I did not stay in the end but everything was resolved understandingly.

the location is great. I also got some of my money back for not wanting to stay.

the host was late for the arrival to meet me. he left the the front door open because “as you don’t have any personal belongings in the apartment I am leaving the flat open” which did not make me feel safe. the flat backs onto a foot path so you feel watched. the cooking utensils were dirty. wires hanging out the wall. grime in the bathroom. post box outside looked like it was attacked. none of the other doors leading to the property are ever locked so anyone can wander around.

Nice Enough Flat, alright for that flat but could do with some improvements

Nice Flat, Everything well maintained. Nice and convenient to the New Wolsey Theatre.

Hard to Find Entrance is a bin store which is smelly and not an obvious entrance. No Check-In instructions had to call owner (Multiple times to try and get in contact) and the window locks were damaged so I couldn’t open the windows. There’s was no info pack about local shops or restaurants and most importantly there was no Wi-Fi or if there was there was no information to tell you such.

Bad

It was so bad we let after one night. We had planned to stay four nights. The only good thing is thatvthe owner promised to refund for the remaining nights, but I cannot tell from my accounts if I have received it.

See above. Broken lock. No way to secure ourselves. Unsafe electrics. No hot water except in shower. Courtyard had broken window and broken mail boxes. Person sleeping and peeing outside. Very noisy traffic .We felt very unsafe. Not really a fit property for booking.com

Looks nice and the location is fantastic. Internet was available. So greatful for this. Decent enough flat just a couple of problems.

The private parking was annoying. Kept being blocked in by others. Very hard to find. Alot of the apartment is very superficial, Bed was horrible and broken. Sofa had tape and burn marks. No one helped me check in. Just left open for anyone to walk in. Window locks broken. Always alot of noise in the block. Fire place In bedroom has exposed wires. Paying for a luxury quality flat and get a kind of boot leg version.

Less than 5 mins walk to town centre and railway station. Furnished and good heaters. Reasonable cost for the size and location. Surely recommend and look forward to book for myself or friends in future if need be

Oh dear.....dirty and uninviting...we didn't stay and chose to drive home!

Communication was good and the close proximity to the town centre will be good for many people. Sadly this apartment block is very run down and dirty from the outside and right up to the apartment front door.....if only it had been a clean haven inside to welcome us, then we might have been tempted to stay. This was not to be! On reflection, I should have taken some photos to back up the experience, but then again, somethings are just that, an experience and you don't necessarily need reminding of them! Thankfully only £72 handed over for nothing!!

The apartment was relatively easy to find and was left open for us to gain access. There was a strong smell of scented candle which was not so pleasant. This ground floor apartment had no curtains in the hallway, leaving it exposed to the cluttered car park/Court yard meaning no privacy between bedroom and lounge/kitchenette. The bedding was thin and extremely dated. The lounge floor was dirty and a quick look at the kitchen surfaces could see it hadn't been cleaned properly as there were traces of dried on food. The bathroom was also dirty, with a disgusting toilet seat that hadn't been cleaned properly in a very long time. It took all of 60 seconds to realise that we were not going to stay the night and would rather drive the 3 hours home instead!!
