The condo was everything listed and more. It was by far the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in our many years of visiting Surfside. Check-in was very easy and simple. Beautifully decorated and maintained. We did not have to spend time buying household items since it was all provided.... even 4 keurig pods! The bed was very comfortable. We were very pleased. Thank you!

We started out the 1st weekend with my daughter and her family and the remainder of the trip was just me and my husband, the condo was clean, fresh and well maintained. Everything was up to date and in working order, we will definitely be back!

First floor was nice but no view. Palm trees and shrubs were blocking any view of the beach. Kitchen was lacking essentials. No pot holders or dish towels etc.

Surfside Beach was beautiful, safe & quiet. Convenient oceanfront, first floor, end unit was perfect for week. Steps to ocean, well maintained pool & parking (2) used for vehicle & rented golf cart. Condo deco, balcony, linens/towels & central were awesome. Extremely friendly locals & businesses. Perfect resort for taking along our small senior dog. Unfortunately, notified Host due to several dead bugs inside kitchen cabinet, on floors & wet towels left in washer. Received prompt response that condo had not been occupied for few weeks prior to housekeeping previously cleaning & would send someone, now. We declined. Fully paid before arriving & expect privacy. Frustrating with frequent “no signal” when attempting to watch TV. An apology note along with a Cracker Barrel $30 gift card was left at door. Host offered only to refund remaining days IF we wanted to find accommodations elsewhere for the remainder of our vacation week… after having driven 12 hours, fully unloaded & expecting to RELAX. Also, forget using coffee maker it doesn’t work correctly & the washer is “extremely” loud even with laundry room door closed! YES, I certainly did read previous reviews & this Vrbo condo is a first “semi” disappointment. Won’t fully trust reviews, again.

This was our first VRBO booking and it did not disappoint. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Plus, the location was great. The sunny deck offered us the opportunity to enjoy the beach even on windy, cool days. We had a question about unlocking the door when we arrived and the owner was quick to respond. All in all it was a great experience!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay very much at the condo on the beach! There was some confusion on my part but the owners worked with us and showed they are more into ensuring a quality stay vs. chasing the mighty dollar. They are fantastic to work with. Stay and enjoy you view of the beach. SURFSIDE is perfect if you want to enjoy the beach and a slower pace.

Everything about this condo is perfect! A few steps from your parking spot is the front door to the condo. Upon entry my family and I were very happy with the layout. A bedroom and a bath on each end with the living space and a kitchen with everything needed in the middle. Master bedroom allows you to see the ocean from your window, we literally fell asleep each night on the cozy king bed to the sounds of the ocean! TV’s in every living space also a bonus. Everything was very clean, we felt right at home, and very happy we were able to bring our furry friend. The walk to the beach may be the best part, literally a 1 minute walk from the door to the sand! We love to dine out for dinner when we travel, Crabby Mikes, Drunken Jacks, Wicked Tuna, Boardwalk on the beach all a quick drive away. Owners also very quick to respond to your questions. We would totally recommend this beach condo!

It was our 2nd time to stay at this Condo and it was great!! It was wonderful to have our dog, Sidney, with us so we didn't have to worry about her. We had friends join us for part of the week and there was space for the 4 of us. The only thing missing were the parking passes which was not a problem for us as the parking lot was not full.

It would be hard not to enjoy a stay here if you’re a beach person! Especially when you can bring your dog! But there are minuses as well as pluses. Positives: 1. A knockout ocean view 2. Very comfortable bedding 3. Dust-free and clean bathrooms and kitchen! Even tho I’m sure there must have been dogs that shed staying there before us, not a trace of hair. Although someone needs to address the disgusting pans in the drawer under the oven that someone has left! 4. Well- stocked kitchen with some chips in dinnerware. The stocked spice rack was a thoughtful addition. Negatives: 1. Ground-in dirt and discoloration on the quality furniture ( all but the couch). Even the nice leather swivel chair had discolored due to some careless idiot(s) sitting on it with suntan lotion on their legs…you can see where the two legs were. We bought throws. The balcony furniture badly needs a coat of paint or replacement. 2. Really missed not being able to open a window or door but there were no screens and all but one patio door was sealed. We were there in April so had heat and air off for 2 of our 10 nights and could have had a screened window open to listen to the surf at night…one of the joys of oceanfront stays! 3. Showers were inferior. Small shower heads, so although pressure was probably okay, just a small stream comes out. 4. You are going to hear noise from upstairs… we had two different tenants above us…but that’s probably a given with any ground floor unit unless very well insulated. The pictures show how close the balcony is to the pool. This could be a plus for some or a minus for others. There were only two preteens using it during a mostly chilly stay and I got splashed sitting on the balcony. During the summer months, way more splashes! So do you yell at the kids for splashing around and having fun? Not unless you’re a real party-pooper. You saw the proximity online… you need to grin and bear it.

When we arrived at the property it was very clean and even smelled clean. It was just as it was pictured and described on VRBO - nicely updated and beautiful finishes. The location for us was really great; not in the heart of things so it was relatively quiet. We were very excited to find a nice place, right on the ocean, where we could bring our dog. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our two week stay. The beach access and view were beautiful. It’s a bit further from the pier but an easy drive. We loved having our dog, Ellie with us and that she could be on the beach. FYI. If using a gps make sure to use n ocean drive. The same address is a couple miles south on s ocean drive.

This was our third stay with Bob and Michelle, and as always, it was perfect! The condo is spotless, well-appointed, and in a prime location to walk or take short drives to a number of area attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and full of friendly people, and you can't beat the view! We always feel at home staying here, and our dog enjoys laying in the pools of sun on the deck. We will be back again next year!

We absolutely love staying at this condo! It is extremely clean and the hosts are awesome! Their communication is superb! The condo unit has everything you need and just a few steps to the ocean. You feel at home and the other tenants near by are friendly. It’s in a great location if you are looking to be close to a quiet beach and far enough away from the busy main drags. The bathroom connected to the twin bed room is great for people looking for space and kids but the one in the master could use a better shower head with more pressure. That is no big deal for the views inside and out are breathtaking! We will be booking this condo again for our 3rd time without a doubt! My elderly mother-in-law and dog Marley loves it, too! Thanks Bob and Michelle!

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at your lovely condo! We indulged in a two and a half week stay, and we were comfortable and happy the entire time. The space is lovely, the kitchen is well equipped, and everything worked as it was supposed to. We even had to contact the owner early on when I forgot the code for the door and all that info was trapped inside. They were quick to respond and help us out! We would certainly stay here again!
