The food was just incredible. Ease of access to food was so convenient, along with the 24hr room service, and 24hr bar that served nachos and sandwiches all day, made it so we never went hungry. The room was beautiful, staff was very friendly, pool was perfect. We absolutely loved it overall.
The people down at the bottom of the stairs, on your way to the beach trying to sell you jetski’s and boat tours were quite pushy and aggressive. I know they’re not affiliated with the resort, but I think they could do a bit more to keep from bothering everyone so much. Also, we pre coordinated for an early checkin, and told them we were on our honeymoon, and requested the honeymoon package, even told them when we first arrived, and they said they would setup rose petals and champagne and a $200 spa voucher for our honeymoon, and my wife was so excited. When we got there they said the room was not ready, even though we requested a 12-1 checkin, which is okay, I know that isn’t possible every time, but they told us to check in every hour, and that they’re going to set the room up very nice for us, that’s what was taking so long apparently. We didn’t get in our room until 4pm, 4 hours after we arrived, and the room had zero of the promised stuff done to it. I called them and they said to come down to the concierge the next day and they’ll have something for us. The next day I talked to them, and I hey gave us a tiny bottle of Bacardi rum. That was our “honeymoon package”. The rooms have 4 full bottles of liquor in them already, so that tiny bottle was completely irrelevant. So we were a little disappointed in that. Other than those two things, everything was incredible, our room was very nice, with a beautiful view of the ocean at least.

The staff were nice and the location was good
The drinks were terrible. The food was awful and really difficult to get into the a la carte restaurants. The toilet got blocked nearly every night. It was like being in a child’s resort with all the loud music and games so it was not very relaxing at all. A hen or stag do vibe if that’s what you wanted.

Usually easy to get a drink at the various locations.
Staff didn’t stock our mini fridge with the Diet Coke we had asked for. Had to request three times and go the the desk also. Then, they brought regular coke not Diet Coke.
One day our room was not touched until we called.
Requested a spa treatment but not available until the day we were leaving. It was just a lip wax.
Resort credits were worthless. You could only use a small amount to purchase a much more costly service.

Staff very friendly , food was basic .
All of it, the pool was like Butlins holiday park . Not what I expected at all a lot of money for what it was .We got charged a lot compared to USA customers .
Floors very dangerous , my wife fell twice on a tiled floor and hurt herself . No one followed up on how she was at all after reporting . Once I signed the disclaimer no interest at all .

All the food was excellent, and the staff were delightful
Accessibility for wheelchair users, who is the Limited and not clear on the hotels website. They should be Wheelchair accessible rooms on every floor.

Enjoyed the location in proximity to the beach and on Paradise Island. Also enjoyed it being adults only and the staff were helpful.
For an all inclusive, it felt quite small and felt like a normal hotel. Typically all inclusive hotels will have more activities, more spread out, etc.

Great beach. All rooms have an ocean view. The bar was fantastic.
The food was poor throughout, even the restaurants are not really restaurant quality. The guests were mainly American, which is fine but had a middle aged vibe.

Being honest there was very little we liked about this hotel. The property states that it offers 5 star accommodation but in reality it could not be further from the truth. The max we would put this hotel at is 3 star. We had booked for 11 nights and were so disappointed with our stay we left 5 days early and flew to Miami and stayed there instead.
The hotel is unclean and shabby. We had two family suites and the smell of the drainage and mustiness was unbearable. I suffer from asthma and it effected me terribly. Everything felt constantly damp including the bedding. The rooms were so disappointing that we only used them to sleep in and couldn't bare being in them otherwise. Despite the all inclusive booking, the food, especially in the specialised restaurants when we managed to get a booking, was so bad that we ended up eating in restaurants outside of the hotel most nights, therefore paying twice for food! The only way in which this hotel would be appealing in our opinion, is if you are a drinker and are availing of the free drink around the clock ... which led to numerous occasions of vomit in the lifts and elsewhere.
We honestly could not wait to get out of the property when we made the decision to leave and for us our vacation only began at that stage! Would never stay here again and would never recommend this hotel! Really kicking ourselves as we had read some bad reviews and ignored them thinking it would be okay, however those reviews were spot on and we will pay heed in future!

Brilliant location and room a suite at front and wonderful balcolny. Evening entertainment dancers particularly good. Mostly very nice food for an all inclusive, and good spirit brands on tap.
Pictures of what you were expecting by way of dishes in the booking resturants lets say rather optimistic and its dissapointing to be mislead, mostly to do with size and one dish advertising fois grass it was so mimimal as to be impossible to see! There is no need to do this just be honest! Some bar staff need training in how to make coctails advetrsed eg the magaritas were very variable. No wine in room not everybody drinks spirits.
Music at pool most of the day far too load, local music to DJ's taste (eg Rap!!) not an international taste no quiet areas to eascape and the noise made it difficult to rest as well as read. Sometomes the pool noise and ambiance resembled an 18 - 30 holiday escape if thats what Rui want the advertising should say so in order you can make a proper choice!

It has potential to be amazing, it’s a great location but needs to be updated
The property is super dated, not super clean and the food was mediocre at best. My husband was really disappointed in the food, but i have been to other “all inclusive” places in the Bahamas and experienced similar bad food quality and taste..The steakhouse “Bahamas” was Wildly disappointing! they definitely need to work on their cuisine. I would never recommend to any foodies.

Awful hotel. The pictures you see online do not represent the reality. The food quality is poor. It should be ‘all inclusive’ but the restaurants for dinner are always fully booked and it is difficult to get a place. The staff is not nice.

The food at the buffet was really good and we’re picky eaters. We were surprised because reviews had mentioned food wasn’t that great. Staff were all so friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and beds were comfortable! The 24hr bar was fun and loved that they had food to snack on while we were enjoying our drinks!
The reservations for restaurants were nearly impossible to get. We only got one reservation for our 3 night stay, but as I mentioned the buffet was really good so we didn’t mind too much! I did find a small bug in our bathroom and that really bothered me. We also noticed some stains on the bedding, but that was handled right away.

Rooms and public spaces with a strong smell of mold combined with poor cleaning. Staff very uneducated, you have to interrupt their personal conversations to order or get something. At the pool bar, very noisy due to the very loud conversation and giggling of the staff. Beach not private, with sellers at the entrance and all day standing at the beach. Dangerous to swim because those seller place and use a lot of jetski right in front of the hotel. No green spaces to walk or stay, not what you expect from a resort. This is basically a hotel with (very bad) drinks and food included and a pool. Not a resort at all. Left 2 days before, to go to the Reef Atlantis, staff seemed very uninterested and used to people leaving earlier.

Staff were excellent. Recommend the steakhouse for dinner. Buffet is huge with lots of options.
If you just want to eat, drink and sit in the sun this is the right place.
Very small property with few activities on site. Had to taxi into town or book separate excursions to do anything other than hang out. "Swim up" bar was really a walk up--pretty but tiny and packed. Main pool was large but cold.

Property was right on the beach! It had great food at the buffet and you can also make reservations at different restaurants on the property. Staff was amazing!
Local people kept coming on the beach selling items; got to be annoying and some guests were smoking on the beach and at the pool. Breathing their second hand smoking was Awful!!!

Location good - about 50 dollars by taxi if pre booked from the airport. Optics in the room and well stocked fridge, would be nice to see some wine in there! Room was clean and serviced daily. Great view of the pool and sea, next door is a little but of a eye sore, but maybe better when it reopens.
It’s not 5 star! Staff are not interested in ensuring you get the 5 star, they think all inclusive so don’t even try! No services on the beach other than your sunbed! Hassled a lot on the beach by those selling. Room service choices are limited, it’s 24 hours but you can’t have breakfast before 7:15am (not good when your off doing trips and leaving at 6:30am!)

Loved the location, staff, facilities, pools and restaurants. Perfect setting and amazing staff in every single role.
The small beds and basic level bedding and basic room quality seemed less than expected. Also there were no real activities available...no bikes, no kayaks, floats or water activities available. The daytime activities could use a bit of a boost.

We stayed in a room with broken A C the 3 rd night we wanted to change rooms /next room broken fridge other than that it was great .beach was awesome , the people in booking day excershions weren’t accomating at all never got to do the 5 island tours that I went to the Bahamas for they weee aweful,staff they acted like they didn’t want to help us ,but staff was very friendly , the Krystal restaurant was awesome same as steak house

We were in what was called the family suite…which turned out to be two separate rooms with a connecting door…this made it difficult when making reservations for dinner because we had to book each room separately! But did enjoy the fact that we had two bathrooms!

The resort is well organized with all your needs
The staff were so rude , i was finding difficult to find nice staff even when you ask a simple glass of water, also chasing all the time housekeeping to fill up shower gel , give us some towels and not just taking from the room the dirty ones , because we stayed 2 weeks so we needed to change towels etc… the room was done on daily basis but very dirty
