Come experience The Contemporary Polynesian where furry friends stay FREE!! :) Bring that special someone and take in the artwork and owners personally hand-carved woodworkings while sipping on espresso from the coffee bar. Enjoy one of the worlds famous beaches and evenings at many nearby establishments. Super clean and non-smoking rental. Sleeps 3 = 1 King Bed + a 4" LUCID Brand Memory Foam Twin XL Rollaway (great reviews on Amazon regarding a comfortable sleep). The tiki patio is equipped with an outdoor shower to cool off and rinse away your sandy beach days. We also have 2 beach chairs a beach umbrella and a cooler.

This condo suited our needs perfectly. The huge bed was super comfortable. Everything you could want in the kitchen, especially if you are a coffee drinker. The whole vibe of the condo is very peaceful and chill. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely one bedroom apartment tucked into a quiet, unassuming complex. Apartment was beautifully themed, making it feel like a Polynesian getaway. Comfortably slept two adults and one teenager. We spent a lot of time enjoying the private patio as well as the community pool. Many amenities in the apartment including multiple streaming services and a well stocked coffee bar. Cooked several meals in the kitchen…they had all of the supplies we needed. Property was close to shopping and Siesta Key. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. Fenced patio was great for our dog, but will be better when fence gate to yard is repaired. Very comfortable bed. Great shower. Well equipped kitchen. Communication with owner was prompt and easy.

Polynesian property is exactly as described. Creatively decorated space that was warm and inviting. Very well appointed. Private outdoor fenced in patio extended the living area and was great for our 2 small dogs. . At first I was not thrilled with the location, being just off a 4 lane street, but then found it convenient to many areas including beaches.

Where do we even begin? We took our vacation to the Sarasota area because that’s where Dans father was from. This was also the first time that we have been able to bring our dog, Brady, on a vacation with us so we were heading into uncharted territory. We were excited to find a place that was dog friendly, but we had no idea how GREAT this place would be!
First of all the pictures of the place are spot on. It is such a beautiful, cozy, beachy condo! The owners had honestly gone out of their way to provide literally EVERYTHING you would need on a week long stay. Everything from dishes, and cookware, pots, pans, silverware, utensils, dish soap. It honestly saved us a ton of room when we were packing, too!
Bed was super comfy! Shower was really cool! We loved the tile walls in there! Different color light options and Wi-Fi speakers in the bathroom light was super cool! Everything was modern and up to date.
The owners leave you endless menus, and directions to all sorts of things in the surrounding area! There are endless beaches in the surrounding area! We tried to go to as many as we could! North Jetty beach, in Nokomis was absolutely the most beautiful, and peaceful beach I’ve ever been to. Sunsets that look like paintings, and we saw dolphins and manatees there two nights in a row! Venice beaches were cool, with a great dog friendly area. (And there were also a lot of beaches not technically “dog friendly” that were very welcoming of Brady ;-) )
We loved this place so much that we booked an extra night on our last day there because we just didn’t want to leave. We had an amazing experience, and the owners were spectacular! We can’t wait for next August to go back!

Sarasota and Beach Trip
My fiancé and I stayed at the Polynesian condo with our bulldog for a week and we enjoyed every minute of it. We loved how accommodating it was for Hank. He loved lying in the crate with his blanket and also loved the outdoor bed that was also provided. He loved sitting out on the patio. He even met a couple of furry friends next door through a loose panel of the fence that was soon be fixed.
I loved that there was Polynesian music as we entered. We really felt like we walked into an actual Polynesian hotel suite. The king size bed is very comfortable and we slept great every night. The shower is really nice and I love the feature to be able to dim the lights and listen to music. Jill and Joe have a lot of information provided for guests on dining, what to do etc. We do recommend Der Dutchmen in Sarasota which is an Amish restaurant. We went there for breakfast the last few days of our stay. The buffet is really good and I’m not a big fan of buffets. There are a lot of other great restaurants in the area too to explore.
We got to meet Jill right before check-in and she is very sweet and very accommodating. The communication throughout the trip was amazing. I will rent from them again when I am in the Sarasota area.
By the way, I remember reading in someone’s review that they saw lizards inside the house, but I never saw one in the house. I saw them outside, but never inside. I think it is because we kept the front and patio door shut all the time after entering or exiting. This place is very clean and kept very well. Love the detailing on the woodwork that the owner did.
Also want to add that staying here instead of right on a beach encouraged visits to different beaches to explore. The drive to different beaches wasn’t bad at all depending on how far you want to go. We ended up as far as Longboat Key and Anna Marie Island which I recommend!! The condo is in a great central location.
You really won’t be disappointed when you book a stay at this Polynesian condo.

Mini vacation
Place was really nice and clean. The communication with the owners was great. However the only downfall is the water pressure was very low and water not hot enough, and the air conditioning seemed to be insufficient for the space. They have several fans to help circulate the air. Overall it was a great place to stay.

We had a lovely respite from our weather up north! The condo was beautifully decorated, super clean, with many amenities. Hosts were welcoming and helpful. We plan to stay again!

Cutely decorated condo. Poor complex
Property is hard to find, even after having correct address. Small signage on main road made for frequent drive bys and turn arounds.
Kitchen was stocked very well, better than most rentals. Plenty of cleaning supplies. We were only given 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth and 1 towel for each person to use the entire length of stay. Since washer and dryer are not in the unit this was an inconvenience. I prefer not to have constant communication with property owner for things I would normally expect in a rental.
Property was clean except for king bed. Human hair in between sheets, made me think bed sheets were made but not cleaned. Gecko ran through condo whole time we were there. Water pressure at kitchen sink is horrible. Air conditioner makes loud noise in bedroom when trying to sleep. Black ceiling in master bedroom with no natural light made room feel dungeon/closterphobic like. You can't open blinds in master because then everyone can see the bedroom from parking spaces right in front of the window on main floor.
The condo complex is an eye sore. Not well maintained and has a motel six vibe. I would not rent again.

Polynesian sarasota
The Polynesian theme in this rental was wonderful. We felt like we were in Hawaii as soon as we walked through the door. It was very clean and they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. They left lots of information on what to do in the area. There’s also a lovely fenced in patio for our fur baby to get some fresh air. We will definitely be back!!

The Sweet Spot!
We found it, a sweet little condo that lived up to the description. Jill and Joe provided us with everything we needed, plus more. The place is comfy, big bed, upgraded bath and kitchen and little extras everywhere to enjoy. Nice environment, including large, enclosed patio with privacy which we enjoyed and our little dog did as well. Close drive to best beaches in USA. Convenient to the "Legacy Trail" to enjoy bike riding and a view of natural Florida. Nicely stocked kitchen and quality linens, towels, etc. The owners take great pride as they personally have updated, decorated and provided a tech friendly place, including some incredible wood working pieces. We would rent this place again and look forward to working with Jill and Joe again! They could easily become our favorite Rental friends! And, no, we're not related, just happy, experienced travelers.

Polynesian Condo
When we walked inside the condo, we heard Polynesian music which was played on the TV. The music just pulled you into vacation mode. The condo was beautiful as pictured. Their instructions were easy to follow for all the electronics. It was a relaxing experience and we really enjoyed our stay there. Mahalo!

Amazing
We had such a great time!!! Very good location. Not far from anything. Easy to get in and out of. The way the rental is set up is sooooooo cute. The bed is so comfy that we wanted to take it home with us. My son even said the roll away bed was comfortable. The outside patio was so perfect especially if you have a doggie you’re taking. Our experience was wonderful. My only complaint about anything is the pool was closed by the health dept but nothing the owners can do about that…

Little Paradise
We LOVED our stay. The property was super central and across the street from a delicious breakfast cafe, supermarket, pharmacy, shops all the things you need (and short drive to the beach). Even though the property is central, once you step into it you feel like you are secluded in an island get away. Its super comfortable and cozy and the space provided all the things we needed. Would love to stay here again if I find myself in Sarasota.

Couples retreat
Really lovely property with host carved wood decor. Very clean and full of high tech gadgets. Linens and pillows on the king size bed are super soft. Very nice size shower with beautiful tile.
Host is incredibly attentive. We were going to get in very late on the Saturday before Easter. Knowing many places would be closed, the host offered to pick up groceries for Sunday (and drinks for when we finally got there). The ambience and mood was perfectly set for us by the host for when we arrived.

Nice Condo
It was a lovely condo very well stocked. We used a lot of their suggestions for dog friendly eats and fun. It's on a busy street but it is well off the road and very quiet. We loved sitting on the patio. There's a nice heated pool just a little ways away that always had chairs available.

Charming, Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient.
We loved our stay. We walked in and were impressed by the charming atmosphere including the island-vibe music, lighting, attractive furnishings, and color scheme. The space is very clean. The living area has everything you need for a cozy night in, including a large TV with Apple TV. We were able to catch up on our favorite shows. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking in. We stayed during Thanksgiving and were able to cook all the side dishes for our family dinner. We loved Nespresso machine (and the half-and-half in fridge was a nice touch). We had everything we needed for a morning cup of coffee in the well-lit dining room after arriving the night before. The bedroom is super comfy and clean with plenty of closet space. Nice linens! The bathroom is also clean and attractive and well-stocked with plush towels--it felt just like a nice hotel bathroom. The outdoor space is lovely, especially at night when the porch lights come on. We came with our two Frenchies and the place was super pet-friendly. The grounds are spacious--perfect for taking dogs on a walk. There's even a dog-run nearby. The A/C is really powerful and we were able to keep ourselves comfortable at all times. The location is very convenient. The reserved parking spot right in front made coming and going easy. There are grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and shopping right as you exit the property. We only ran into one issue as the wi-fi went down a couple of times. Thankfully, the owners were super quick to respond, troubleshoot, and solve the problem very quickly. It was only a minor inconvenience and we've since spoken with the owners who have made adjustments so it shouldn't be a problem. All in all, the place was great. We highly recommend it. You'll feel like you're staying in a cute boutique hotel. Thanks to the owners for making our stay in Sarasota great.
