This spacious downtown loft features 200 year old exposed brick, original hardwood ceilings & a 400 sq ft private balcony. We spent 1 night before our cruise. Everything is within walking distance. We would stay there again.

Overall we did not have a good experience. The building is very old and we did not have hot water in the shower. We saw a mice in the room and were grossed out and had to throw our food. We could not sleep both nights as the windows have no insulation and all outside noise was coming in and it was way too noisy. So while the proximity to French Qaurters is there this was NOT a comfortable stay or worth the money. When complained about above to management I was told they will give partial refund but they are not following up at all.

We wanted a quick trip to NOLA for food, adventure, and fun. This location was perfect for the city. It was just a couple of blocks off Canal Street. I parked and walked everywhere we wanted to go. The parking lot was close but open air. There is a pay to park garage a block up on Gravier.
The room was fabulously large. Plenty of space for all of us. Very clean. Will stay here again.
The host is very accommodating and responsive.

We weren't told that the balcony was split, we didn't have any chairs for our balcony because the next door took them all. They were entirely too loud and very rude about the fact that they took our balcony stuff. Bathroom has a leak from the upstairs bathroom.

Nothing but good things to say. Everything from checkin to checkout was quick and very well described. If there was a question then there was a quick response. We booked this due to the rooftop and the closeness to bourbon and multiple other Louisiana staples. Didn’t disappoint on any front. Do it.

We had an issue with the code on the door, but a quick call to the property manager and it was resolved in minutes.

We are a family of 5 with 3 older teenagers. The location of the property is on Magazine Street just off Canal. It is a perfect location to explore the city. The room is one spacious studio apartment with high ceilings and New Orleans charm. The 2 beds were comfortable and one of our kids slept on the blow-up mattress which was also comfortable. We were able to cook several meals in the kitchen but the kitchen does not provide the cooking pots and pans for more than a couple of people. The coffee maker also is designed for 2-3 cups. The laundry is convenient and shared with the maid service personnel. Overall a great stay. We would recommend for those that are using the unit as a home base for a visit to New Orleans.

My wife and I travelled to NOLA with our 4 kids (ages 10 - 14) for the Thanksgiving holiday. With a couple air mattresses we were able to all sleep comfortably. We purchased a few kitchen essentials (pots/pans) and were able to prepare our Thanksgiving seafood in the kitchen. The highlight was enjoying that meal on the balcony! The unit was clean and exacted as depicted in the pictures. The host communicated all the information we needed to easily and efficiently check in and out - and even responded to a couple questions mid-stay very quickly! Our stay was great and would stay here again!

The property's location to all amenities was ideal, and the space has lots of character. I wish the lack of available parking / solutions had been more visible on the listing.
Our only complaint with the room itself is very minor, and that is that the temperature of the lightbulbs is extremely harsh and hard on the eyes, especially because of the way they line up from the eyeline of the bed. Comfort would go from a 4 to a 5 if the lights were simply replaced with softer, warmer bulbs.

2 nights with family
Literally steps from the intersection of Canal and Decatur streets, it couldn’t be in a better location. Unit condition was perfectly fine and according to description. The shared laundry was 3 feet away and very convenient. Recommended improvements: provide linens for pull out sofa bed, and replace balcony furniture which has torn up seats that cannot be used. Also, plan to spend about $50 per day extra on local parking if you have a vehicle.

The Host was very helpful and accessible, the property was exactly as described and the location was FABULOUS!
I would definitely recommend this venue for visiting the Big Easy!

Great Location
We enjoyed our stay and the location is wonderful! The apartment is nice and big, and plenty of room for the 5 of us that stayed.
The balcony was wonderful, the only downside was the chairs could have used some work. Two of the chairs were broken and a third that looked like it was about to break.
But overall we enjoyed it and would recommend and stay again.

Wonderful in all aspects!
I cannot say enough good things about this listing. The loft was beautiful, the balcony was great for people watching, and the location was ideal! The check-in process was the easiest I've dealt with and the manager was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely stay here again when in New Orleans!

Best place ever!
We absolutely loved everything about this place! It’s close to everything, super clean and crazy adorable. I have stayed in many places over the years and this was by far, my favorite. Great communication, easy check in and check out. I couldn’t ask for more! I will no doubt stay here again ❤️

Inaccurate listing and unfriendly neighborhood
My husband, two kids, and I were excited to stay in New Orleans for the first stop on our lengthy road trip to Disney and back. My kids are 2 & 4 and we put that in our booking. There was nothing listed about no children allowed or only certain ages. After 16 hours in the car, my kids were understandably excited to be out of it and running through the room. The nail salon below (whose fumes were abundant, by the way) complained about the noise so much that we received 3 phone calls within the first 45 minutes of being there and the threat to cancel the booking and put us on the streets for the night. In the meantime, I reviewed all my communication and the listing again and found nothing about the kids not being allowed and my husband who is a firefighter and well versed in fire inspections proceeded to inspect the apartment which had many violations. We found an e-cig in the couch my kids were now trying to sit calmly on, black mold in the bathroom, faulty smoke detectors, etc. We went out for the night and returned after the salon was closed and left in the morning before it was open just so we had a place to stay, but we will not return. It left a sour taste in my mouth on the whole city. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Great location
I loved the location. We were close to restaurants, the trolly stop, and a neighborhood market on the corner. We felt very safe and saw mostly tourists shopping or walking to a restaurants, etc. No loud party groups. We were close enough to walk to the French quarter but felt very removed from that environment which was great since my traveling companion was my 9 year old granddaughter. The apt was lovely with very comfortable beds and a full kitchen. The balcony overlooking Magazine Street was our favorite spot for dining in. I will be back!

Great location, tucked away but within the heart of the city!
We took our daughters (early 20's and 17) to Nola for the first time. The location of the room was tucked away above businesses but yet had a great balcony and was spacious. It was very clean, roomy and accommodating to our needs. The exposed brick and tall ceilings reflect the age and history of the building. We spoke via Vrbo messages to our host with questions and had no issues.

Wow what a great place to stay!!This VRBO was in the perfect location. It was a 5-15 minute walk to everything and if you didn’t want to walk that far you could easily hop on a street car for $1.50. This location isn’t right on bourbon st. so it seemed a little safer and quieter! But it was just a short walk away so it was perfect for our girls night out! There was also a cute brunch place right next to this VRBO and it was delicious but be sure to go down early and put your name in! Now let’s talk about the room....AMAZING!!Such a beautiful room and so so much space! We only had 3 people but we easily could have had 6! The balcony is accessed through 3 huge windows there isn’t an actual door to get out there so that was interesting but wasn’t an issue.Full kitchen, an extra mirror outside of the bathroom to get ready, kitchen table, outlets galore, stand up shower with plenty of space and hot water, and huge comfortable beds. But the owner cleared everything up so all was well!!I would recommend this place to a family, girls trip, bachelor/bachelorette party, really anyone! Hidden gem
The apartment was clean. I didn't realize how close to everything it is. Within 10min you're in the French Quarter. There are numerous little restaurants near the apt. The access code nwver gave us any issues, but take a poncho or rain jacket, at the least an umbrella. There definantly was lots of rain while there. Poli was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond. I can't wait to come back! Thank you Poli for a great apt to stay in!
