Our family looks forward to our August trip to Wells every year. The condo looked exactly like the pictures - and absolutely spotless and super spacious. While the weather didn’t cooperate, the amenities with the deck and pool were super convenient and a joy to have at our fingertips! The gym was also a plus! Kerri was easy to contact and very responsive and accommodating! Thank you again!

Property is lovely and spacious perfect for our family especially as we had teens with us. They enjoyed having the extra space upstairs to lounge. Kerri provides lots of nice little extras (stocked kitchen with spices and other necessities). Having stayed at hotels in the area it was nice to have only a few people at the pool. Great location to visit beaches and other towns. Kerri was great and very responsive throughout the process. We hope to come again!

The property itself is spacious and well maintained. The pool is kid friendly and our son spent hours in it! There are lots of local attractions close by. If you are looking for a weekend getaway I would definitely recommend this property!

My family of 5 was very comfortable here and enjoyed our stay! The unit was as described and pictured. The kids really enjoyed the pool, which was not very busy - they often had it to themselves (we were there on weekdays in late June). Great location for visiting nearby towns along the coast.

This was truly one of the best places we have stayed in ever. The condo was immaculate and Kerri answers all questions promptly. It very close to wells and ogunquit. You have many beach choice’s and restaurants. The way the condo is set up is perfect for families and spacious. When we come back to Maine it will be back there for sure. Oh the pool was great too!

With three bedrooms and one on the first floor with a bathroom, this was perfect for a multi-generational stay. Perfect location for a day trip to Portsmouth and Portland and the pool was wonderful for an afternoon activity. We will be back.

Once a year three of my friends and I plan a vacation. The condo itself was spacious, nicely decorated and immaculate. We also liked starting and ending the day out on the porch due to the fact we could see the ocean. We really enjoyed the easy access to the pool and beach. We also liked that we were near the shops to do some shopping. Overall this was one of the best, most relaxing vacations we have ever had. I would definitely give you a 5 star. Beautiful condo. Lots of space for the 6 of us. Nice view from the deck, which overlooks the pool. We enjoyed the gym and the pool. We appreciated the extras at the condo — coffee, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, Kleenex, etc. — thank you for your generosity, Kerri, and your responsiveness. This rental was just amazing!!! It is beautiful inside and well maintained. The communication with the owners was on point. Really made our stay comfortable and has slot to offer with the rental. Gym, common area next to pool was clean and cozy. Didn’t use the pool but it was extremely clean. Overall I recommend this property and give it a definite 5 stars!!!!!

We had a great experience in Kerri's condo. All the rooms were very comfortable, from the beds in the bedrooms to the living room (especially the couch), the kitchen and bathrooms. There was plenty of room for 3 adults and one teenager to spread out. Not to miss the deck, which was perfect! The views were awesome and overlooking the pool added to the beauty of the condo. The clubhouse was nice with a workout room, ping pong table, and beautiful gas fireplace.
The kitchen has top of the line appliances and a huge island.
Kerri was very helpful and quick to respond if we had any questions.
Thanks for adding to our vacation.

We had an amazing week! We were given tons of detailed notes to help us make our stay enjoyable. This condo is so spacious and comfortable. We have 4 kids from 16 to 5 mths and we had everything we needed. I was very impressed with all the extra comfort items available like beach towels, nightlights, throw blankets, games & books for the kids, a Bose Bluetooth speaker and even the pack n’ play for our littlest guy. All items we usually travel with but I love knowing we can leave them home next time! Very quick trip to the beaches. Our favorite was North Beach in the evening less than 5 mins away with a super short walk from the parking lot. I also loved having the washer and dryer right there. Makes it so easy for this busy Mama to freshen up throughout the week and come home with all clean laundry!

If you have a large family, this is an ideal place to stay. The hosts are excellent and the condo is perfect for larger families. The 3 bedrooms are all nice and the pool is a welcome thing to do after the beach. The road noise is a bit loud but not terrible.

Perfect property for a family getaway! Part of the pool is perfect for toddlers! Our son had a blast!

Great property!!!
We stayed in this condo just a short 1.5 miles outside of Ogunquit. The condo was just as pictured, updated and clean upon arrival. The check in and out process was super easy. Kerri was great…very responsive to emails and she even left us greens from her garden. The beds were comfortable and the condo was well equipped with all linens, kitchen, toiletry and beach essentials. The one thing we wished we had was a clothes drying rack as there was no place to hang things that you didn’t want in the dryer. The pool was perfect for my 5 year old as it was heated and had a shallow end.
It’s a great property…we are already discussing a future stay!

Centrally located to all the towns and beaches. Communication with owners was good. Kitchen had everything you needed. Only complaint was the upstairs bedrooms could use room darkening curtains. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Awesome Stay!
Really enjoyed our week in Wells! Kerri was very responsive and helpful in getting us initially set up even on a holiday weekend. The rental was very nice and clean, not to mention it was a great location being a short drive/walk to a bunch of Maine destinations. Additionally, the pool was directly down stairs and we had a deck overlooking the pool with a nice view of the ocean. Weather during our stay wasnt the best, but even on the colder days we were able to take advantage of the heated pool! Our kids had a great time swimming and there were tons of books and games for them to take advantage of even on rainy days. Overall, I would recommend this rental and we will be looking to book again in the future!

A September Stay Without the Crowds
This condo is absolutely as advertised: the photos are representative for every bit of the condo. The kitchen is well-provisioned with cooking paraphernalia, and beach towels and chairs are available for visitors. For our adult daughter and son-in-law and their toddler, the layout is utterly perfect. The primary bedroom, full and half bath, and social spaces are on the second floor of the building. The queen bedroom, kid bunkroom, and the second bathroom are upstairs where our granddaughter could nap quite easily. (Be prepared for the long stairway to the condo entrance, in case you have more than one little one!) The pool would have been ideal for a very beginning swimmer, with its 1-ft-deep toddler pool area; the up-to-5-ft area for older kids is separated by a float-line. (If only our toddler had not been in a cast!) We truly relaxed, and were able to visit our favorite Ogunquit and Kennebunport spots, and we would love to come back next year!

A wonderful place for the family
This property was perfect for our family. The location is just outside Ogunquit, which provided us a little break from the hectic village. We absolutely loved the condo and pool. The owners are amazing people who respond very quickly to any request and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Plenty of comfortable beds to sleep in and very clean. We look forward to returning again next summer!

Everything we needed!
We loved our stay here. The space was roomy and clean and well equipped with things we may have forgotten for a day on the beach as well as everything we needed for our own “at home” lobster dinner. Right above the pool was nice and easy to walk to kayaking next door and easy to go into Ogunquit or Kennebunkport. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

This is a nice place near Ogunquit. The condo is modern and up-to-date. Only issues were the WiFi is inconsistent and the bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner (mildew in shower).
