Charming (2 bedroom, sleeps 6) single family home, centrally located in Berlin, Md. with easy access to Ocean City, Assateague Island State Park, and downtown Berlin. This property comes with washer / dryer, microwave, full kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, sink), open family room / dining room, wet bar / coffee bar, central air condition, back yard deck, front porch, your own private picnic / recreation area (grill, fire pit, picnic table), and AMPLE PRIVATE PARKING for your trailered recreational vehicles.

Enjoy local beaches (Assateague Island and Ocean City), wild horses, water sports, local distillery / wineries, local festivals / events, local farm fresh produce, great restaurants, golfing, MD blue crabs, and surrounding amenities. After your day out, you can return to your own private oasis of leisure and fun at this relaxing getaway!

Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, pots /pans, glassware, etc.; washer / dryer; 2 TV's (living room and family room); wireless internet (TV equipped with ROKU, or available for your own streaming device); private parking; .1/4 miles downtown Berlin; 7 miles Ocean City; 7 miles Assateague State Park; bedroom #1 is a queen bed; 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds; pullout "queen" sofa in living room; linens package and bath towels included.

Availability: This property is available for rental any day of the week (minimum 3 night stay during peak season and minimum 2 night stay off season). Check-in is after 3:00 pm. Rental not to exceed 7 nights (during peak season)

Linens included: Linens include mattress cover, fitted and flat sheet, pillow case, blanket and comforter. Bath towel sets are provided for the number of registered guest.

Best Management Cleaning Practices: We value your health and safety. Our cleaning practices are in accordance with CDC guidelines. Sanitizing and cleaning disinfectants are used after each guest. The 3 best things about this place was 1. Location 2. Very clean 3. Nice and quiet. The layout of the house is very unusual. It reminds us of some of the older homes in WV. The cons - 1. Needs towel bars next to the bathroom sinks. 2. A curved shower rod would be nice as the shower curtain kept sticking to us. 3. The updates that were done looked a little cheaper than I expected for the price we paid. But all in all we had a great time.

We loved this property so much. The cottage was equipped with beach things that saved us space on our 8 hour drive. Everything was very clean and tidy. It felt like a home away from home. We hope to be able to visit again.

We had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The bed was comfortable and tub/shower worked well. The kitchen is a bit unusual with two "rooms" for the kitchen but it provided plenty of room for more than one person to do preparation. There isn't a dishwasher but that wasn't an issue as we ate mostly elsewhere. Thanks so much for sharing your place with us.

Very nice propety for price. Extremely clean. Quaint. Cute cottage. 5 min drive to downtown Berlin. The owner even left us a gift card for the local ice cream shop snd checked in with us via text at arrival. Would definitely stay here again!

Spotlessly clean, fully stocked & so cozy. All the neighbors waving & saying hi- felt like home immediately!! There was absolutely nothing missing or not thought of in this charming home-a huge plus is that the bed was sooo comfy, we slept beautifully!! Perfect location: 15 minutes to Ocean City, 3 minutes to Berlin. Plus Assateague Park was such a treat to see wild horses & we even saw a momma with her baby foal!! We’ve decided that this is our new “go to” place next time we’re in the area!! Thank you again for a job well done!! :)

We loved our visit! Betty the owner gave prompt and clear communication throughout our stay. The home is in a quiet neighborhood close to main roadways with east access to Ocean City. The home is well kept nicely decorated in a beach theme. Plenty of room for families with an open format kitchen and sitting area. The owner has provided lots of amenities for a cozy stay inside and out. A/C works very well. We loved the yard and all the fireflies. Highly recommend!

We love the beaches at Assateague and this house is the perfect home base. We can spend the day at the beach and enjoy the restaurants/shopping in Berlin or Ocean City later in the day or if the weather is bad. This was our 2nd stay here & we will definitely be back. We rented this adorable cottage for our annual girl's trip. It was just as described and so clean! The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location. There were six of us. We had plenty of space and everything that we needed. We especially enjoyed the charcoal grill and fire pit. The location was great for quick and easy access to downtown Berlin as well as Assateague. We would definitely stay her again!

This cottage is a wonderful place to stay! From the cleanliness of the home (smelled amazing as soon as we walked in!), to the ease of check in; the whole experience was pleasant and effortless! The host was responsive and was available if needed and thought of everything to make this an amazing home base for our 4 day stay. The dryer was broken during our stay, which was not an issue for us, but the host left a note explaining the problem with the needed part being unavailable for the repair and left an envelope of quarters and directions to the closest laundromat. There was charcoal for the grill as well as wood for the fire pit! The home is in a nice area on a very quiet street with respectful neighbors, and is close enough to all the action and amenities without being overrun with people and traffic. The area is easy to navigate, and has an amazing array of restaurants to try (I highly recommend Crabs To Go if you love seafood). This was my first trip down to ocean city, and this made the trip so easy and is definitely going to be a yearly tradition for me and my family!

This property was perfect for a beach getaway. It is close to everything, yet you feel like you are far from the busy parts. It was a quiet street and a nice size yard. The house was super clean and it smelled clean as soon as we walked in the door. It was an adorable home. I would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks for an awesome stay!

The house met our needs perfectly & was exactly as featured. We wanted a place near Assateague since we were spending the days at the beach & this was the PERFECT location. Close to restaurants in Berlin & only a few minutes from the beach. The house was clean, fully equipped and beds were comfortable. The communication was great & the host even went out of her way to bring us a blender! We highly recommend and hope to stay here again.
