The view and beach are spectacular but that’s where the positives end unfortunately. I don’t mind outdated but this unit is in a state of disrepair. All the broken things listed in previous reviews are still broken. Drapes coming off the wall, mirrored closet doors off tracks, plaster chipping off walls, missing bathroom sconce, broken dryer, broken window mechanism, etc. The carpet is due for a good cleaning or replacement. We had to hang our laundry and towels to dry. I notified Vacasa but there was no response. Disappointed in the unit and in Vacasa.

We loved this place! Access to beach, gorgeous view, loud waves, comfy beds and home is very quiet. Guest services was really responsive. The property is in a great spot with amenities and the grounds are well maintained.

The location and the view are excellent. The property is dated but clean. We did have a few problems while staying here. 1) Keys to access pool and beach was missing 2) There weren't enough sheets for the sofa bed 3) some stuff are broken like cabinet doors, hair dryers, etc. Overall, it wasn't huge problems and the staff was able to resolve the important ones within a day.

The condo was very clean and in a good location. It was quiet and close to town. Decor is very dated and lots of little things werebroken. (

Read older reviews that were published. My very detailed supposedly public review was submitted weeks ago and never published. This is a second attempt. Things that were mentioned years ago in reviews as needing attention still do- closet door broken, can’t get into laundry room, dirty window treatments, missing or outdated unit instructions . Now two years later add that the furniture and bedding are stained and torn. You get a starter set of partial rolls of TP and P towels. The main microwave is broken and a tiny replacement is on the counter.

This is a wonderful property in a beautiful location. Great ocean view and easy beach access, plus a spacious and comfortable place to stay.

The condo location was perfect. Just outside of the tourist area. The beach never felt crowded. We enjoyed the space as well. We never felt like we didn't have a quiet space when needed. We would stay there again!

Huge window in kitchen dining room. More windows and sliding door in living room. Extra nice to have a king bed in both bedrooms. The house was clean and comfy. A little bit dated but that is not an issue with us. Interesting that there are sliding doors with mirrors in several places in the hallway. There are enough dishes and utensils. Random spices but no sugar.

Home was well represented with pictures on listing. Dated but we knew that when we rented and the price point reflects it accordingly. We enjoy the cavalier condos because of the billiards, foosball, ping pong and swimming pool entertainment. Ocean views are spectacular and weather seems a little better than in town (less windy). Overall would stay here again because of the price point but hope the owners make improvements.

Large clean, comfortable condo with an expansive view of the ocean. We didn’t use the pool or game room, but they looked inviting. Expect sets of stairs since you are on the top floor. Worth the view!

A dated but cozy condo. Nothing new or fancy which we liked.

The location, cleanliness and amenities are top-notch. The decor is a bit dated, but if mid-modern is your vibe, you'll dig it.

This property is located between Lincoln City and Depot Bay, on a beautiful stretch of beach. The property is nicely maintained, the unit is dated, but clean. The carpet appears filthy, this is mentioned in other reviews, so it wasn’t a surprise, would not recommend for small children to crawl on, or bare feet.
There were a few things that were not in working order that were not big issues, we reported the dining room chandelier has a short in it, the hair drier did not work and the drier made a terrible sound.
We were told this was a ground level unit, it is actually on the 3 floor.

We have stayed at this property several times and will do so again. The location is perfect for us as is the wonderful views. We continue to request more than one key to access the beach. It was a bit frustrating that no coffee filters were left and the nearest grocery store didn’t have any.

Omg this property is a place to die for. I was so impressed on how clean the property was. The view was amazing. Waking up and seeing the beach from the living room was awesome. I am 100 percent visiting again. The apartment had everything to make I and my fiancé's stay memorable. Thank you to the owner of the property and the property manager.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cavalier Condominium in Gleneden. While the furnishings are a bit dated, everything was functional and the place was very clean. The view from the 3rd floor balcony is fantastic! This was our 2nd visit there and we would certainly stay there again.

Great location and access to the beach. Wonderful for watching a sunset. Very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. We would have appreciated coffee filters as have been provided at other vacation rentals - next time we will know to bring them with us.

Happy with living accommodations. The only downside was there’s no property manager on site and it is ridiculous that each unit only has parking for one car with individuals meeting there from different locations.

We had a great time at Bella Beach Beauty. Lots of space and amazing views. Little outdated in the decor but it didn't bother us or hinder our stay at all. Only down side was there is a pool but it wasn't mentioned in the description and that was kind of a bummer. We will definitely be back!

We loved the location and the weather was perfect. Our friends had never experienced the beauty of the Oregon Coast before and were overjoyed with the experience. We would stay there again but would hope that a little updating would be done.

Location was good but unit not kept up. Broken & damaged, poor cleaning.

This top story condo looks right out onto the beach. It has two king sized beds, which can be difficult to find and very spacious for two couples.

Great view and a nice location. Quiet and pretty property/condo complex. We would definitely stay here again. The beds were comfy, and the place was well stocked. It would be nice to have slightly more comfortable furniture in the living room (needs a new sofa). There are minor maintenance issues, like a broken handle on the microwave, but nothing that is a dealbreaker. Overall a good stay at a fair price with an amazing view and great beach access. Loved it!

We needed a short relaxing get away and that is what we got. Beautiful and relaxing. You can see and hear the ocean from the main living areas. It is glorious to walk out of your bedroom and see the water.

Clean rental, with charming, comfortable dated decor (think of a sleep over at your Grandma's house), comfortable beds, astonishing water pressure in the shower. Incredible view, easy parking and access to beach. Great market, restaurants, quaint shops, and excellent fishing charter nearby. Broken sofa bed, two shower max on each hot water heater charge.

Great stay, unit was clean. we had 3 beautiful days of weather. We got to see a grey whale at the edge of the waves below us. So close we did photos with our phones. Would recommend a stay at Bella Beach Beauty for a good relaxing time.

We loved the condo and the view is beyond price. Some of the furniture is a little older, but still very comfortable. The beds were great. And the ability to watch whales pass by in front of your window, and sea lions, and harbor seals Was fantastic. We would definitely come back here again.
We had no problem with running washers, dishwasher, and showers and still having enough hot water.

This condo has a fantastic view and access to the beach. The complex is well maintained and clean. The condo itself is terribly outdated and not user friendly. The lockbox was difficult to use and it took us quite a while to get it open to get the key. Once you get inside most other vacation rentals have a list of helpful hints and instructions, this had nothing. It had one sheet of paper attached to a kitchen cabinet with the Vacasa region manager's name, number, and email. We had no idea that there was a special key required to get access to the beach. We ended up calling the complex manager's office for help (which they happily provided) even though they weren't the manager of our particular condo. We were told there should be an access key somewhere in the condo. We finally found it on a bookcase shelf in the living room. Why it wasn't placed somewhere easy to find with a nice sheet of instructions, I have no idea.
Everything but the bathroom countertops, sinks, faucets and the kitchen sink and faucet is quite old. It looks like the barest minimum of maintenance and updating has been done over the years to keep it rentable.
We are some of those rare folks who prefer to cook breakfast for ourselves before we venture out and about so for us the lack of kitchen amenities was a big deal. We understand that some folks may not take care of kitchen/cookware provided so you don't want to have anything really nice, but what was there was really poor quality and a strange hodge-podge of random items that were not useful in any way. There were two coffee makers, a regular one and a Keurig which was nice and they actually provided coffee filters which was helpful. The cutlery and dinner-ware was decent. We had to go buy pepper as there was only salt in the kitchen.
The hall bathroom shower was ridiculous. It is the tiniest corner shower I have ever seen in my life. If you dropped your soap you would not be able to bend over to pick it up that's how small it is. It was also very moldy. The primary bath was also a little moldy and had the fan connected with the lights so you could not have light without the fan being on and the fan was LOUD. Both bathrooms also had very poor lighting that looked to be original from the 60's. There wasn't any kleenex in the condo and we had to go buy some, but at least there was toilet paper for which we were grateful. The beds were not awesome, but also not the worst we've experienced. The laundry room access was set up in such a way that the door only opened about 10 -12 inches before it hit the washer so the only way you could get to the washer was to squeeze into the room sideways and close the door. The washer and dryer themselves were newer and worked great.
It had a wonderful balcony looking out to the ocean, but the sliding glass door barely worked. The screen door barely worked, was full of holes, and was held together with duct tape.
Our conclusion: We would stay at the complex again, but not in this particular condo, and we do not recommend this condo.

The Good: This top (3rd floor, no elevator) condo with balcony has a great beachfront view and has access to a heated swimming pool, rec room equipped with pool, ping pong, foosball, etc. Also a sauna.
The Poor: Broken hide-a-bed in living room - had to use a queen air mattress we found in the master bedroom closet. Broken handle on recliner in living room. Ripped sliding screen door to balcony. Has three smart TVs, which is good. However, owner has not paid for major cable channels, so what you can watch will be largely dependent on what, if any, streaming services you subscribe to. Does have a Blu-ray player in the living room.
Would come again if the maintenance needs were attended to.

Location, location, location! Great views, good size and well stocked BUT the ol' girl is in need of some updating and cosmetics real bad. Too many small but important things to list from original carpet to dingy lighting BUT I'd stay here again!

Nice property. Read a review that said the decore was outdated, but I found it to be comfy, clean and the beach is a real find.
