Superb

The only negative point for Bushes Oast is the gate lock. It will be perfect with automatic door.

Bucolic location, perfect country hideaway.

The location - very peaceful and the kids loved watching the tractors working! House was immaculate and everything worked perfectly - there were also thoughtful touches by the host for our arrival (e.g. fresh bread and milk) which we appreciated.

Apart from our arrival unfortunately coinciding with muck spreading day (!) in the field behind the property the only issue was that it was quite hot in the house due to the Everhot oven - could do with a few fans for the summer nights.

Amazing stay, likely we will go back

The cottage is gorgeous and so spacious. Lovely little garden and incredible views. Main bathroom was great and has really good shower which is unusual in such a character cottage. Farmhouse kitchen to die for!

Whilst the kitchen is fantastic, it isn't incredibly equipped (e.g. only one blunt knife, no corkscrew) We had a lot of trouble finding the location... satnav took us 1km up the road with the postcode. Eventually found it with what three words.

wonderfully relaxing .

It was beautifully decorated , very comfortable and an incredible view

The gate was a bit of a pain . we needed more tea towels ! and the ovn pads were dirty .

Would recommend in a heartbeat. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect location, breathtaking views! Couldn’t fault the place! At first you think you’re driving to the middle of nowhere but once you’re used to the roads you realise just how wonderful a place it is to live. Wish we could have stayed longer and certain we will return next year! We didn’t do much walking as we had a baby with us but we made trips to local Chartwell house, Hever Castle, Battle, Westerham, Biggin Hill, everything in easy reach of the house.

Not a negative on the property at all, but a word of warning if you’ve booked to stay here watch out for the pot hole just outside the gates!
