Horrible veneno en el aire

La camas estaban sucias, sin preparar, las luces rotas. Habitaciones muy pequeñas. Y todo el hostal olía super fuerte a insecticida de mosquitos. La señorita de recepción fue muy amable. Pero El administrador o lo que fuera fue super grosero y cuando le dijimos que hariamos una mala reseña nos dijo que no podíamos y nos denunciaria a la policia(?)

Très agréable

On a vraiment apprécié cette auberge ! Le centre ville est facilement accessible à pied. Le staff est vraiment adorable, disponible et nous a vraiment bien accueillis. Le cadre est très chouette, il y a une petite piscine pour se rafraîchir, un bar à cocktails et c'est agréable d'y manger après avoir utilisé la cuisine. Nous dormions dans un dortoir : les lits sont très confortables et nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'intimité que nous pouvions avoir avec les rideaux. Les espaces communs sont très propres.

Notre chambre manquait malheureusement d'une fenêtre mais sinon tout était parfait !

Buen precio y calidad

Lindo lugar, sobre la avenida principal, las habitaciones muy limpias, buen servicio, muy tranquilo, la zona social es agradable, cerca a un D1, a 5 minutos del centro en carro . Me gustó mucho, nos hospedamos 2 veces.

En la noche tengan cuidado por la zona, preferiblemente transportarse en auto y no caminar solo.

Gutes Hostel, nur nicht das Zimmer Mirla

Gemütliche Atmosphäre, freundliches Personal

Bad war nicht sehr sauber, obwohl täglich sauber gemacht wurde (Spiegel haben seit längerer Zeit keinen Lappen mehr gesehen). Das Poolwasser war schon leicht grün verfärbt, weshalb wir nicht dort schwimmen wollten. In unserem Zimmer hat der Rauchmelder alle 30-50 Sekunden laut gepiepst, was super nervig war und auf mehrmalige Bitten unsererseits wurde nichts dergleichen unternommen. Er ist relativ schwer zu erreichen, aber sie morgen würde jemand kommen zum Reparieren (was sie bestimmt jedem erzählen der nur kurze Zeit dort ist..). Sprich die Nacht war nicht wirklich so schön mit ständigem Pipsen, sehr schade denn sonst war es ein guter Aufenthalt... Aber vielleicht habt ihr Glück und erwischt ein anderes Zimmer wo ihr das nicht hört! Ausstattung im Zimmer spärlich aber okay, Bett, mit kleiner Kleiderstange.

Mejor hostal que estuve en mi vida

Increíble decoración , súper bonito el lugar , los chicos de recepción mas que amable y me ayudaron con todo , todo está súper nuevo y la zona de cocina , bar , zona de relax , piscinita baños , todo está hermoso , estás a 10 del centro y hay mil buses en la puerta

Espectacular, me encantó volveria nuevamente

Me encantó, las personas fueron muy amables, el desayuno delicioso, la piscina pequeña pero genial, el ambiente del hostel muy familiar, los cócteles muy ricos y a buen precio, las habitaciones muy cómodas, los colectivos pasan al frente así que me ahorre mucho en taxis,, hay tiendas cerca muy buena ubicación, volvería nuevamente y super recomendado

Un segundo hogar

El lugar tiene una magia especial que principalmente es brindada por su personal, nos llevamos de Santa Marta y de Musa el haber conocido excepcionales funcionarios y/o personas como lo son Mari, Monica, José y don Rafa, las fotos muestran la realidad del lugar es único y nos sentimos como en casa, los vamos a extrañar mucho y un poco más mis hijos, Maria Paz, Martin y Juan.

Ostello confortevole a Santa Marta

Il posto si trova a 8 minuti a piedi dal centro, c'é la possibilitá di usare la cucina che é ben equipaggiata e ci sono posti pure per lavorare dal pc con il wifi che funziona bene. La piscina é spettacolare e lo staff é molto gentile e simpatico. Pulito e accogliente. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Per tornare in ostello é suggeribile prendere un taxi per questioni di sicurezza.

Nice ambiente in the whole hostal. Deluxe room had a nice bed and a nice bathroom as well. The AC worked really well. Pool was refreshing.

Room could have some shelves so that not everything has to lay on the floor. Usage of the kitchen costs extra ? Breakfast could have some fruits. Hostal is a bit too far away from the city center. Staff wasn't to nice in the beginning.

So clean, really friendly staff, great location! Upstairs balcony for playing cards and drinks in the evening, staff booked taxis for us which was so helpful. Shower good pressure and breakfast good.

Great location, really cool staff. The pool is very useful and the kitchen facilities are very wide and comfy. There is also a rooftop with good views. Breakfast is included and really yummy. Would definitely recommend

Decent private room for a hostel. And the overall hostel space is pretty cool for an urban environment. Staff was friendly.

My room was dark, damp, and located next to some sort of pump that makes crazy noises, as well as the kitchen, where staff talks loudly all morning. Didn't get a hot shower.

The nicest oasis in Getsemani

Nicest staff ever! I arrived early and lovely Fairud let me leave my things, shower and have free coffee - even use the pool - before official check in time. The other reception staff also speak great English and are super nice. The hostel is perfectly located in Getsemani, close to everything but also quiet and super safe. There are lockers, comfortable beds with curtains, good AC, clean pool, free coffee all day, free welcome drink... Wonderful place!

The loud, constant, different music in all areas of the hostel (bar, pool and reception) clashes together and it's not that relaxing, but that's Colombia ;)

Amazing hostel away from the loud city center.

Aldo, the manager is very kind and personable. He really cares about your comfort and takes the time to get to know you. I will go back for the staff and the value. Beds were good. Pool was nice, small but cute. Really amazing breakfast and dinner.

Everything was perfect. They called me a taxi whenever I need it.

Good value for price, but needs improvement

Felt safe in the area. Beds were comfy and had privacy curtains (dorms). Breakfast was fine. The pool was a nice addition. The hostel looks nice too. Personal light above each bunk as well as an outlet. And dorms have A/C

Bathrooms need fixing. For the females, only toilet (of 2) had a proper door. Only one of the showers had proper waterflow. The staff were very friendly to other Colombians, but not as friendly to foreigners. Someone in my dorm was sick and then checked out and they didn't clean his bunk (it smelled bad and was dirty from puke) We had to ask 3 different staff to actually get it done. Also, they advertise that they have lockers but don't. They do have a locked front door, and guests must be buzzed in, but that doesn't do much if your stuff is being taken by another traveler.

Take care of the extra taxes 19%

The attention and kindness of Aldo the owner. Because first day we got a room didn't match with our reservation but then he offered to change to the right one, otherwise seems he is going to fix this to not be in the same situation again. Nice person but they have only few months running the hostel wich is understandable.

Not sure if as a tourist we have to pay the 19% of taxes extra because in other places I learned that it's only for Colombian citizens and residents. It was January 3th and maybe even then didn't know about exactly.

Comfortable and friendly hostel outside the centre

It's quite far out but very comfortable and the family who run it are lovely. Great beds and lovely to have a privacy curtain!

They didn't have my booking but fortunately had space and were able to book me in at the price I'd had from booking.com. Bathrooms were quite small and exposed to the corridor, which was weird

the staff was nice breakfast was fair

Wi-Fi didn’t work in the very nice room I booked so I was moved to another one. it was less nice closer to the road and the reception so very noisy in compare to the other one. I didn’t get refund or anything which made it really not worth the money. the pool looked dirty so I didn’t go in.

Amazingly helpful staff that goes above and beyond. The hostel itself is also beautifully decorated with good dorms and beds!

It has cabinets for each bed, but they can not be locked.
