Compared to the price it is a very good hotel. But tall people[over180cm] will maybe need bend knees when enter some dooropenings.
Just miss a fridge, but for this price its ok.

Ok
Mancano un po’ di cose (accessori per il bagno, shampoo, asciugacapelli) c’è solo una presa per la corrente. Fare una doccia comporta l’allagamento del bagno

Good location for Makati area and the Mall is very close. The larger room I stayed in was much better than the smaller and was very quiet
Lack of windows in the room and the lift doesn’t work
1.0 / 10.0
Chosen since we could walk to the Manila Symphony concert at the Samsung Performing Art Center at the nearby mall.
Ceiling and door heights are far too low for a Westerner. I had to duck to get through the door. Elevator inoperable so had to take our own luggage up the stairs. Didn't take credit cards - cash only. No window in our room.
A total disaster all around. Suggest you avoid this dump.

The location is so convenient. It’s a short walking distance to the Samsung Performing Arts Theater where I attended a two-night event. Also, it’s the only hotel I stayed in so far where there is a television installed with Netflix, and it’s working fine. The internet connection is also not bad. Lastly, thanks to the hotel staff for letting us borrow iron and ironing board for our clothes. It saved us from wearing wrinkled clothes in our event.
I had a few not so good experiences. First, the elevator is not working, the stairs are a bit too steep so it was a challenge going up to the third floor while carrying our things. Then, on the second day of my stay, I requested for a cleanup / room service. I was going out that afternoon for a few hours so I kindly asked the staff to do some cleanings in my room once I went out (I gave a specific time when I’d be leaving). As I went out, I also asked the receptionist for the housekeeping. So I was expecting that when I return, it was done already. But once I entered the room, it was the same when I left it. So I had to ask again the hotel staff. They did the cleanup and they did it satisfactorily so it is forgivable. They might have been busy with the other rooms so they could have forgotten, and I’m okay with that. Then, upon checkout, I had a little difficulty getting back my P1,000 deposit. I don’t know but since they have not given me a deposit / claim slip to show upon my checkout, it’s already understood that guests can automatically claim their P1,000 deposit once they check out. So I was confused why the receptionist had to call someone to ask if I was supposed to receive the P1,000. Another hotel staff implied that it was already given to my companion who stayed in another hotel room which was reserved under my name but had an earlier checkout date (a day before my checkout) (P1,000 deposit was given for each room). Fortunately, she was with me that time and she guaranteed that she only received P1,000 for the other room. They eventually gave me my P1,000 but it was a little annoying that it took time. I was thinking what if my friend was not with me that time, would I not be able to get back my P1,000? I hope when I book a room in the future, this would not happen again. The hotel management must implement controls when it comes to things like this especially, it’s the guests’ hard-earned money.
