I've stayed at a few dozen VRBO/VACASA rentals over the years and this was by far the least stocked of all of them and just had several very cheap fixes instead of repairs/replacements.
I will start with the good - the BBQ on the deck was wonderful! new, nice, heated up quickly.
The house was very clean.
It's just little touches that can make a huge difference. The towel bar in the bathroom was excessively bent and just had towels hanging on it so we couldn't see it.
Odd seams in the kitchen floor that we all tripped on regularly.
The only spice was very old salt and pepper.
No paper coffee filters but an after-market filter placed in the coffee machine that was too small so every pot had lots of grounds in it.
Kitchen stove is old and probably heats up to half capacity so everything took twice as long, or more, to cook.
Not any saucepans or skillet.
Lastly - there was ONE dishtowel. Just ONE. We had to wash and dry it every day.
It would not cost much at all to fix most of these things.

Clean and ready to go. Nice little place with most everything you need. There were however a number of things that were a bit odd. For one, the television screen is on the second floor 15 feet above the main level and there’s absolutely no way you could watch the TV from the main living area! There were no instructions on how to operate the TVs in any room, the barbecue was rusted beyond use., There was moulding that was not attached so it created a tripping hazard, the furniture on the first floor was subpar. We’re not sure if it was a bed or couch. The Pellet stove did not operate, etc. I’m not one to post or complain, but there were just too many things that seemed out of place and could’ve been easily improved upon.

We really enjoyed the stay at the property, and it was a great experience. The only negative was that master bedroom sheets had not be changed out. A few clumps of black hairs were discovered the next morning after sleeping in the bed. We rewashed the sheets. Besides that, everything was great!!!

My family and I enjoyed the home. We all each had our own space. Which we all enjoyed and needed. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. It’s a private community so there was not too much people on the beach. The walk to the beach is practically a skip and a hop away. It’s was pretty easy getting there. But, you we’ll get a good work out going up the little sand hill back to the home. The home had everything we needed to enjoy a few home cooked meals. The beds were all comfy and the house was neat and clean. I’d suggest new living room seating. The ones there had questionable stains here and there? Other than that I’d stay at this place again.

We loved that the place was pet friendly, clean and close to the beach. There were a couple of small things that were just irritating. The inside shower handle fell off, the master bedroom bed was not comfortable, while the kids beds were very comfortable. We could have used a couple more laundry pods.

I loved that you've added Smart TVs for those rainy days at the beach. I love the short walk to the beach and that it's pet friendly. It feels large inside and has a nice front porch for morning sun. The carport in front of the garage helps as well with easy loading/unloading if it's raining.

Had a good stay, everything was clean and in pretty good condition. The upstairs shower window needs a privacy covering as it is exposed. The shower head in the downstairs bathroom needs upgraded. It was overall a good stay and I would consider renting it again.

The fact that there was no tv in the living room definitely enhanced our stay! The house is pleasant enough but needs some work done. Equipment in the kitchen is very basic and imo inadequate for 6 people.

Pictures of property were wrong
The pictures of the furniture are wrong. The nice looking furniture has been replaced with cheap Ikea. The house had 3 TVs only 1 worked. Half way thru our stay the town came and shut the water off for none payment of water bill. We called Vrbo customer service who were excellent and we had that issue fixed in under two hours. We would never book that house again.

August at the coast
A beautiful neighborhood easy walk to the beach. The house was clean and in order. Plenty of room, the outside deck was great. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful location, comfortable home
This home is located in a gated private community with ample beach access one street over. The beach here is just lovely, with high tide taking over the lower beach (check the schedule). The home itself is very comfortable and quiet, as shown, but there are zero extras and many small things missing or off, as though it is a staged house where no one actually expects to live. We still enjoyed the stay immensely, felt safe and cozy.

House is on a quiet street with deer roaming around. Neighborhood is close to the beach and also has paved bike and walking trails. Close to restaraunts and coffee shops. We really liked this house and so did our dogs. One weird thing, there is only one TV and it is not in the living room and it is not hooked up to cable or a dvd player so it's not usable.

This place has a great vibe. Nice and clean, great flow to the layout, lots of natural light. There is a beautiful new deck on the front of the house with nice chairs. There’s no ocean view but it’s like a 3 minute walk to the beach.

Beautiful home, great location
This home was fantastic. Its a short walk to the nearest beach, sits in a quiet, gated neighborhood, and is nicely outfitted for renters. Its only half a mile to the Pelican Brewery and main public beach too. When at the home, we enjoyed sitting on the wraparound deck, grilling in the evenings, and leaving the windows open at night. The layout was perfect for us too and would stay again.
