The room was very hot at night. There were no windows to open up for fresh air. I was not able to sleep at all! I tried to sleep on the chair. BUT IT WAS ALSO IMPOSSIBLE. I have never experienced anything like this! I do not think I will use
booking.com again. THIS IS Not ucceptable !
Not convenient to stay in summer months! I sent a message to you and to the owner during the night. No feedback came. had to leave the next morning. I checked in to o hotel and stayed there. I did not stayed at this premises another night!

Good location with all necessary essentials. Sufficient for a short stay.
The apartment was double booked and the hosts entered the unit while I was there. Confusion was cleared quickly but it was a brief unpleasant surprise.

the location is very closed to a side entrance of the big parc, so great to relax outside. And reasonable walking distance to the train station and to all amenities needed.
cars are parking directly in front of the entrance door and the trottoir is only 50cm large. But this is part of the historical street.

The location is excellent and the studio is lovely. The host speaks only French but tried to find an interpreter.
We received a description of access to the property just minutes before entering the house.
The entrance was extremely dirty and the window had not been cleaned in years.
The studio itself was cleaner, but there were uncleaned traces of previous guests and peeling paint. We were provided with 2 sets of sheets, but only 1 blanket; 2 towels for two for 3 days - for face and body or whatever you want. There should be a clothes hanger in the bedroom - so that guests do not put their clothes on the railing of the stairs. The host had provided coffee capsules, but they were not the right size for the coffee machine.

The location.
The hygiene and the lack of windows.

The location is just okay, but nothing special just what you expect of staying in Fontainebleau. Can’t name anything else positive
The bed was extremely uncomfortable, after one night your back feels like being hit by a car, there’s literally a visible ditch in it.
If you think that’s the worse it is being woken every day at 07:00 by the alarm/shower/toilet of the neighbours (4 of them) living next to you due to the walls that are totally not sound isolating. But it doesn’t stop there… when they are come home in the weekend around 03:30 (drunk) having a call on speaker for half a hour and take a long shower before going to bed and it sounds like they are doing that in the same room you’re trying to sleep.
The kitchen is unusable due to the power breaker that’s kicking off the power when using anything else than the coffee machine.
Also in case of an emergency you would have a serious problem because the only other exit is a window 4 meters in the roof. Which is also the only sunlight getting into the apartment… would seriously not recommend this apprtment. Maybe for half the price it would be considerable.
I almost forgot the horrible smell of a sewer in the bathroom. What a disappointment, should have gone for the camping. WAY more comfortable.
