Het was een geweldig verblijf, zeer vriendelijk en heel erg schoon.

Het is heel schoon. Mooie nette kamer, een lekker bed. De eigenaar / schoonmaakster zijn erg vriendelijk. De locatie is ook top, precies naast het strand.

De parkeerplaatsen zijn meestal bezet. Als je geluk hebt, dan heb je een parkeerplek voor de B&B.

Obiekt poprawny, bez rewelacji i bez balkonu, głośno w nocy.

Czystość, personel choć ciężko do zastania na miejscu to bezproblemowy.

Pokój wybrany ze względu na balkon i zdjęcie przedstawiające jego usytuowanie z widokiem na morze - budynek jest w drugiej linii zabudowy co oczywiście zaprzecza takiej możliwości. Balkon jest na stronę ulicy, do tego na parterze, bardzo bardzo głośno od drogi. Widoki zerowe, a balkon nie ma nawet krzeseł czy stołu więc jego użyteczność jest zerowa, nie jest to żadne udogodnienie. Tylko jedno gniazdko elektryczne w pokoju.

It was close to the sea

my access code for the property was not sent to me so when we arrived we couldn't enter the building. I tried calling on the income and no answer, then we called on the phone number that was provided we tried to explain the situation and then they just hung up on us, we kept calling and no answer, left loads of messages and emails with no response was left outside for half an hour before we finally go through again. was very stressed we couldn't access the hotel.

it was really good and we would definitely travel there again!!

it had an excellent location and it was extremely clean. I also liked it that we could cook on our own. the rooms were big and it all was how it was described on the website.

the fridge sadly made weird sounds and on the next morning everything was full of water inside of it. maybe you could also improve your material in the kitchen and add some mugs etc.

Disappointing

All facilities were as listed. Ms Loredana was helpful every time.

However, since the room is within an apartment every time when someone uses the kitchen and chatters everything is heard from the room. Another serious issue is that the balcony is shared by the next room. One afternoon we were lying in bed and a man opened the sliding door and peeped in, when he saw us he went out swiftly. The maindoor lock is defective. We informed Ms Loredana about this, and she assured us that she will discuss it with her boss. It is not safe as this, so it is not recommendable.

Excellent accommodation !

Clean, comfortable rooms. Well-equipped kitchen, AC in the room, location very close to the beach, great host! We arrived at Pescara quite late, but the host waited for us, welcomed us with cold drinks and snacks , which was amazing. The rooms were cleaned daily, there is a small fridge, and a kettle in the room. We could use the kitchen as well. Perfect accommodation.

Perfect short holidays

Perfect price performance ratio - just around the corner to the beach and to tons of restaurants. Loredana did great work to contact us by Whatsapp and gave us really great recommendations for sightseeing and food. The case that we did not speak any common languge was no problem :) We understood each other very well by hands and legs (and google translator:D) This made the stay really authentic.

We specifically looked for a room with balcony. Unfortunately there was construction going on site and it was completely impossible to use the balcony. This should have been informed in advance. When there are some other reckless guests it can be quite loud.

I did not eat breakfast; however, it was offered. Very clean, excellent lacation. Extraordinary helpful and nice host Loredana who care for best satisfaction and feeling like at home.

Very good

Great room with kettle, host was v helpful and even saved us a parking space when we arrived. Nice shared kitchen area if you needed it with a balcony and seating. Modern, clean and spacious just back from the sea front and plenty of restaurants.

Only issue was some temporary scaffolding which was highlighted in the host info (in Italian) while the outside was being painted. Unfortunately they were painting our balcony and we had to keep the shutters closed for privacy as we woke up both mornings. Hopefully the scaffolding will be down soon and others can enjoy a side sea view. This is the only reason I haven't scored it higher.

very happy with my stay !

Well, as they say, no place is perfect, but for me this B&B is very close to being perfect. Great location, kind & helpful hosts, comfy bed, cleanliness, even smaller things like spacious shower cabin or own kettle in the room (not a standard in other B&Bs in Italy I have stayed so far) - all this made my stay really good and enjoyable.

A very pleasant experience

Very clean place, fast wi-fi, amazing host (was very helpful with everything). Great location. The beach is next door. Lots of restaurants and shops in the walking distance. Really good value for money.
