Over all experience was great!

Cute place w view of the river. Comfortable.
Townsend is a lovely walkable town on the " Peaceful Side" of the park.
Fantastic 4th of July fireworks!
Perfect location to access the National Park and come home to your own place w great AC.

The place was beautiful, very clean and the out door was beautiful to sit and look at the water. I would love to visit and stay again

We are enjoyed our stay away from the hustle and bustle of the busy side of the mountains. After hiking every day, we enjoyed relaxing on the porch and listening to the sounds of the river.
4.7
The most quiet, peaceful place we have ever stayed in the mountains. Everything was decorated beautifully. We didn't cook in the cabin, however, there was of plenty of cook ware and dishes if we had wanted to. We brought our own coffee pods and used the Kuerig and cups... a lot. With the river just steps from door, the back deck was where we spent most of our time. Ever so relaxing. The Riverstone Restaurant, just 5 minutes down the road, provided us with a wonderful country breakfast with great service at a very reasonable price. We had read some reviews that complained about there not being a television. If they had only read the property description they would have know that before booking. No tv was no problem for us. Who goes on vacation to watch tv?We can't wait to go back!
4.7
We enjoying this little nugget of a place. Located directly on the Little River, we sat on the porch with a blanket most of our first morning listening to the river and the rain. If relaxation is what you are looking for, this is the place for you...the perfect opposite to the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg. Don't forget to visit the Little River Pub & Deli next door for some seriously good sandwiches and a great assortment of local beers.

We really enjoyed our stay! We will be back!

A great place to rewind.

We would recommend it and would definitely return. Realize that these are not individual cabins but there are rooms upstairs and downstairs. However, the set-up was very nice and there is a deck area outside the room that was very relaxing and peaceful with the river running just outside. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished.
4.7
I did this already. I am not doing it again.
4.7
My family and I had an absolutely perfect stay! Everything about the property was exactly as described, and the location was very easy to access and had easy access to the rest of town. Can't say enough wonderful things!
4.7
Wonderful location! Great experience! Property manager Wendy was wonderful. Would definitely book again.

Had no bedroom door text the host to ask why and her response was i was wondering why also when i bought this place in 2015 then said it was only the 2 of us which there was 3 of us are adult son we told her it was quite an inconvenience and her response was that there isn't a door in the picture very unkind of a host and she didn't even care about that she got her money and the crap with you.
4.7
The title says it all. Wendy was always available to us by phone even for a small need, even though at the time she was tending to a family emergency.
4.7
My mom & I loved having morning coffee on the deck overlooking the water. Beautiful start to the day & was a wonderful stay.

This is a very relaxing place. Will be returning

This was one of the best trips we have had. The apartment was wonderful and we met several couples that we spent time getting to know. Loved the rustic setting, no TV! What a great "reset" before getting back to the real world!
4.7
A lovely setting on the quiet side of the Smoky Mts.
4.7
Over all it was a beautiful place.
Would have been nice if there was a tv in the room
And if you could have been allowed to smoke on the back patio
Over all of t was beautifully put together, clean and gorgeous location
4.7
Loved having my morning coffee sitting by the river each morning! Wendy was very responsive and helpful with communications. Room was very comfortable and as pictured in listing. Be aware that there's no TV anywhere in this unit (this was not a big deal for us, as we were there for the nature, but just thought I'd mention it for anyone expecting to have a TV). Also, the only "suggestion" I would have, would be to get thermostats in each unit. If you wanted the temperature adjusted, you have to text or call Wendy to adjust it, but she goes to bed at 9pm, so you have to do your temperature adjustment prior to 9pm, and there were a couple times that we woke up and needed the temperature adjusted in the middle of the night, but couldn't do anything about it. Besides that, it was a great stay, would highly recommend, and will definitely be back!

We loved location and the quiet side of the mountain
Would stay again

The only issue was that the walls were not well insulated and you could hear most everything from the adjoining room.
4.7
This was so tranquil and comfortable. The beauty of the location is not evident by the online photos. The outdoor areas and the river are perfect and so much nicer than even the nice online photos. Proximity to the park was perfect. The on-site restaurant is great. We will recommend this to others.
4.7
Very cozy, clean and enjoyed staying there. Would stay there again or even longer next time.

Relaxing and Great Location!
Quaint and just right for a weekend trip. Clean, close the everything and a super easy check in!

Beautiful location right on the river. 2 Queen beds, no tv which was great for us, means more time outside. The apt was very clean and cool inside. The host was readily available if we needed something. Close to Cades Cove which was great for us. Will definitely stay here again.

We loved sitting on the porch watching the river - it was the highlight of our vacation. So serene. Easy access to the Smokies out of the hub-bub of the busy areas.

Beautiful and peaceful
This was an amazing place to rest and refresh. The pictures are accurate and the unit is clean. The beds were comfortable. We felt welcomed and safe. The only issue was the lack of cooking preparation products such as oil or seasoning which would have been nice to have. Also be aware that the building is old so the walls are not super noise proof. Luckily we weren't bothered by the other guests but we could sometimes hear conversations. Hopefully they were not bothered by us!
All in all a good experience and I would stay there again!
