The check in was very easy. The location was great and it was quiet. The beds were comfortable! The home was big enough for our party of 9 that included 2 parents, 1 adult “kid” and 6 teens (16-19). The pool was amazing! The walk to the beach took about 5 minutes. The beach is lovely and was not crowded. We were thrilled that there is a garage so we could take the top off our Jeep and park it in the garage if it rained (it did). We visited the Boardwalk to shop and get coffee via car, walking and trolley and all were easy and fun. The grocery store wasn’t too far and we had everything we needed to prepare food. We even ran out of propane for the grill at dinner time and someone from the property management brought a new one within 20 minutes (thank you!!). The sand volleyball court was fun and there are games in the house and we watched a couple movies too. We had a great time and would totally stay there again!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the SanDilly in June. The home was plenty spacious for two families (9 total). Very clean inside and well kept. Amenities were fantastic, kids loved the salt water pool. The rental company was incredibly nice and professional. The only recommendation we have is very minimal but in our humble opinion would really make this property standout... we felt like the areas around the pool and the volleyball court could have used some landscaping attention to get rid of some of the weeds. Overall, very happy with our stay! Thank you so much.

Parents and college-age cousins came down for a quick beach trip over Christmas with dogs. The house was a big hit with everyone! We ate, walked, played games, read and did puzzles. The weather was colder in Pensacola than at home, but it was still beautiful!

Great house! Very clean. Pool and the enclosed backyard was a nice added bonus. House was just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants. Staff communicated with us pre-arrival and were very welcoming at check in. We will definitely rent again

Close to the beach. Nice pool. Property had a very strong musty smell. It was overwhelming when we got there. We bought plugins to fight the odor. Property needs a little freshening up. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Our party of 7, aged 3 to 78, had a wonderful stay at this home. Nice pool, 2 covered patios, and volleyball area -- all great--only two blocks from the beach. Television in each room was wonderful. The galley kitchen accommodates 1 cook at a time, but we made it work. A/C in this home worked well and kept the home very comfortable. Staff communicated with us pre-arrival and after hours staff was very welcoming at check in. Although located on a busy street, traffic noise was minimal, especially after dark. Overall, we had a great vacation in this home and avoided some of the VRBO extra charges by going thru PBH. We would rent this one again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. House was just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants/stores. Very clean. Our 2 dogs loved the big backyard and so did we. Pool was still a bit cold during our stay but that didn't stop us. Only had some very minor complaints; The entrance door could use privacy blinds and the kitchen window could also use some blinds. When the evening sun faced that side of the house it made the kitchen very warm and uncomfortable to cook in. Lastly, the toilet seat cover upstairs could be updated. You can tell the plastic is old and turning yellow. Again, minor things. Overall, the place was a great house for a family vacation and I would recommend it.

Great location! Easy walk to the beautiful beaches and short bike ride to downtown. We brought our bikes and the kids rode to downtown often. House is in very good condition. One concern is the stove needs replaced. I thought the oven door was going to fall off during our stay. And the oven is not level. I made brownies and the batter shifted to one side. We really enjoyed the volleyball court. It would be helpful if there was a rake to move the sand. The sand has blown to one side by the fence so one side is higher than the other. We did find four nails/screws at the edge of the court, likely from the fence construction. Recommend the management company use a construction magnet to remove any others. Pool is beautiful! Overall a great place and would definitely stay again!

The only reason this didn't receive all 5 stars is because the TV and the coffee maker both broke on our stay and the dishes could use some upgrading as years of cooking has kinda caught up with them. Other than that, excellent place and easy walk to the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at the SanDilly! There was plenty of space for our family of 5 people and 2 dogs. My kids loved the pool. I loved that the yard and decks are fully enclosed. The house was very clean. The galley kitchen has everything one could need to cook a meal, but only space for one "chef" at a time. It wasn't a problem for us. The home is a short walk from the beach, and there is a trolley stop just steps from the driveway. We appreciated the circular drive, as Via de Luna can be busy at times. Beds are comfortable, and the upstairs bathroom is great. The master bathroom is adequate, but we didn't like the shower. Having a gas grill on upper and lower levels is very convenient. We would certainly stay at this property again! Paradise Beach Homes is the best!

Our time there was beautiful. We are a large family and we never felt crowded or on top of each other. The back yard was perfect from adult to kid to dog. We loved how close the beach was. We spent most days at the pool and then the afternoons at the beach. It was a perfect balance.
If I had to say anything negative at all it would be
1. Some of the house needs just general maintenance. It didn’t effect our stay just aware. For example: the white spindles around the upper deck have a few that are loose or completely unattached from the bottom rail.
2. The pool was colder than I expected but again it didn’t effect our stay
3. The jets in the tub upstairs don’t work or we couldn’t figure it out
4. We couldn’t keep sand out of our beds no matter how hard we tried. We swept, we showered, we kept towels by our bed to wipe our feet off. Even still. Ah the beach life
5. The kitchen was smaller than I expected-it’s very much a one butt kitchen. Again didn’t effect anything we just altered the way we prepped and served meals.
All of my “complaints” didn’t phase our vacation in the least bit. We would stay again and again. It was so peaceful and relaxing -something you can’t always say traveling with lots of kids.

Paradise by the Sea

We decided that it was on our dogs bucket list to see the ocean/beach so we drove here from Minnesota with our pups in tow. Check in was fast & easy, and the house & yard were fantastic! We loved that the yard was completely fenced in, so the dogs could wander safely, and we all loved lounging by the beautiful pool. The interior of the house was newly redone & very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and had an amazing stove! The beds were comfy and we had plenty of space. There were many extras we liked (washer/dryer, grill, games, plenty of lounge chairs, the decor, surround-sound throughout the house), the neighborhood was quiet & it was a really short walk to the beach. We loved everything about our stay except it came to an end too quickly!

We decided that it was on our dogs bucket list to see the ocean/beach so we drove here from Minnesota with our pups in tow. Check in was fast & easy, and the house & yard were fantastic! We loved that the yard was completely fenced in, so the dogs could wander safely, and we all loved lounging by the beautiful pool. The interior of the house was newly redone & very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and had an amazing stove! The beds were comfy and we had plenty of space. The pool is great however the pictures are misleading. The house is not maintained and dirty.
The walls and cabinets had stains -food/drink remnants, things were sticky/grime/dirty, peeling/missing paint, the vent covers throughout the home were disgustingly dirty. I had to wash the sheets and comforters on arrival in the two primary bedrooms as they were stained and did not smell clean. After cleaning the stains went away which leads me to believe the comforters had not been washed for our arrival. There was sand in both primary beds on arrival as well, which leads me to believe the sheets were not cleaned either. The bed in the downstairs bedroom needs a new mattress(2 large indents & not comfortable). The couch is falling apart - when sitting on it the cushions slide off, front door is missing 1/2 the seal at the bottom which lead to bugs and cold air creeping in. The oven had a weird chemical smell when using and the silverware was dirty. The windows are old, dirt and moss in the sills, the wood around a few appears to be rotting, and you can hear the traffic on the road from both primary bedrooms at night. Being charged a $300 cleaning fee is unacceptable based on how dirty the home was.
I would not recommend this rental if you care about cleanliness and are used to a normal standard of accommodation. This is an ideal house if you want to throw back to your college days and plan to party, enjoy the pool & beach spending most of your time NOT in the house.

The walls and cabinets had stains -food/drink remnants, things were sticky/grime/dirty, peeling/missing paint, the vent covers throughout the home were disgustingly dirty. I had to wash the sheets and comforters on arrival in the two primary bedrooms as they were stained and did not smell clean. After cleaning the stains went away which leads me to believe the comforters had not been washed for our arrival. There was sand in both primary beds on arrival as well, which leads me to believe the sheets were not cleaned either. The bed in the downstairs bedroom needs a new mattress(2 large indents & not comfortable). The couch is falling apart - when sitting on it the cushions slide off, front door is missing 1/2 the seal at the bottom which lead to bugs and cold air creeping in. The oven had a weird chemical smell when using and the silverware was dirty. The windows are old, dirt and moss in the sills, the wood around a few appears to be rotting, and you can hear the traffic on the road from both primary bedrooms at night. Being charged a $300 cleaning fee is unacceptable based on how dirty the home was. I would not recommend this rental if you care about cleanliness and are used to a normal standard of accommodation. This is an ideal house if you want to throw back to your college days and plan to party, enjoy the pool & beach spending most of your time NOT in the house.

The gulf was warm but not warm enough to break out the swimsuit, go for wadding up to your knee.
