Una sola notte ed insoddisfatta

La pulizia estrema, l'ordine, la cura e la disponibilità della signora al telefono, non incontrata, ma con guida passo passo. Casa e stanza esteticamente carina, con letto singolo, dotata di armadio, aria condizionata e tv

Posizione comoda alla stazione, ma tragitto pessimo da fare al buio, secondo piano senza ascensore e bagno privato esterno con doccia con acqua solo fredda. Parecchio rumore dalla strada. Prezzo alto per il tipo di stanza, cui si aggiungono poi 2 euro di tassa di soggiorno (per 1 notte)

- This accomodation is actualy an appartment with 5 rented rooms - this is not specified anywhere. - The rooms are located at the 2nd floor in a very old building with no lift. - Old wood windows that will not close properly - could hear all the noise from outside as they did not exist. - Very thin walls - could hear all the neighbors from other rooms. - The bed was old with an uncomfortable broken-springs mattress and squicking on every movement. - Old plumbing in the bathroom, at every 10 seconds or so you would hear a loud water draining sound. - The old Italian lady owner does not speek english. - On some days when people cooked in the shared kitchen you would get "nice" smells in to the room. - No mosquito nets, as in the summer days they are a big problem in this area. - Extra: before leaving we got a message from the owner on the Booking chat platform, where they asked not to put any negative comments to "harm" the property on booking website but to send them to the property via whatsapp. - Extra2: the owner keeps the keys on locket boxes with 4 digit cifre on the outdoor, and asks not to change the default combination to access the apartment keys, the combination is 0000 for all appartments.

The location and cleanliness is perfect. Speed of the internet is also good. AC works very well. In general everything was ok

The comfort of the bed was terrible. Beds should be changed immediately. The owner doesn't speak any words of English. This might be a problem for people. For us, it wasn't a huge problem.

It is one of the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Super clean and cosy. Also the propietor sent me a video with the instructions to access to the property. It was super helpful.

We had a very cute room at Maison Floria. Everything was clean and spacious. We were also warmly welcomed by Floria upon arrival (past 9pm). Grazie Floria :)

I spent a wonderful 3 days there. The location is very good, close to the Pescara center, beach and bus/train station. The room was neat and clean, I didn't miss anything in it. Also there was a kitchen in the hall for guests. I will gladly come back to this place again :)

The location, the helpful owner, the size and comfort of the room, quiet area of city. The owner kept my bag early before check in and late after check out. This was much appreciated!

It was clean overall. However I found insects on the bed and in the bathroom on two occasions....the second time was a cockroach on the bathroom rug. It went into the gap between the toilet and the floor which was not sealed with silicon so I guess it came out from there too. There was also a bad smell in the bathroom. Also at night there was a late check in by neighbours and I could hear everything as the doors and walls are not really sound proof. When these neighbours were taking a shower I could hear from my room loud noises of water gushing down from the water tank. This was constant and at intervals.

I enjoyed the stay. It is 5 minutes to Train Station and still it is quiet. The Land Lady is very nice and even not know

Super comfortable!

A very well kept apartment with nice big rooms. They’ve paid a lot of attention to details and and facilities. The kitchen is super clean as well. The bed was big and super comfortable. Was able to drop off my luggage early much before check in time.

Careful if you have a lot of luggage because there’s no elevator and the host I met is not able to help you with it. The location is just behind the station which is great, but it means passing a typical “behind the train station” block which doesn’t feel or smell very good. The street of the apartment itself is fine.

Great place close to city centre

Good place to sleep in Pescara. Close to the city centre and railway station. The hosts are very friendly, event though I did not speak Italian we managed with translator.

Calm stay in a fantastic place

Amazing and cozy place next to the railway station and really near to the city centre. Very kind and hearty owner, despite the fact that we were slightly late with the accommodation.

The shower could have been a bit cleaner, but I guess that's a single incident.

The room was spacious, air was working right, got a balcony -pitty that without any garden chairs and table.

No groceries or convenienve store nearby, better think ahead about doing small food shopping on time. Problems with communication with land lord - lady speaks only Italian and does not pick up phone or respond i time wise for whats up messages. Because of that I got into very nervous situation while trying to pick up by bag on my way back to the airport. was lucky I found neighbours who helped to find the lady and give me back the bag. There is strange, not preasant smell in the corridors and kitchen.

Clean and cosy apartment not far from city center. The host was very kind. In the apartment is also shared kitchen with fridge and airconditioning.

Sometimes there was no hot water in the shower. The plumbing made weird and loud sounds.
