Our Beautiful home had just been renovated, it boasted with 5 separate bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, plenty of common space to hang and dine with your group!
We Meticulously designed a unique Private resort-like backyard with a large pool, BBQ & lovely seating patio furniture.
We created a private isolated paradise yet, located only minutes away from Dallas' most vibrant bars and restaurants!

The Space:
Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.

Upon arrival, you will immediately feel at ease at this extraordinary home. With a back yard pool (our pool/spa is not heated at the moment), towering lavish green banana trees, and magical vibes for romantic dinner or just a yummy family BBQ feast, it will quickly become your favorite spot to spend downtime.

This recently renovated home will make you feel as if you’re staying in a boutique hotel. Hip artwork line the walls, the furniture is modern and chic, the colors contrast with each other to *pop* and make the rooms visibly appealing. Even the rugs have carefully selected patterns.

You'll have a hard time getting your group to leave the immense comfort of this spacious interior, which is ideal for a large family and group who is looking to experience the best of the Lone Star State!
Spoil your friends and family to an at-home luau, Dallas-style. With a fully-equipped chef's kitchen, new appliances, and gas BBQ cooking will be an absolute treat.
As you can see, we’ve done all the hard work for you so you can simply kick back, relax, and enjoy your perfect vacation.

You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/ dryer, baby crib and highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products. Please feel free to use any and all!

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning back yard and the amenities the home has to offer.

The Neighborhood:
Our house is located in Allen TX. Our home resides in a quiet and very family-friendly neighborhood, yet you are just a few minutes away from great restaurants, premium outlets, movie theaters, Events centers, Parks, Stadiums, and Dallas’s most vibrant attractions.

All necessities you need are less than five minutes away so you don’t burn valuable time in your day to day activities. Whenever you decide to head to downtown Dallas (only 25 minutes away) you can focus on getting to know the city and having fun.

Getting Around:
If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something
you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

Other Things to Note:
★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.



★ DAMAGE DEPOSIT ★

We understand that accidents can happen. Once the reservation is confirmed, a damage deposit will be required, which will be refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage occurs and all house rules are followed. Alternatively, guests can choose to pay a non-refundable one-time fee that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear, with no deductible. Please note: this option does not cover damages resulting from house rule violations.



★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.



★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.



★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★

Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.



★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★

Our fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.



★ SPA NOTE ★

Please note that our spa heating element is inoperable at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience. (But who really needs any additional heat in our scorching, Texan weather anyways?!)



★ SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMIT ★

The Short Term Rental Permit Number for this house is 007490 issued by the City of Allen.



★ TOWELS NOTE ★

Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.



★ ENTERTAINMENT★

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube. Login info will be provided upon request.
