Hotel informed me since I booked with booking.com I have to get my refund from them for my breakfast

Location

Went to Erie for a shopping trip with my family. Stayed at this hotel for a couple of days and was extremely disappointed and definitely wouldn’t go back. On the first night called the service desk a couple of times for a pillow case as one was missing in our bed. They never bought one up had to pick it up from the front desk myself. The housekeeping was bad they did not do any cleaning in our room no vacuuming. On the last day waited for over 45 minutes for breakfast which never came. The person on the front desk wouldn’t credit me the price i paid for the breakfast. Told me I had to wait for the manager i left my phone number the manger never called me.

Very satisfied with everything, accommodation, staff, breakfast and the overall quality of the hotel.

Everything…..new, great accommodation, friendly staff, amazing breakfast. They serve dinner too, order off a menu and they serve it to you. Nice change from the buffet, good portions too. Would recommend this hotel, check that breakfast is included, as there’s an extra charge if it’s not on your booking.

Breakfast - I like a continental breakfast. The breakfast we had they gave you a lot but really not needed. I would rather go for a continental breakfast. Less wasted food.

The rooms were very big and clean. Pleasantly surprised.

The water pressure in the shower was too weak. Also, the hand held shower handle was not adjustable so a bit awkward to use.

This was the first time here and I will definitely return the next time I'm in town.

The room was very clean. I enjoyed the comfort of the bed and other furniture, helped me to stay relaxed while on vacation. The pool and gym area were kept clean as well. The shower was big.

I mentioned the shower was big, but for me the only issue was there wasn't good water pressure. The only other thing I didn't like was there was only one microwave and that was down in the lobby. Had to wait to use the microwave at one point. Wish there was one in the room.

Didn’t get breakfast. Location was fine

Noisy, could hear people next door having sex, can hear you doing your business in bathroom, hearing people in hallway. Only one elevator, stairway far away, never saw it. Pool too small. Asked for extra coffee but only gave us decaf, why would anyone want that

When we arrived there was someone fruit left in refrigerator from previous stay and a piece of hair left in shower I didn't report it just wiped room down then next day housekeeper didn't clean room just left clean towels and empty garbage cans

Clean and quite welcoming. Desk was VERY HELPFUL AND CURTIOUS!! I believe the one young lady had only been on a couple shifts yet professional and thorough!!

The pillows SUCKED! Just fell flat as soon as I laid my head down and the bathroom door. I imagine the big heavy has a purpose. However, there should at least be a way to stop or hold it in a desired position. ( ALL VERY MINOR IN THE BIG PICTURE) We absolutely loved the hotel and our stay
