Exactly what I expected.

Verouderde kamer, maar dicht bij de stad.

Personeel is vriendelijk. En je wordt ontvangen met een Welsch cakje. Er is een gezellige hotelbar. Je auto kun je kwijt op het naast gelegen parkeerterrein. Het centrum van Cardiff is op 2 min loopafstand.

De kamer is zwaar verouderd. Renovatie is dringend nodig.

Such friendly staff and clean. Rooms were perfect size and all facilities expected plus bottle of water. Great position for the stadium

Great location, great staff

Staff are helpful, solved an issue with our room swiftly. The location is great - very close to the lively city centre. A very clean hotel.

Parking is run by an independent operator - £15 per 24 hours. I can understand the need for a charge as it is a good parking spot for workers, but some discount for people staying at the hotel would be nice. Breakfast was included on my rate, but if I had paid £16.95 for a cooked buffet breakfast I would be very disappointed. Luckily there are other options close by.

The staff were excellent Cost of food was expensive even the breakfast was £17.00 per person unfortunately the bed was not comfortable and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable

Pleasant, comfortable and restful.

Overall, our stay was very good. The check-in staff were very helpful especially the Algerian gentleman (sorry can't recall his name) who helped us carry and store our luggage since we were early to check in and gave us directions to Queen St. The staff in the breakfast room were excellent, especially Monika, who was so attentive to our needs and even remembered our orders the next day when we came in for breakfast. The Indian girl (sorry can't recall her name too was good). The breakfast spread is very good.

Although we marked that the price of the room was good, perhaps it should be reviewed as it is a little on the high side.

Past the hotel lobby needed some major TLC, clearly in need of a refurbishment in the rooms and hallway areas, curtain was broken, there was damage to the bathroom

Great stay, great location with clean rooms. Good bar.

Great location for gigs at cardiff castle, Modern property with decent sized rooms that are very clean. Nice view over castle’s park green space. Bar nice & serves till late.

shower knob came off, toilet needs an update as was quite old looking. Bar needs to be staffed till it closed, as opposed to patrons having to go to the reception to get someone to be able to order drinks.

Exceptional

The best hotel I've stayed in thay was that reasonably priced, have stayed in a lot of hotels. Customer service was amazing, staff all very friendly and welcoming, from the moment we arrived tol we left . Our room was very spacious. Lovely and cool during a heat wave . Bed also very comfortable, close to everything we needed will definitely be staying at a holiday Inn again .
