Mid Level: This level features three master suites and a laundry room. Suite 1 has a King bed, TV, custom bath with shower, and a private deck. Suite 2 has two twin beds, TV, bath with tub & shower, and a private deck. The children’s suite has a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle, a single chair sleeper (no linens for chair sleeper), bath with shower, TV, and a private deck.
Top Level: The open concept custom kitchen, dining area and great room form the focal point for gathering and socializing in this spectacular home. The kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, a spacious island with bar seating for 3, and extra storage stocked with all the amenities of home. There is an eight foot dining table with chairs for 6 and a bench to accommodate up to 4 more. The great room offers a TV and fireplace with lots of comfortable seating for family and friends. The front-side deck off the great room boasts amazing views of the sun setting over the sound. The living space also extends seamlessly onto a spacious back-side deck overlooking the private pool. The main master suite is located on this level and offers a King bed, custom bathroom with dual basin sinks, shower, TV, and a private deck allowing for incredible views of the sunset.

This house is AWESOME! It is practically brand new. Pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, and grill were perfect. 2 nice refrigerators, open floor plan to enjoy family time while cooking, comfortable beds, and beautifully decorated! The kitchen is thoroughly stocked. It has everything - several stock pots, nice skillets, bakeware, glass storage containers, serving bowls, 30+ nice plates / 30 plastic plates, lots of glassware, bowls and silverware, all cooking utensils you'll need, coffee cups, coffee maker, espresso maker, electric tea kettle, pitcher, etc., etc. The location is great! Some views of the sound from the deck, and we loved walking to the community pier to see the sunset at night. Small neighborhood so safe for kids to play and ride bikes. Parking available near beach boardwalk to access beach. We rented golf carts and could take them to park close to the beach or to Food Lion and Tim-Buck-II without ever traveling on Route 12. Minutes to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and the lighthouse. We loved it and will definitely plan to return!

The house is gorgeous and in a quiet location. The pier for sunset is lovely and there are some nice paths to walk or ride bikes.
The kitchen had plenty of dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots/pans. It needs a few more coffee mugs, tea towels, and instructions for the cappuccino coffee maker. A refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser would be a great addition. We were buying a lot of ice to fill our water bottles for the beach! Having a second refrigerator and sink downstairs in the room adjacent the pool was helpful and well used.
There was plenty of indoor and outdoor space to accommodate the group. The rooms are well appointed. There were enough deck and beach chairs for the size of our group. Small outdoor side tables would be a great addition to the decks. The pool, hot tub and outdoor shower were great!
The rooms have fans operated from a remote. Although in one room we could not get it to work. There was a broken lamp in a closet, and there were no sheets and blankets provided for the trundle, queen sofa bed and twin sofa bed on the first night. I called and they were dropped off the next morning.
Upon arrival the entry code did not work. We called and were provided three different codes before we could get into the house. It took over a hour to resolve which was a long time to be standing outside in the heat after a 6.5 hour drive.
Parking is limited to 3 cars which is challenging to accommodate the 16 allowed for the house but we made it work.
It’s about .7 mile walk to the beach (10 mins) with cross walks and side walks. There is minimal parking at the beach and the limited lots fill up with cars quickly. Providing a beach cart for carrying beach chairs and gear would have been a great addition. As would a beach umbrella or sun shade. The beach had a lifeguard for most of the day. The ocean was mostly calm and good for kids. The grocery stores are a 5-7 min drive but there were a couple of options.
Overall, we had a great vacation. We loved the house and the quiet location.
The property management staff (especially Barbara) was fantastic! She helped facilitate our booking and was super responsive and helpful!
I highly recommend staying at this property for your beach vacation!

The location and home layout was great.
Pool and pool area was dirty. One bathroom smelled so bad we had to run out to the store to get supplies to fumigate it. Master bathroom shower drain was clogged.
Called Vacassa the managers of the property and they responded quickly that they would contact the local team. This was on Saturday. Sent a couple messages after asking about when they would address the drain. No one called or showed until Thursday. So had only 2 days of using the shower.
If owner of property hired a new management company we would return as the location and layout was great for our large family.

It was a very nice house. Plenty of room. I like that Vacasa provides sheets and towels.
The kitchen lacked an oven mitt and dish clothes. Not sure if it is normal to bring your own. The stove did not work great, two burners wouldn’t stay on. The coffee maker rubber seal fell off twice - coffee leaked.
It was a bit far from the beach - two babies to carry gets tough.

The weather didn’t cooperate- mostly rain ! The house is decorated nicely. Lots of stairs - pool on first floor of course but the kitchen is on 3 rd floor We enjoyed the backyard pool great for the kids.

The house is beautiful but it could really use a good cleaning. Two of the bathrooms had feces on the toilets and the showers didn't appear to be clean as they had hair in them. The hot tub worked spiraticly, sometimes the jets worked sometimes they didn't. Overall we enjoyed the house although it is at least a 20 minute walk to the beach versus the 10 minute walk it states.

Fabulous Beach House!

They were very cold and unresponsive to the whole situation and were unwilling to work with us on a mutual resolution. Vacasa’s customer service was the worst ever I have faced in a hospitality industry. Logan Mace, April etc. they were all unwilling to help us and tried to ignore our calls multiple times. They even hung up the call on us when were talking about the complaints. Never ever use vacasa again!!!
