had leaked enough that it had COMPLETELY SOAKED THE SHOWER MAT and was PUDDLING BEHIND THE TOILET. I can't imagine how bad things were in the restaurant below. Now the entire bathroom floor would need disinfecting. I'd had enough, went to the manager and informed her I was leaving and expected a refund for all the days I didn't use. She offered another unit, but I didn't want another unit. Some areas of this complex are very loud, and I selected the unit we stayed in carefully to avoid noise and one that was on a low floor. I also didn't want to pack everything up, unpack it only to repack it again. SHE SAID SHE UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO REFUND our money. Problem is, SHE REFUNDED US ONLY 10% of the cost of the remaining days! I requested a call and a week later I haven't received one yet and it's been weeks. The bottom line is the management of this place is unethical and will not keep their word, they will not fix things in a timely manner and, if you rent one of their units, you may have to live with things like sewage water on your bathroom floor. Life's too short to deal with people and problems at Main Street Station. Save yourself the headaches (and money) and stay somewhere else.

This is a great location as it is close to Main Street without being in the middle of it all. It can get loud at night with the windows open but a fan and a sound machine blocked most of that out.

Great spot
We went to Breckenridge for a short weekend getaway. The place was excellent! It was as advertised; clean, well-kept, great views, and tons of amenities. We really appreciated the staff! They were very gracious, helpful, and made the process so easy. We would highly recommend coming here! 5 stars!

Good location bad air circulation in Master
Sleeping in master bed was not comfortable due to limited air circulation. I could sleep better in the loving room. Same air circulation issues in shower. Location was good however we expected that based on price. Checkout time of 10 am was too early for us. The host at reception was threatening us to charge 30% of one night stay if we don’t leave by 10:30 am. So rude. Charter sports was great for ski rentals in the same building. Overall great Breck experience. We may not choose Vacassa for the last day checkout experience and air circulation in the Place we stayed. We would come back to Breckenridge, amazing place

Perfect Ski Weekend!
If you're looking to stay in Breckenridge for a short weekend or a longer stay, this is THE place to be! My husband and I had the perfect getaway weekend from our busy jobs thanks to this condo and its location. The condo is large, clean, and comfortable. Two bathrooms, a fireplace, and a comfortable king size bed were highlights. We appreciated having access to a full kitchen and being a short walking distance from all the shops, bars, and restaurants. The walk to the chairlift is very convenient and led to 2 awesome days of skiing for us! The hotel's hot tubs (one set by the fitness center and another set across the sidewalk near the pools) were wonderful ways to wind down each evening. The only issue with our trip was that it had to end. When we head back to Breckenridge, we will look to stay here first! Thank you Scott!!

Great stay at MainStreet Station
MainStreet Station is a great location for walking to the lift and to town. Underground parking is easy and convenient. Our unit (a one bedroom) was great--clean, exceptionally decorated, well-maintained, and convenient to the elevator, ski lockers and storage, and parking.
We could not have asked for a nicer place and would not hesitate to choose this condominium again--without a doubt..

Great stay at Main Street Station!
My 10 year old son and I had a wonderful 5-night stay at Scott’s condo. Check-in a breeze, appreciated the underground parking. Condo was very large, well appointed. Gel sofa bed was so much better than normal spring bed for my son. Two full bathrooms was great. Short walk to lift, but .... Rented skis from Charter Sports on property - good discount, but a bit of a walk in ski boots carrying skis to Quicksilver lift so next time I would rent skis a little closer to the lift. Main Street Station stores and restaurants are right there and great, and Main Street itself is across the street. We used the free on-call shuttle a few times and it was very easy/ helpful. Scott was super responsive when we had a few questions. We hope to stay again!

Centrally located
Awesome property! Super convenient and close to town. Really clean and the king bed is comfortable. Floor fans available in addition to ceiling fans (we like to use both). The owner was very communicative and responded to all our needs. Parking was a breeze. The room was quiet; we never heard our neighbors (even though the unit is right next to the elevator) makes for easy in and out. To get to the hot tubs you go through the parking garage and through the fitness center. The other 4 hot tubs next to the pool unfortunately required a short walk through snow to reach it. Kitchen was well appointed. Bath towels were soft. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend! Thank you Scott!

Affordable, Large, Convenient to Town, Slopes Slightly Less So
The condo is well-priced for something centrally located in a world-class ski resort. This is the largest 1-bedroom ski condo I have ever rented. Even with another couple on the fold-out sofa, there is plenty of room. The owner is gracious and helpful. Indoor parking for one vehicle is included and convenient. The shuttle to town and other peaks is fast, convenient and easy.
The condo is splendidly located for access to the town. The famous Breckenridge Brewery is directly across the street and all the attractions of Main Street begin only steps away. While the Quicksilver 6-chair lift is a couple of hundred yards/meters away from the Ski Valet, we did not find a convenient way to get our gear to or from the base. Carrying skis while wearing ski boots up and/or down stairs can be tedious.
The layout of the building as a whole is unusual. Access to the lobby, ski valet, hot tubs, gym, requires walking outside or changing elevators in the underground parking garage.

Loved it!
Perfect location. Right by the lifts, ski school, and Main Street. You can walk everywhere and will not need your car.
The condo is lovely and big. We are a family of four that had plenty of room. The sleeper sofa was comfy with a gel mattress. Loved the fireplace that you turned on with a switch!
We have been traveling to Breckenridge annually for the last 11 years and this condo is one of the bests.

Great location
Great location that is central to anything you need from ski rental, to food to souvenirs. Scott the owner was great to work with and very attentive and responsive to our emails. The walk to the hot tub took some figuring out as did the cable tv but didnt detract from our stay. A very nice property.
