Always a good option

It was the fourth time i came in a "the hosteller". It's always a good value for money. Bed is comfortable, the AC works good, the location is good, you have free water to drink or refill your bottle, nice and accommodating staff.

The structure of the bed can be clean... a lot of dust.

Best hostel situated at the right place in the old city. Every sightseeing was in the radius of 2km.

Overall everything was good. From the receptionist to all other staff, everyone was polite and helpful.

A few things I didn't like was that the dunk bed was making constant sound when you move while sleeping and the curtain should be charged for some dunk beds as it was looking very old and was even torn.

Exceptional Hospitality and Impeccable Cleanliness

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Hosteller, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a sense of cleanliness and order that instantly put me at ease. The rooms were immaculately clean, with fresh sheets and pristine floors that were attended to daily. The dedication to maintaining hygiene was evident in every corner, including the toilets. The staff at The Hosteller truly made the experience memorable. Mohini and Rabab, in particular, were friendly, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests felt welcome and cared for. Their genuine hospitality added a personal touch to my stay, making me feel like more than just a guest. Overall, my time at The Hosteller was nothing short of fantastic. I wholeheartedly recommend The Hosteller to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I will certainly be returning on my next visit.

The hostel experienced frequent power cuts, causing disruptions to the Wi-Fi connection, which in turn affected my work at times. Additionally, I found the food options to be limited and slightly expensive. However, I appreciated that the property allowed guests to order from outside using services like Swiggy, providing a convenient alternative.

A highly recommended place for a comfortable and sociable stay in Udaipur.

I had a fantastic stay at a Hosteller in Udaipur. The rooms were neat and clean. The nightly bonfires were a highlight, creating a warm, communal atmosphere. Loved sunbathing on the terrace. The staff, especially Mohini, Rito, and Rabab, were proactive and friendly, making us feel like friends rather than guests.This personal touch added significantly to the overall experience. The food was good, though the hostel could improve the food ordering process on their portal. Overall, a highly recommended place for a comfortable and sociable stay in Udaipur.

Small, old rooms; location good

The location, only reason we had booked and stayed at this property

Rooms are extremely small, the photos of the property are totally misleading. The property needs a good renovation, else the brand of Hosteller would just fall for such properties

Wouldn’t stay again

Sorry to say but we didn’t like this hostel at all. Other than the staff and location is was definitely a disappointment.

The bathroom STANK it smelled like chemicals. We were on the first floor which I don’t know if this is the case for everyone but the elevator kept making noise every night like “first floor opening door” or something like this and there was loud praying noise right outside the window every night. If you’re a light sleeper don’t stay here. The staff was totally sweet and helpful and no complains there. Also the location was very central.

very good cheap hostel for backpackers

Great location in the heart of the cultural area, a 3 min walk to Gangour Ghat. Friendly staff, really comfortable beds and a lovely rooftop to do chill which I used for yoga in the mornings. Water dispenser for hot and cold water and arranged laundry service (pay by piece) would recommend.

It’s a great place to stay. Middle of the city. Facilities were really nice. Beds were very comfortable. Entire stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Really want to thank the staff members especially Sayan who helped me checked in and he was kind enough to tell me the nearby places to visit. Thanks to entire team. Keep up the good work

The entire management was extremely humble and cordial. Sayan and Shubham from their team were extremely accommodating and thorough professionals. They arranged for an early check-in at our last minute request and were really understanding. The entire ambience of the hostel was really chill and the rooms were well maintained. 10/10 recommended..

the staff is amazing and they did everything to help me to solve the problems

wifi was not working in my room and they tried everything to fix it, but it didnt work. so they even paid for me phone top up, that was very nice.

The location was in the main market only but had trouble going around due to construction going on the nearby bridge.
