Una estancia excelente, desde la ubicación que se encuentra en un barrio tranquilo cerca de todas las atracciones a pie, restaurantes, playa, centro… el personal que fue muy atento y nos ayudo en todo lo posible, las habitaciones sencillas y limpias, la piscina que en época de monzón ha sido imprescindible y con un desayuno increíble. Recomendable al 100%.

It was an amazing stay at Half hotel , the experience is just unforgettable. I went with my family and we had spent a quality in those three days . The rooms were absolutely stunning, with large windows and countryside view while the aesthetics were top- notch . Cleanliness was A- class and the staff hospitality was beyond words . The staff were so nice and polite and most importantly helpful . They took immediate actions and resolved any kinds of problems in no time and would assist my family in every step which made us feel safe and secured as if we are at our own place . The Manager ,Vishal was so nice and jolly person along with the other staffs who were just so amazing in their work. The breakfast was complementary, and was absolutely sumptuous and is worth mentioning given the quality and quantity. Sometimes the Owner of the place visited and gave us some local foods to try which was a very touching gesture because we don't see in commonly. To conclude, half hotel will be my go-to place whenever Goa is at my travel list .

Staff were really helpful and friendly. The owner came by in the morning and gave me some suggestions on where to go next, what to see and just gave some really good recommendations.
The location was a little bit out of the way for me, but it’s really good if you want a bit more peace and quite. It’s still only a 10 minute walk from the main road.

Хорошие завтраки — континетальный + каждый день есть дополнительное меню на выбор с индийской кухней. Сами рекомендуют заказывать не один набор, а несколько. Никогда не отказывали в просьбах, всегда подсказывали. Оставили самые приятные впечатления о себе и отеле.
Также познакомились с хозяином, которому тоже было очень важно наше мнение и всё ли у нас хорошо.
Есть сейф, куча окон, кондиционер и все удобства. Чисто, уютно.
Небольшой, но хороший бассейн.
Сам отель выглядит новым, свежим.
Это не критично, но если придираться, то плохая звукоизоляция. Если кто-то вечером шумит в соседнем номере, то это отлично слышно. Нам не мешало, но для людей с чутким сном может стать проблемой.

Lo staff è il valore aggiunto dell'Half Hotel. Ciascuno di loro si è mostrato estremamente cordiale, sorridente, affabile, capace di soddisfare ogni richiesta, dall'asciuga capelli al noleggio moto. Abbiamo passato tre notti e saremmo voluti restare ancora qualche giorno. Riforniscono la stanza di acqua da bere (eco-friendly) ogni giorno. La colazione è molto buona, lo chef si sincera che il piatto sia piaciuto. La strada principale ricca di negozi, mini market, banche è raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 10 minuti. I ragazzi della reception si sono offerti per aiutarci con l'acquisto online della cena non avendo l'app giusta. Al checkout abbiamo lasciato i bagagli in reception fino a sera e al rientro ci hanno messo a disposizione bagno e asciugamani. Un ringraziamento speciale va a loro. E un carissimo saluto da Paco e Anna.
La suite è su due piani, esattamente come in foto. La finestra più grande non ha tende quindi ci si sveglia con la luce dell'alba. La camera presenta una porta serrata da cui provengono voci della stanza adiacente.

Quaint is the word. The hotel is at an off-beat location, away from the crowd. The rooms are spacious and have an additional futon sofa that doubles as a bed which is enough for 2 people to cuddle. To our surprise it has 2 bathrooms and a separate shower. The decor is also very minimal and classy. The rooms are very clean. It is located in a residential area, and thus very quiet during evenings (personal preference though, might be a turn-off for some). The staff is courteous and quite helpful. Met the owner of the property too... Nice guy!
Functional issues, though very few. They do not have a restaurant, but do serve a freshly cooked breakfast out of a predefined menu from a small kitchen. More choices would have been nice. The water pressure in the taps was low. The washrooms were very tiny. The night staff is a bit irresponsible. Leaves post and doesn't answer calls at times (might be a one off case I experienced though). Open parking on the roadside. I found the prices to be a bit on the higher side, against the value they offer... But not really complaining.

Half Hotel is an outstanding lodging opportunity that should be your home in Calangute. I spent five nights there and everything went well. Architecturally, the hotel is modern with much glass and a pleasing connection between the interior and exterior. The wifi is very reliable and fast. The rooms are diverse and well appointed. I stayed in a well priced single room that made “small” perfectly comfortable with its well positioned electrical outlets, comfortable bed, and good storage. The free breakfasts are outstanding with a range of eggs, bread, beverages, etc. Also there are revolving, daily Indian dishes included in addition to the daily selections. Service is fast and you will not leave hungry. Charles, the owner, and his excellent staff are always available and happy to assist you with any questions or difficulties. I definitely look forward to returning.

- Niestety basen i „leżaki” to jest nieporozumienie. Jeśli liczycie na to, że skorzystacie z opalania, to nie bierzcie pod uwagę tego hotelu. Basen pełni funkcję dekoracyjną. Jest maleńki, a „leżaki” niestety są do siedzenia, a rośliny przysłaniają skutecznie słońce. - Niestety śniadanie mocno ograniczone. Jajka przygotowane w dowolny sposób + tost z masłem i dżemem.

Located just a couple of kms away from the main street, the property is a cozy, well-maintained one. The staff welcome you happily & make you feel at home, despite being a hotel. The owner, Charles, is a good chappy who took personal feedback about what was good & what wasn't.
They are still making improvements to the property, but the stays are wonderful.
A tad higher priced to my liking but the experience & staff behaviour more than make up for it.

Great location with amazing, friendly staff. Brilliant hospitality from the moment we arrived. Jithu and his team looked after us very well during our stay. The location is slightly away from the main streets, thus offering a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast service was very generous and the swimming pool was adequate.
Definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay near Calangute.

The staff behaviour was excellent. Jitu and team took care of us really nicely. The owner also visits the property every alternative day and guides us wherever necessary.
The breakfast was delicious and healthy. Not oily at all. You can have breakfast everyday without falling into the guilt of consuming excess oil, transfat &calories :P
Cleanliness - Definitely one of the cleanest properties in Goa. Couldn't find a single piece of dirt either in the room or the bathroom.
Location is a slightly interior. But it's certainly more than compensated with the other set of pros.

One of the highlights of my stay was the homely breakfast served each morning. The staff made sure that everything was fresh and promptly replenished, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.
What truly set this hotel apart was the down-to-earth owner, who was always available to assist and make sure guests were comfortable. The owner's genuine care and personal touch created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home.
Additionally, the hotel's provision of rental bikes and cars made exploring Goa a breeze. With the convenience of these services, I was able to easily navigate the beautiful coastal roads and explore the vibrant local culture at my own pace. The hotel staff was more than happy to assist with recommendations and arrangements, making my travel experience seamless.
In conclusion, my stay at this hotel in Goa was truly unforgettable. With its prime location near Calangute beach and Candolim beach, 5-star service provided by the crew, delightful, homely breakfast, and the presence of a down-to-earth owner, it exceeded all my expectations. The property is a couple of kilometers from the main road which may be an issue for some but the plus of them being away from the main road is that the rooms were quite in the night.

отель маленький, с небольшим бассейном. весь персонал начиная от владельца, заканчивая всеми работниками были настолько гостеприимными и милыми, что не хотелось уезжать. каждый работник все время спрашивал как у нас дела, все ли у нас хорошо, как прошел наш день. всегда очень доброжелательные и всегда улыбались. чувствовали себя как дома. персонал говорит по-английски и немного по-русски.
у нас был шикарный двухэтажный номер. в номере есть все необходимое, а если чего-то нет, персонал сразу же решает этот вопрос.
завтраки не сильно разнообразные на выбор (омлет, яичница, яйца вкрутую, мюсли и тосты с маслом и джемом, также сок и чай/кофе), но все очень вкусно.
в номерах и в лобби хороший Wi-fi. по просьбе каждый день делали уборку в номере и меняли полотенца. нам все очень понравилось, спасибо за ваше гостеприимство! с любовью, Elina

Staff was very courteous, friendly and exceptionally helpful, they made us feel very welcome. I want to specifically mention the names of Jitu and Karan as they went above and beyond to assist us in every way. Be it sorting out our local travel, getting groceries, ad-hoc requests or late night assistance they were always available. They provided us with Iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Location was good as it was a bit away from the beach and main market which lets you relax and unwind. Room and facilities (private pool) was excellent. The breakfast was tasty and we were treated every morning with a new Goan speciality. I would recommend this hotel.
If I really have to pick points to give some feedback I would say the juice variety was not available in breakfast. Also, one of the sockets was not working in our room which is minor and I am sure they will fix it ASAP.

My stay at the hotel was extremely comfortable. The staff especially Jitu went out of his way to help me with transport and other things. The rooms were clean and well furnished. The only point of improvement was the food...it could be so much better. The location is bit off the main road. Highly recommended this place to anyone visiting Goa.

I liked the room, it was compact but good enough for a solo traveller like me. Most importantly, the hosts, Jitu bhaiyya and karan were exceptionally good and friendly. I had a great time talking with them and experiencing their services for the period I stayed. I will surely recommend this beautiful space to friends and others if they are planning to visit goa. Again thanks a lot for great hospitality.

Usually, even if you pay a lot of money and stay at 5 star hotel facility, there are something missing such as human-touch hospitality, maintainance, real beauty (completely different from photos 🤔😂), cleanness, room designs, tranquility, etc... BUT! this hotel had everything guests need at reasonable prices!! Iron, Ironboard, and hair dryer are provided upon your request, and they can consider extending check-out time depending on availability.
Hotels in India usually ask (force) you to leave good reviews online even when guests are the right at the checking out, which actually gives bad impression at the end, but this hotel never ask as such and I am happy to take my time to write the truth!! Kudos to all members, I am glad to have chosen to stay here and look forward to stay again!
- Hair dryer is provided upon request but when I asked, all the hair dryers are gone ... hope they will prepare more or provide it in each room.
- On the way to the main street from this hotel, there are neibours with several dogs (or are they stray dogs??) that barking loud whenever whoever walked by/motorbikes/cars passing by ... nothing to do with the hotel but it scares to go to this street especially when you are walking.
