I loved this house. The location and view are to die for. The house has a 60's retro vibe that I thought was cool and nostalgic. It was well stocked. I would go back.

We stayed in August 2024 with 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The house was perfect! The kitchen was equipped for any cooking occasion! The home is spacious with lots of room and the view of the ocean is gorgeous! The host made everything easy and was very responsive! We highly recommend this home!

Perfectly unpretentious beach cottage in the perfect location. Thanks for a wonderful week.

The property has beautiful views, but was lacking in some of the basic amenities like towels blankets, and it was difficult for one of our party who had mobility issues. The steps downstairs are very steep, and there was snow mat in the shower, so it was very slippery. There were no blankets or sheets for the pull out couch

We enjoyed our stay very much! You couldn't beat the views of the ocean every day. The sunrise was perfection. The deck was a perfect spot to enjoy the weather and views. The bedrooms were a perfect set up for us. We loved the sliding glass door in the master so you could hear the waves rolling in at night. The kitchen was small but very well equipped. The neighborhood was very quiet.
We could easily walk to the beach and not have to pay the $20 parking fee ($25 on weekends). So that was a bonus too! We would definitely stay here again.

The view really steals the show! While the house itself was perfect for our family of 5, the proximity to the beaches, farm stands, quiet neighborhood and sound of the waves at night really made it a perfect vacation spot! Manager was attentive and check in/check out was a breeze. This house is well cared for and literally perfect location. We will return! Recommend to all!

The house has an amazing view and a great yard for playing games and taking in the fresh ocean air. It's a quick walk or drive to the beach. We would likely rent here again.

little house with best view
This is our third year here. We love the view! The property is a traditional beach house with one large bedroom suite that has it's own balcony, as well as a basement bedroom with limited windows if you are a person who likes to sleep late. The kitchen is small but functional. You can walk or run to the beach easily. We rented bikes for the week and took advantage of the beautiful scenery in the area.

serene get-a-way
beautiful location with views of the ocean that I enjoyed over a cup of coffee on the deck or from the rocking chair inside.

Little Compton
The location was excellent but the pictures of the surroundingS gave the impression that it was more private. The indoors was “dated” and both indoors and out we’re not as kept up as we would have liked. The windows had not been washed in some time. Also, I had to call to get the key for entrance.

Beautiful view, lovely home, great location
We just returned from a lovely week at this house and we are already planning another stay. This house is in a very isolated and quiet, ocean front spot which was exactly what we were looking for. The pictures showing the view are accurate; it's gorgeous! If you dare, you can rock scramble down the slope from the yard to the water's edge. Our teenagers loved it, but dangerous for the much younger or elderly set. However, there is a lovely, sandy beach about half a mile away that we visited every day. There were great waves at that beach, enough for a steady stream of surfers clustered at the far end! Bring your bikes, it shortens the trip to the beach to under 5 minutes, otherwise just walk because you have to pay to park and they were turning cars away when the lot was full. Plus, there are miles of other amazing, fairly flat roads to explore on a bike, so we were happy to have ours with us. The house itself was very clean. Decent beds, very fresh linens. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with dishes, the best blender/food processor I've ever seen, full stove/oven/fridge plus so much more, such as a microwave, toaster oven, electric griddle and a propane grill under the deck. If you want to stay in and cook it's quite doable. But if you want to go out, there are tons of great restaurants (and ice cream stands!) in under 30 minutes drive. We highly recommend this home.

Relaxing!
This was the perfect vacation spot especially during these difficult times. It is a beautifully secluded house with an amazing view. The kitchen is well stocked. It was a little hot without air conditioning but they provided fans for each room. The beach was only a 15 minute walk and not over crowded. The manager was very helpful and responded quickly to any of our questions or needs. Would definitely come here again.

AMAZING view!!!
Overall we had a great time at the King Beach house. nothing can beat the view of this house! the location is great, easy walk to the south shore beach. the neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. the house itself is dated, with lots of carpets, but it’s clean and well kept. Communication with the realtor is easy, always prompt response and helpful!
