The breakfast menu may be straightforward, but it poses no issue for me since the room rate, inclusive of breakfast, is quite affordable. Despite the simplicity of the breakfast offerings, I found them to be delicious. The room is well-maintained, and the split air conditioning provides powerful and refreshing cold air. The shower and bidet exhibit strong water pressure, and hot water is readily available without the need for a prolonged wait when turning on the faucet. The television functions properly, offering a full range of channels.

Apart from the hotel itself, the issue lies with the traffic light situated in front of the hotel. The duration of the green light is too brief, while the red light seems to take an unusually long time before changing.

Minimalist

The shower was amazing. Very powerful and very hot. The swimming pool was a reasonable size and has a great view. The balcony had a great view. Location is more suited to travellers with cars. The walk wasn't far into town, but involves crossing three major roads.

No mirror in the room! Had to dry my hair using the reflection in the TV. Even the cheapest of hotels provide a mirror. It was a room for four people, but only one, uncomfortable chair. No balcony furniture. The room was huge, but was very sparsely furnished.

Breakfast was ok. The room was specious. It was clean.

The room was specious but there was no mirror in the room. It was difficult to apply make up. I had to use the bathroom mirror and it was very hot in there.

1. Room and bathroom soooo spacious 2. Love the balcony and the view soo spectacular as right the sunset spot 3. The hotel lobby also soo big and spacious and smells nice 4. The A/C in my room too cold which i like it

1. I’m not a big fan with tiles flooring 2. The room layout like apartment style even the room corridors 3. The bathroom quite smelly specially at toilet bowl although it looks clean 4. During check in, the reception unable to relocate my booking number and straight away asked me to refer with their other group hotel. (Next to their building) When i provide my booking details they quickly solve it. 5. They dont allow early check in even there are no other guest (perhaps hotel policy) 6. No facial tissue was provided. Even bath towels they just provide 2. Im confius as my booking was under family room which 2 large queen beds. 7. No room service even they mentioned they are 4 stars hotel 8. The shower pressure extremely strong and can hurt your body 9. No shower curtain or divider. The shower splashed over the place 10. No spot to placed your toiletries like soap and shampoo (hotel didn’t also provide this)

Location

Truly an “El Chepo” hotel Super basic. Should be reclassified as a “one star” hotel 1. air con noisy. Individual split unit for the room, not centralized. The condenser is located in the ceiling area above the toilet and is very loud. The noise drives me crazy. 2. Room very spartan. No basic furniture. Looks like the owner forgot to instal basic furniture. No cupboards, no dressers, no luggage stand, no mirror, no tables. 3. Toilet has no shower curtain or shower screen and water would splutter everywhere after a shower 4. No soap holder or toilet amenities. Toilet roll was almost used up when I checked in and no spare roll was readily available. Asked for a new toilet roll. Even that took 3 hours to be delivered to my room. 5. White towel looked aged and smelly. Disgusting. 6. The list goes on Ranking 1/10. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and extremely poor value for money. Owner is only interested in cutting costs and not about ensuring customer comfort. Verdict: avoid this hotel if possible

Good hotel but a lot can be improved

- comfy bed - clean bathroom - ample covered parking space - good location - new room - helpful and friendly staffs

- traffic noise audible hotel room esp at night - dirty AC - dusty under bed - no make up table

Very disappointing and not worth the money we paid.

Sambal for nasi lemak was good.

ROOM: Although room was quite spacious, there was no sofa/relaxing chair, only one writing chair was provided. No dining table. Only one side table. Pillows were too small and too soft. No day curtain. No kettle until requested. No kiblat sign until requested. (Maintenance men came to install kiblat sign despite our Do Not Disturb sign). Very small shower head. Shower drainage was clogged and still clogged after maintenance man claimed he had fixed it. BREAKFAST: Cappuccino and White Coffee taste exactly the same (very mild coffee but strong chlorine taste). We later took Black Coffee but this also has very weak coffee taste. On Sat 11 March at 7am breakfast was not ready and no manager/supervisor was present until after 7.30am. Croissant and muffins were hard and dry. Salad bar only had 2 types of lettuce and cherry tomatoes with Thousand Island and Mayo dressing. OVERALL: There was no garden nor resort or swans other than in the paintings on the lobby wall.
