Expensive for basic

Staff were helpful giving taxi numbers & showing best routes.

Room smelt & felt damp. In need of a good redecoration. For the price, could do much much better! No facilities ie public bathrooms. We had booked here to be at a wedding at 2pm...but couldn't check in till 3pm or use any facility to change.

Gut und günstig für nur mal ein paar Tage günstig übernachten.

Preisleistung war gut, Parkplatz inbegriffen, freundliches Personal , sauber.

Leider schon sehr verschlissen und verbraucht. Kleine dunkle Zimmer nicht sehr ansprechend.

l'accés à l'hôtel n'est pas facile, ai failli le louper et repartir sur l'autoroute

Half night stay after late flight

Location,helpfulness of the night reception guy,he couldnt have been more helpful when we arrived very late at night after our flight into gatwick

Great value for money and quiet location.

Hard and confusing to find, you don’t get a code to open the barrier. It’s very unclear and hardly signposted.

Un bruit strident venant de ou dans l établissement je ne sais pas Le va et vient des femmes de ménage déjà à partir de 8h et même avant Le robinet de la baignoire très sale pour nous cela faisait un moment que celui ci a été nettoyé en dessous mi ouches et gras

Nights to remember

Our flight got cancelled so we stayed here because it was close to the airport which we thought was ideal. We booked 3 rooms with 2 single beds in each room for 6 people. There is a shop a cafe and McDonald's right across from it which stays open late.

We had booked 3 rooms all with single beds. When we walked into the 2 or the 3 rooms everything was fine all clean. The last room there was a weird smell in it so we opened the window and went to get food. We came back and the smell was still in the room only to find the smell was Coming from the mattress where someone had pissed on it and the cleaners hadn't noticed. There were no spare rooms anywhere in the hotel either so we didn't use the bed for the 2 nights we were there. When we sat outside the shop on the picnic benches we were greeted by the most vile smell of sewerage coming from the shop area. We had to move over to the far side of the building to avoid the smell.

Apart from the Reception staff who were very obliging,we were quite disappointed with our stay.

Comfy bed, hot shower and the Reception Staff were very obliging.

The room wasn't cleaned until the last day, the towels were left on the bathroom floor after use as instructed but were still on the floor upon returning at the end of the day.Toilet rolls had almost run out and I had to ask Reception for clean towels,toilet rolls, tea bags and sugar which we ran out of. Furthermore, the hair dryer was broken as was one of the wall sockets.

The worst hotel we have been!!!!

Lo staff molto gentile

Our room was #14. Ground floor,smell badly. From our window we Could see that we were under the level of the road so no at all light and looking a bush full of waste. The hotel is on the highway.so no way to walk anyway.we arrived by plane from the airport and we were stucked in there no way without a taxi to go anywere. The nearest town is at 50£ by taxi.you should advise your customer of that.

In a pinch, OK but not for long stay,

The staff. They got at the desk was very nice and helpful. Though we didn’t really need it, it’s very close to a food and shop court.

Walking into it towards the reception wasn’t very clean. And there was no elevator but the guy at the reception helped with our bags though.

Easy to find and good value.

The Days Inn was easy to find. Granted, I did walk up from Westerham using public footpaths, but I found it! Food & groceries nearby.

Clean tidy and comfy staff were excellent and loved the dog

Did not get the room I booked - supposed to have a double bed and sofa bed ended up with 2 single beds shame as really good otherwise

Clean, bright and convenient to use the service station food outlets.

Awful signage to find the building from the east bound services, some signs are missing, you have to go through a no entry sign but you are not told to do so. Didn't realize there was no eating facilities in the inn, it relies on you going to the services 50m away, ie macdonald's, Leon and Costa open in the evening.
