Family Trip For ASMS Scool Interview

The apartments are nicely furnished and have all the basic amenities you may desire for a brief or even an extended stay. You have quick access to the interstate, and the area where you are located is only a short drive from any store you may need to get those forgotten items.

Our kid had a hard time uploading some of his school work due to the internet capabilities. We are unsure if it was slow or if he just had a bad connection from the room he was located in. The streaming on the TV worked fine otherwise though.

Mold stench in entire apartment

Cute place, enough space for a family of four, good neighbourhood.

Tidy, BUT immediately when we got in the door a wave of mold stench threw us backwards. In at least 2 rooms were air purifyers (to clear the stench?), but they were clearly not helping. We tried to air the apartment out but it did not help. I had a hard time sleeping due to the mold stench. Due to this I cannot recommend this place to anyone. The beds were totally too soft. Bathroom doorknob was loose and almosy fell off but I managed to screw it somewhat better with my fingernails (i did not want the kids to get locked in).

The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The location is central to most everything you would want to do in Mobile.

Comfortable Midtown Duplex

It was very clean and comfortable.

Nothing that the staff had control over but there was a man who was smoking cigarettes and weed on the steps to the unit when we went ti leave a couple times. The u it is in a row of duplexes.

Excellent short time vacation.

The stay at “The Flats on Florida St” was fantastic. The apartment was ready when we arrived. Great location to many of the amenities the city had to offer. Several grocery stores and eateries nearby. Easy access to interstate highways. Rooms were comfortable, free laundry on site including detergent. Management is easily accessible via text message, quick response. I highly recommend and will book with them again. Internet service was dependable, no outages.

Maybe televisions in both bedrooms.

Water was turned off by city on Sunday morning. Not the owners’s fault.

Comfortable, convenient, and quiet.

It was very quiet and peaceful. Really liked that the laundry room had detergent and dryer sheets available. Everything we could've needed was provided. Enjoyed the stay!

The only complaint I would have is for a little bit more privacy in the shower. The blinds don't cover the window all the way.

Beautifully decorated. I only had contact with the owners by texting, but it was so easy and they were extremely helpful with making sure we had everything we needed and ready to answer our questions and help us out..

It was upstairs and for older people that can be a challenge. Unfortunately it was the last rental they had.

Close to everything that I needed. Great communication with owner. He even came out around midnight, when I locked myself out.

It seemed a little warm in the apartment, no matter what the air was set on.

Racist Property Owners

So the owner has his own policy’s he said we couldn’t have visitors, can’t grill steaks and the he took my lighter fluid and when I ask for it back he told us we had to leave and he’s calling the police my wife was there alone with a friend and he approach them as I was on my way the this is petty and a childish embarrassing thing he did so if you’re a person of color because that was the only thing I got from why we were put don’t stay here ever again. I was invited here by a group a I’am going to ask why they are recommending this place and asking the better business to review why I was evicted on what grounds because no written policies were violated.

Comfy, like home, has everything you need !

Everything was great ! Beds were comfy, had Everything you need. You literally just need your clothes and that's it

Minor things like cleaning products for a long stay like mine and I feel like the baseboards in the bathroom but that's it. Don't let that deter you from booking here.

GREAT PLACE

The place was very clean and comfortable. Great location, and just a short drive to everything. Easy to find. Beds were comfortable. Had usb and outlets on nightstands. Free wifi and apple tv. Has all the supplies you need.

The hot water wasn't hot in the shower but I contact the host to adjust the temp in the hot water heater and he had no problems fixing it and it was fine.

Cozy,relaxing and peace of mind

Everything was clean and comfortable. This place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend and would return. Host responded quickly and sent very clear instructions. If you need a quiet and safe place-this is it! Close to downtown,grocery,etc..You won’t regret it!

Amazing! Wonderful little apartment. Highly Recommend!

This little apartment was amazing! Clean, updated, and very comfy. Beds were super comfortable. I met and talked with the owner a couple times. She is awesome! I left a couple things in the apartment, and she is sending them to me, at her expense, even though I offered to pay for it. I would highly recommend staying here if you're in the area. It's close to a lot of areas.

Really can't say anything bad about this place.
