I stayed for one night during my trip down the coast. Convenient location across from the beach. Very clean. Enjoyed the complimentary water and coffee.

Just love staying here. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They are so pleasant and kind to all the guests and especially my fur baby.
So very peaceful just walking around the town and enjoying the beautiful view of the beach.
I highly recommend staying at inn at cape Kiwanda.
You will not be disappointed. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I views from the rooms is a 10! The rooms are really nice; however, the air conditioning didn’t work very well. Hard to sleep when the room temperature was 75. A bit disappointed that the hotel didn’t provide drip coffee by the front desk which would be very easy to do since there is a coffee shop right inside the same building. The coffee shop is the ONLY place to get coffee within a 30 minute drive, ugh. Also, if you are going to handout cookies, please try and serve cookies that are t as hard as a rock. It’s a nice touch but poorly executed.
Also be aware that the pool and jacuzzi is behind a store and is not occupied by anyone who can let you in. I noticed guests that were using the pool were not staying at the hotel so quite packed. It was not well maintained and didn’t return during our remaining days though you are charged an amenities fee, ridiculous.

The pictures are super deceiving, it’s over priced for an old run down motel along the ocean.

Great view and a wonderful room.

Loved the property!

room was clean, great view and friendly service

We love being across from the beac, dunes and rock and all the activity of the surfers and dory boats.

We paid way too much for what we got in return. Couldn’t check in early and ended up checking in late. We tried to call the desk at 8pm and no one answered or was able to help us. They have good accommodations but not worth it.
2.5
Great location and view, very helpful front desk…….just a little spendy!

We have stayed herefor 5 years in a row and always enjoy our stay.

We had a great stay... the ocean views and balconies are unbeatable.

This place is really a gem
4.0
A little too chaotic with the parking lot and construction. Otherwise very nice and convenient.

Nice place…however. It is on the non beach side of the road so the tranquility quotient takes a hit (although in fairness we already knew about location). Worse, they charge an “amenities fee” for things like the pool that aren’t even very accessible (you have to walk to a different building). Plus, that fee generates even more taxes on your tab. Makes Oregon “feel” like California.

The room had a great jacuzzi tub but it only worked the first night…just wouldn’t turn on the next night. I never mentioned it since it wasn’t that big of a deal…

It was a beautiful place to stay and it was tranquil during the week.

Parking was tough only b/c others didn't stay within the lines... easy access to room and room was clean.

This was a nice property with clean rooms and a nice lobby area. The pool is in the next building but it was nice and the hot tub was great. The stimulus cafe in the building was really tasty for breakfast and was nice to have some vegetarian/vegan options.
Cape Kiwands is right across the street so it was nice to go and hike/explore that.
There is construction across the street right now, so a bit of an eye sore, but could still see the ocean and the haystack rock. It wasn't noisy or anything so not a big inconvenience.
I would not recommend eating at Pelican brewery across the street. It is old, run down, the food is seriously overpriced and poor quality. Some locals recommended trying other pubs in town instead as well, wish we would've listened other.

The view was great, the bed was comfortable and room had a kitschy vibe - but we could only get warm (not hot) water in the shower and the carpet has seen much better days.

Great location for the beach.

Well appointed room was the result of intentional thought. Appreciated. Of course the view was amazing.

We have a beautiful room with an ocean view. The room is large with a fireplace. The checkin staff were very friendly.

Beautiful ocean view, room very comfy, love fireplace and being able to watch the waves. Pelican Brewery was so fun and right across the street. Love the reusable bottled waters in our room and the bright and sunny beach towels.

Had a fantastic time, need fans in the bathroom, fogged mirrors are worthless when they are the only fan in the room

We heard traffic on the highway. Next door motel started sand blasting 5 am everyday. Everyone was driving in and out putting boats in the water. Not very restful.

REASON FOR OUR STAY THERE WAS THE OCEAN VIEW.
It was marred by construction equipment right in front of the hotel and road disruption.
Apparently it will go on until summer.
Also inconvenient to have pool and hottub and very small gym in a different building especially since it was cold and rainy.
We asked for room to be serviced at check in and when we arrived back to the room the next day at 5pm the bed had not yet been made, only towels were changed.

Views are great from room, and we really appreciated the early check in. Easy walk to coffee downstairs, Pelican Pub, and other Pac City offerings.

We loved being able to enjoy the view of the rock and the beach from our room!

It’s what I remembered, always enjoyed staying here. However, the window air conditioning unit was way too noisy and it would cycle on and off. Did not sleep well because of it.

Killer view, comfortable property.
