This complete resort-feel home features two master suites with bathrooms on the main floor, an additional bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and 2 themed kids' rooms upstairs. It has a very functional and comfortable living space and a very well-appointed kitchen. There's tile flooring in the living room, dining room, and family room as well as in all wet areas. The oversized 2-car garage has been converted into a state-of-the-art game room and movie theater with a 130-inch screen and 7.1 surround sound speakers for tons of enjoyment. The movie theater even has electric reclining theater seats with its own separate air conditioner for those hot days.
Free High-speed Wireless WIFI access throughout the house which extends into the back patio and pool area. Cable TV is available throughout the property. Netflix is available in all rooms.

Although we will not be there when you visit the house, we can be available for any questions or suggestions on where to go and what to do. We also have a full-time property manager available to answer any questions you may have.
We encourage guests to text or call the property manager during their stay if they need anything or have any questions.

I have been using VRBO for over 10 years and never have had any issues. Received over 15 emails from the property manager before arriving. Needing all the names of the people staying and charged $60 extra for adding 1 more person. We had 9 slept 12.. never had this happen. When we arrived we were not on the list to enter waited over an hour with groceries in the car before the property manager returned my text. (I called both numbers, called VRBO, text and emailed) We had to wait on the side of the road until we were able to get in then not having the door code to actually get in the home. House was nice, move room was very hot, a/c didn’t work well in just that room. Ok home, would not want to deal with this management company again.

This house is amazing! Definitely, our favorite vacation house we've every rented. The house was immaculate and taken care of so well. It had everything we needed including beach towels, pool floats/noodles, googles. The kitchen had plenty of accessories. The pool setup is awesome! They have 3 lounge chairs, a full size outdoor table with 6 chairs and an outdoor tv. There is a safety fence that can be used if you have little ones to prevent them from getting into the pool if they walk out the sliding glass door which we loved because we have 4 children (ages 3-12). There is also a door alarm on the sliding glass door that leads out to the pool that you can turn on if you want to.
The theater room is incredible! Huge theater screen and leather reclining chairs. There's an XBox and Playstation with games included. Netflix on all TVs.
My kids loved all the decorations including the huge mural of mickey mouse in one of the bedrooms and the Star Wars bed in the other room.
The location is perfect because it's close to all the Disney parks and there's even a Walmart 1.5 miles from the house which is perfect for groceries or anything we needed to pick up last minute. There's tons of restaurants close by, gift shops, Putt Putt, etc. My kids enjoyed that the gated community had 3 playgrounds that were within walking distance.
Our family enjoyed the rental house just as much as going to the Disney Parks! We definitely plan on staying here again if we go on another Orlando vacation.

Our families stay here was fantastic! The house is beautiful & the kids were in the pool & hot tub for most of the stay!! The theater room was amazing as well & everyone loved it! My only suggestion would be to have some sort of corner protectors on the coffee tables/end tables as they all had glass coverings & my rowdy toddler is very prone to falling. Other than that I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!!

We decided on a last minute Disney trip. House was great and wished we were staying longer. House was very clean and well laid out. Only complaint is pre programmed AC thermostat would not go below 72 and did not stay at 72….made for a very hot night with thermostat automatically adjusting to 75 through the night. Pool was cold for late August and hot tub does not heat at all….thus not a hot tub.

Booked this to spend time with our kids and grandkids. The property was on the surface very clean and nice but the window above the front door had quite a few dead bugs and dirt. Granted very hard to clean due to its location but still a little gross. Also the theater said in description it has 7.1 surround sound but it does not, we didn’t see more than 4 speakers and no subwoofer so no t great sound for a movie yet still enjoyable. We lost a remote in the theater chair and when we moved them a little to find it underneath was very dirty but I know that isn’t noticeable to most. The pool and communication was great, beds soft and home in good condition as well as mostly everything you need to cook or wash was there. Overall 4 stars

Family gathering. Needed a pool and lots of activities for this family gathering of 8 ranging from 3 years to 73 years of age. Loved that this property used unscented detergent for the linens. Every inch of the house was pristine. And decorated with taste!

This was our first time staying at a Vrbo and had no idea what to expect. We really had such a wonderful time during our stay. We had four children and seven adults and the kids loved the big cinema room as well as the pool and hot tub in the backyard. The Star Wars theme was also a hit with the kids. The open layout in the kitchen allowed for cooking while entertaining our guests. The kids were excited to have a tv outside too so they could watch cartoons while swimming.
The community pool and splash pad were an added bonus, the kids rode the slides countless times.
Whenever we ran into minor issues the property manager responded promptly and addressed the issues immediately.
A definite recommendation for a family looking for a fun place to stay while visiting the theme parks close by. Relaxing in the cinema room at night felt like going to the movies!

Our family of 7 had a wonderful time staying in this property. The home was very clean. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. The communication response time with any questions I had was very quick. The property was very quiet and secure. The pictures are accurate for this listing, and we would definitely stay here again!
Our only hiccup was that we showed up to check in to the house at 4pm but had to wait outside because the cleaning crew was still cleaning, but if we stayed over the check out time any more than 15 minutes, we would be charged. Otherwise, everything was perfect and definitely recommend this property for your vacation as it was very close to Disney parks and lots of restaurant options.

We traveled down with 2 other families for the D1 Cheer Summit and picked this house based on location and options. It did not disappoint! Theater room was awesome to watch the NFL draft and younger kids thoroughly enjoyed the XBOX on the HUGE projector screen. House was meticulously clean and everything was in good working order. Great neighborhood with awesome community pool and water slides. Certainly on our list for 2024 cheer finals!

We had a great experience here. House was very well kept and very clean. We had plenty of room for the 7 adults and 3 children that stayed here. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub along with the amazing theatre room at night. The community pool/gym were enjoyable as well. Any questions I had were answered very quickly which was nice. This property was great. So much to do with the private pool and theater as well as the clubhouse with water park. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. We loved the close proximity to shopping and Disney. We also loved the breakdown of bathrooms and bedrooms. We had two families and enjoyed having two
Rooms with king beds with en suite bathrooms. The remaining three bedrooms each with hall bathrooms made getting ready and out the door a breeze. Multiple air conditioning units and fans in the rooms helped keep everyone cool in the Florida heat. We would stay here again!!!

The location is great! It's very easy to access any park from here, and very easy to get back to when leaving the parks. I must admit, the bed that I slept in was very comfortable. The house is very well done. If you don't have a theatre room at home, you WILL want one when you leave!!! I'm already making plans to put one in this fall!!! While staying here, make sure to eat at Fords Garage and get the fish and chips!!! Trust me on this one!!! Also, it was very hard for us to find the time to use the club house due to all of our other plans, but we did stop in to see what they had to offer. It's would make a very nice down day to rest! Overall, this is a very nice, well equipped place to relax after a long day at the parks!!! Be warned.........Throw in the pool and the theatre room........you just might miss that early morning start you had planned!!!! I KNOW WE DID!!!

Amazing vacation home
If your looking for a place to stay in the Orlando area this is it! It was perfect for us! So close to all major attractions and it had its own little water park in the neighborhood as well which was awesome! The listing is very accurate and the communication was great! When we come back to the area we will be trying to stay here again!

Even better than the photos!
We traveled from California for a national volleyball tournament with a group of teen boys . The home was more than we even imagined. The boys had plenty of room to spread out and everyone was comfortable in their beds. The game room was the biggest hit and the pool was perfect to cool off in every day after playing in the tournament. The boys had a ball walking over to the water slide each day and could buy their own snacks in the community store. Eddy was very responsive to our needs and provided very clear check in and out instructions. I’ve recommended this home to several other team moms in our club already.

OUTSTANDING!
This property was AWESOME! I will never stay in a hotel again when coming to Florida. Great place, great people, great time. Eddy was right there if we needed anything. He emailed us the day we arrived to see if we needed anything. Excellent service start to finish. We will be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
