An excellent stay with picturesque views, great breakfast and excellent service by all staff.

Superb location and very friendly and helpful staff

Need more comfortable pillows. Those were too high. Would have been good if there were facilities for drivers’ stay.

never going back again. definitely not worth the amount they charge and will ask for additional payments for kids, extra

the mountain view room was food.

plenty of things to dislike. firstly the staff are not trained or seem professional. and food is horrible. gave everyone of us food poisoning. not sure if its food or the bottled water. but definitely family and friends all fell sick. bad experience. told the chef and also reception. and seems they are not bothered. bring you own medicines since hotel does not even have basic amenities. worst 5star hotel experience.

Lot of disturbance because of kids playing near lift lobby even after 10 pm No control over it.. This caused lot of inconvenience.

The staff was courteous and the property was spacious and clean. In-room amenities were good, with heating/cooling as per the weather. The food was good, and the staff kept enquiring whether the guests were comfortable with the quality / quantity of food.

The food portions were not proper, most of the occasions there was wastage of food.

The staff was really helpul. The facilities were nice . Location is quite good if you want to enjoy the scenic beauty and peace.

The food options for in room dining and restaurant could be a bit more. Buffet breakfast was more or less same for all 4 days. Need more variety

Very poor service, quality of staff and bad value for money.

Just OK. Not value for money. Very limited options available and menu is almost repeated. Service is poor and staff is too much confused and looks new / untrained for such standards.

I paid a total bill of 36k for a 2 day stay in hotel. During check out, my small kid asked for water. Your hotel reception staff firstly delayed it for 15-20 minutes and was asking each other to deliver the water bottle. Finally after repeadly asking for a small water bottle for our journey, the staff told - SIR, IT IS CHARGEABLE. ! They didn't provided the water bottle. It was a very Hillarious experience. I am associated with a big corporate and wa planning for some future event / meet, but this kind of experience never witnessed with any other hotel in my life. Also the entire staff in restaurant is untrained and confused. They take a lot of time to serve and the behaviour is rude and unprofessional. Food quality is just nominal and not value for money. When someone pays here so high for even a very tiny roti - it is obvious to expect quality ! While , checking in also they took almost 20 minutes while talking to each other and scrolling here n there , confused again to allott a room. You need to spend on quality and trained staff. It is a hospitality industry and such a big name and standard need some spending on staff quality. If you save here also, then you loose both the name as well as business.

The location of the property is among the mountains and its comfortable once you are inside.

Due to central heating in the hotel, we had to sleep with doors and windows open to get some air in the room as the temperature could not be reduced in any other way according to the hotel. Also, the cutlery wasn't clean at times during meals.

Good views , excellent staff but a relatively new place with teething issues.

The staff was very welcoming and the highlight of the property. Food and beverages are reasonably priced.

Very limited food options. The dysfunctional indoor swimming pool left kids disappointed. The centralized room heating was a bit too much and made the room uncomfortably hot.
