Best location and price. In the heart of Cardiff, close to the market, bars and castle. My room did have a private bathroom, as indicated. The other two rooms share another shower and toilet. The apartment had a hair dryer for common use and a kettle in the room. I was lucky to be alone in this apartment, as the other two rooms were free. The photo which I add shows another room of this apartment, which has a kitchen and a cool view of the stadium. It is quite comfortable to spend the night inexpensively in the center. Very clear instructions on how to get into the apartment. It was interesting, as if playing a quest! But everything is very clear, there were no questions.
It's not clear what's wrong with Wi-Fi. When I asked if there was wifi, they didn't answer. It is sad because it was important for me, my internet was very slow and weak.

Room was very comfortable and well furnished. And great location placed very central for ease of getting around.
It seems like keys open all the doors which meant multiple times I had to stop other guests entering my room by accident. I also found it slightly difficult to make contact with the host to ask about early check-out as you are asked to pick up and return keys to a nearby spar which opens at 8 am and I had to catch a coach leaving earlier so ended up having to leave the keys in the room and message. But this didn't seem to be an issue thankfully, just could use better correspondence.

Bad experience - would avoid - possibly needs to be investigated as to whether appropriate to be currently listed on booking.com. details follow: Booked 8.30pm for one night stay that night. Put in notes I'd be arriving by about 11.30pm, said to let me know if any probs. No response, but had confirmation email and check in time said until midnight so not too concerned. Arrived in cardiff bit early. Called contact number about 10.30pm because had a bit of difficulty locating the street and got a 'dialled incorrect number message' - copied and pasted number from email so started to seem a bit weird, as also noticed only street name given, no the door number. Found the street, getting there about 10.45pm, no sign of the property, asked in the pub on the street, they said a lot of people ask and that it was an inconspicuous gated entrance next door, but that I needed to go to the Spar store up the road to collect the keys. I went to the Spar store, staff said they aren't connected to the business, don't have a contact number for them, just hold the keys for them, and property should have sent me a 6-digit pin that they'd need to release the keys. I hadn't got it, made multiple calls to contact number, got the same 'incorrect number' message. Sent them an email via booking.com, no response. Checked property entrance again, no other numbers or way to press a buzzer. Spar staff said always problems for guests, the pin is not recieved or is wrong; guests have to call and eventually get through and get a pin and get in. This checking-in process was not mentioned or explained anywhere in listing info. or confirmation emails.
Cont'd: I then called booking.com, who contacted property gave them 30 mins to respond, then offered me another property. This meant paying full amount for another place, to then email booking.com after to be refunded the difference. I couldn't afford this, everywhere either too expensive or fully booked or past check in time, as it was now 1.30am. I gave up and spent night in takeaway restaurants and train station and got first train in the morning. Perhaps property owners having a personal emergency or something I guess. Staff in pub said other people had managed to get in and it was ok inside, but I would advise anyone else to consider other options based on my experience.

Location is great, near castle, city center, shops, train station. Best price, paid only 28£ per night
mattress not so good, too soft and could feel bed frame with my hips

the room was extreme clean and warm. it also had a very nice view from big enough window for a decent sunlight.
it had all amenities you usually need, which was unexpectedly good considering the price of the accommodation.
Wifi was unable to use. I’ve asked for a password to the helper which she laughed and said “will call you back in 10 mins” and never replied nor answer.
also the bathroom had a slight typical drainage smell.
closet was pretty much unable to use for multiple reasons, one because it doesn’t fully open as it hits the bed, two because there was a giant TV and drawer inside that.

Close to town
Was supposed to have private bathroom which we did not get. Bed was very uncomfortable. There was no electric kettle, tea or coffee. Parking was really hard to get and expensive.

It was difficult to locate. Spent several hours trying to locate the facility

Nothing, heater wasn't working and the room was cold, everything was below standards and highly priced.

Good size room and very clean. Nice being so central to all the restaurants and rail. Great value for the price.
Shower taps were difficult to turn and operate. Also took me a while to find the small hidden switch on heating unit. A couple of small signs would help daft people like me.

The price, the location and easy instructions to check in and to find the building
The mattress was uncomfortable as there was a dip in the middle when two people sleeps on it. It'll be comfortable for a single person. But for the price of the stay, it was great!

We liked the location, size, looks and amenities.
The description. It is not easy to see where the entrance is. It could be better signposted. We also did not find the location Castle rooms on Google Maps.

The room was ok, no tv, no wifi. Toilet was clean. Location is great.
There is no WiFi and no tv. I had to use my mobile data to work. I realised they wanted me to send a passport picture and pay £75 deposit before they gave me the address which was supposed to be paid back to me in 15 days! I was on the street with my suitcase and felt helpless. I said I would do it when they sent me the address. I never paid the deposit as I thought that was ridiculous as nothing in the room has that value and they didn’t mention it in the booking process, which I thought was really cheeky and unreasonable.

Nice clean bathroom, easy checkin instructions, great location.
The kitchen situation was confusing as it was in someone’s room. Wasn’t even sure if we were allowed to use it but online it said we’d have access to kitchen amenities.
6.0 / 10.0
Very good location, very convenient for access
If you want to get the keys, it's more of a hassle because you have to go somewhere else to get them and they are in the shop,If you have any problems, the person responsible is very difficult to find.

I loved the room.the view was stunning and clean and big.
I didn’t like the procedure of checking in.Although I requested for early check in before the day of arrival but they refused the request when i arrived. They do not have any reception or any staff to ask or help. The number they provided to contact with was invalid.I had to relay on booking.com massage option and had to wait for reply back.I had to collect key from a shop in another street. The check in system was fully confusing. And also I had to deposit 75pound extra for safety and damage!! And also I found a wine bottle in toilet while in the description of their advertisement was fully alcohol free area and strictly prohibited.
